《The Overpowered Demon Princess Has Left Her World To Help An Author Write Her Story》There's No Such Place Called Branshire

To think this is my second time being knocked out, moreover by an unknown lightning-type weapon, I'm at my wits' ends; or so I think...
Bright white lights are blinding me that I still close my eyes just to be safe. Well to be more honest, I'm pretending to be unconscious as whoever is on my left is about to talk. Obviously it's the people whom I met at the bridge a while ago. I want to know what they're planning to do with me; so I peek slightly with my left eye as they're having their conversation.
"Oh my heavens~ is this sword THE REAL THING? Feels quite heavy for me to hold it with one hand."
"Careful, Satou! We don't even know if it has (ahem!) poison on it."
"Kaji-san, don't you think this pervert would've been dead already if he's holding this sword for a long time?"
"Officers! I insist that you lock this bastard up for good! Imagine what would've happened to Kana if she goes somewhere alone again!"
"I'm fine, Ryuji. Before we jump to misunderstood conclusions, let's hear him out. I'm sure he has a reason..."
"Kana, just to be clear... I don't think being fully naked in front of a policewoman needs a reason. That would be calling to PRISON."
"Satou is right. This bastard is the right definition of a red flag. No. A black flag is most suitable to brand him."
Knowing the risks of explaining my current ordeal to them, what else I can do besides doing that? After all, I'm in a foreign world where some kind of advanced buildings and weapons exist. I pretend that I've just woke up, yet I still grunt in pain due to their weapon's lightning still flowing in me... though that might be my exaggeration. I put my best calm face while those three men are staring at me like I'm a wanted criminal.
I notice I'm wearing some sort of long, tight blue pants, a black shirt and some sort of white shoes with weird-looking belts on them. I'm glad I look good in them. Back to the main issue here, Ryuji seems to be glaring at me till now. He should know I'm not naked anymore right?
I'm about to stand up when I've realised both of my hands are tied together, or so I think for my hands are in circular metals tied together with a metal chain.
"Okay, Mister Goodlight...if that is your "real name". Where exactly are you from?," Ryuji asks with his arms crossing in front of his chest.
"Gentlemen and...Lady Kana," I reply with my confident voice. I know my actions have caused a huge misunderstanding, but I can assure you I meant to save a fragile woman..."
One of the uniformed men suddenly burst out laughing. Apparently it's the guy, Kaji who might be twenty years older than Satou; did I ever mention both of them look too ordinary to be military officers?
"Fragile, you say? Ahaha...Ha~ Kana is one of the best we police officers ever had. In fact, she has beaten me and Satou in the throwing techniques of Judo."
Throwing? Judo? Are they talking about their world's version of archery?
"Not to mention our captain is the best of the best in our town," Kaji continues talking with a proud smile. "Speaking of her, I believe she should be here by now."

Suddenly, I hear one of this building's advanced door as it slides with a high-pitch mechanical sound. Standing at the door is an elegant, tall woman, who is a head shorter than I am, with neatly short, light brown hair and eyes. She's also dressed in the same uniform as Kana.
"So, I've heard we've got a foreign lunatic pervert," says the woman who doesn't seem happy to see me. Despite my heavenly good looks, her expression is the one where one of your shirts got dirtied on purpose by some naughty kid. I've got a bad feeling again that things won't work out for me at all.
She walks inside and enters the space we're at. She bends forward until her face is almost near my face. Squinting her eyes as if she's examining some unknown object, she eventually backs away from where I'm sitting. She leans backwards at a light-colored wooden table while she crosses her arms at her chest. She begins to introduce herself to me.
"Hello, Mister Pervert. I'm the team captain, Ayaka Mizukami. What brings you here to Kyokō City?"
"Kyo-What City?"
"How about you admit that you were about to tarnish Kana with your disgusting intentions?"
"Wait, wait, wait a moment, Ma'am! What the heck you mean tarnish Kana? I was about to save her from that scary-looking man over there."
"Save her? Who the heck saves an innocent woman while wearing invisible clothes?"
"Invisible?! Ma'am, I was in a hurry! I left my clothes on the riverside..."
"So you admit you wore nothing on purpose just so you can take advantage of my beloved junior?"
"No! No! I'm telling the truth! I was falling from the sky..."
"Alright, stop right there...You. Fell...from THE SKY? Were you on an airplane? Since that's a plausible reason I can accept fully..."
"Airplane? No, ma'a..."
"I prefer being called CAPTAIN MIZUKAMI, Mister Pervert."
"Francis Goodlight is my name. Anyway, I was in the portal back in Branshire..."
"Portal? Branshire?.. alright. I get it now, Mister Goodlight."
"You do?! Great! Now, I'll be off..."
"Oh no~ you don't. You're not going anywhere but to a mental institution."
"Wait...WHAT?! Mental...Captain Mizukami, let me finish my explanation!"
"Oh ho~ there's no need for that. Because the words you spouted at us sound too fictional to us. Not to mention, there's no such place called Branshire. In fact, it sounds like an American podcast about a famous boardgame."
I wonder what kind of face I'm making now because my conversation with this captain is getting nowhere at all. All of their faces are clearly telling me that I'm a crazy yet handsome fool. I'm running out of time to find that Purple Demon...
Then, a great idea pops up inside my intelligent mind. I proceed to stand up, walking towards her with the best charming smile I make. Regardless of my tied hands, I gently grab her right hand. I say the same flattering words I've said to the women at Tolldon a week ago.
"Captain. No, Lady Ayaka. How's this? I'll be your personal knight if you'll let me go. I promise to come back to you someday."
Though I can feel the other four are giving me weird looks, the only thing I need to flatter in this crucial moment is this doubting captain. In fact, I don't mind becoming her desirable man. Maybe I don't even mind she can become my bride since she's elegant and pretty.

But then, I am not able to process what happens next for some sort of thick weapon lands on my precious head. It turns out the captain uses it to knock me out. Again. Fortunately, I'm still standing but I'm still struggling to balance myself. I clutch the top of my head in my right hand. Clearly I can see her holding a VERY THICK yellow book in her left hand. I explode with rage as I demand an explanation for her ridiculous attack on my beautiful appearance.
"Hey, Lady!! What was that for?! Attacking my handsome face is SERIOUS CRIME!! Not to mention I'm proposing to be your man..."
"Be my man? HA HA HA~ You're the most ridiculous pervert if not, a dangerous man that must be put behind bars! That sexual harassment you did to me is beyond unforgiveness! Hey, Satou! Kaji! Get me ALL THE yellow phonebook we've recently got from Malaysia. His head just made the one I've in my hand almost split into two."
"YES, CAPTAIN!!"
Phonebook?! Malaysia?! Sexual harassment?! This is getting too crazy for me!! Heck! Why is this captain a sadist?! Are all the other women in this world gonna be like her?!
"Wait! Wait! I really need to find her!! She's the one that got me in this ridiculous mess I'm in."
"Her? And who would that be, Pervert Goodlight?"
"That would be me, Miss Mizukami."
That voice! Could it be... Yes, it's her because I'm able to see her standing at the entrance door. Because who else has the same purple hair like her in this world? Since I last saw her, the only difference about her is the clothes she's wearing right now. They're similar to mine: a shirt and tight pants with the exception of those clothes being in purple color. I'm starting to think this Demon Princess is too obsessed with the color purple, especially the gloves she's still wearing.
"Who are you, young lady? Do you know this man?"
The Demon Princess walks towards us, stopping a few steps in front of Captain Mizukami. I can see the foolish looks of Satou and Kaji. They're also behaving the same way the men in Tolldon were doing when they saw her for the first time.
"It's a pleasure to meet you," the Demon Princess replies. "My name is Nelly Goodlight. I apologise for my husband's crazy habits."
Huh? Wait... did she say hus...
"HUSBAND?!," exclaims everyone in this spacious room as they express their disbelief in hearing that word.
Why did she have to say that? It's not like I appreciate her saying that word...Wait! Why do I feel so warm...No! No! This isn't the time to think like that!
"Miss Nelly...," Kaji asks hesitantly for a second. "Are you making a big mistake? Because we can help you get out of this awful marriage you're in."
"Yes, Miss Nelly!," Satou exclaims as he grabs both of her glove-covered hands. As if it's different than what I've done to their captain... "Kaji-san is right! You're in the worst marriage you've ever had, so we've got your back. Divorce him immediately."
Hah? I have no idea what the heck they're talking about, but I do know they assumed I'm the bad guy. Awful marriage?! I'm the one who should be saying that.
"I won't divorce him," the Demon Princess replies with a calm face.
Everyone in this spacious room nearly shouts "WHAT?!" and I hear each of the officers, at the same time, explaining the so-called crazy stuff I did to Kana and Ryuji at the riverside.
"I know."
"If you know, then why do you want to be with this lunatic pervert? Unless he's blackmailing you to do..."
"He's harmless, Miss Mizukami."
"Please. Call me Ayaka."
"Then, Ayaka-san. I promise everyone in this room that I'm the only one who can handle my husband well. In fact, I'll make sure he's on a tight leash so that he doesn't jump on any innocent girl he sees."
What the heck am I to her? A dog?
"Hmmm~ If there's a proper word to describe him... I admit he has Chūnibyō syndrome."
Chūnibyō?! Right! That's it! I'm pissed off though I've no idea what that word means!
"Nelly-san," the captain replies, surprisingly with tears of joy...huh?
"Ayaka-san, you're crying..."
"Yes, Nelly-san! I'm crying tears of joy for you! Doing this for a noble cause!"
"Noble cause?"
"Yes!! You're protecting all precious young girls from his incurable mind! I hope you know all of us at Kyokō Police Station will always have your back!! Isn't that right?! Kana! Satou! Kaji!"
As each of them shouts "Yes, captain!", Ryuji protests for he doesn't trust the Demon Princess to handle me due to her looking petite next to me. Boy, if he ever knew what she has done to me at Tolldon...
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thankfully, I'm able to have my precious sword back. Not to mention, my wrists are freed from the pain of being tied with those metal circles called handcuffs. The Demon Princess and I walk out of the police station, which I've to call it and other similar buildings like it from now on. After walking several steps away from that front entrance, I break my silence for I've got so much I want to say to her.
"Hey, you! What the heck was that back there? Nelly Goodlight? Ha! What a fake name you've just made up!"
She suddenly stops. She turns around to face me. Her calm face looks kind of the same, but I feel like I've offended her by not believing what she said back there...except the marriage part.
"That is my REAL name. Nelly. It seems you can't trust me, can you, Plank?"
"Don't call me that, Demon Princess!"
"Demon... since when did you come up with stupid nicknames? It doesn't suit me..."
"Oh~ we'll see about that! Once I take you down with a slash from my sword..."
As soon as I take out my sword from its scabbard, I get myself in a prepared attack position when suddenly, something spiky just hit at the back of my neck.
"Nelly, are you alright?!"
Another woman's voice? Hers sound higher than the Demon Princess's voice. My hearing is about to fade, but I'm able to hear both of them exchanging words except they sound blurry to me. It seems they're talking about me. The unknown woman sounds panicky, seemingly concerned about my current condition. Before I can see who she really is, I've got knocked out and fainted. Again.

Oh. Hello. I didn't see you come in. No, don't worry. I don't need to hear your name. I already know what it is. I also knew that you'd come up at around this time. But, at the same time, I also didn't know. It's very hard to put into words - but that's what happens when you become the Chaos God. Your psyche gets messed up, big time. That's even more so for me, who was already warped enough to confuse reality with imagination - and, even make the rest of the universe believe that it was so. But, enough about me. Let's talk about you. You seem to come from a very far away land. It's faint, but your presence is there - in a relatively primitive planet. No wonder, no one wanted to stay in, or conquer your region of the universe - there's nothing worth controlling there. Your existence, much like your entire solar system, also seems to be pretty insignificant. Tell me, is your race capable of destroying your own world? Oh, you're already well along the way? Global Warming? Pollution? Overpopulation? Nuclear weapons? Wow... it's been many millenia since I'd last heard of such ancient concepts from someone who is actually living through it. Still, good job getting that far. That means that your world is now, at least, worth considering as a possible place to install a World System. If I find the time, I'll try surveying it. You can just thank me, later. Oh wait! What kind of person am I, not even offering my guest any hospitality. I'm ashamed. Please, take a seat. What would you like? I have everything the multiverse has to offer, whatever it is you want - I can get. Ah! After we talk, would you mind, if I asked you to do me a tiny favor? There's this girl, I want to keep tabs on. She's in one of the Worlds that I preside over, it's called Aiarthe. But, for some reason, I can't see her - not directly, at least. All I need you to do, is check up on her from time to time. Whether you do it as a pure spectator or through someone else's eyes, is entirely up to you. Really!? You would!? Wow! Thanks! You really did me, a huge solid there! For agreeing so quickly, how about I get started on surveying that planet of yours, right now!? You can help yourself, to anything in the fridge! Well, see ya!
