《The Overpowered Demon Princess Has Left Her World To Help An Author Write Her Story》Meanwhile...[Part I]

Somewhere back in Branshire, the night gets scarier with another scary, but bigger-looking gothic castle standing at the very edge of Blackshore Forest. Only a sort of meeting room, with a kitchen behind one of its closed doors, exists inside the castle. There are four female demons sitting down at a heptagon table. Giving off literal Evil Aura has made the room almost filled with darkness. A few candlelights on the table are able to show some parts of their faces; some of them having snaky eyes; some of them having firm breasts.
"So what's the plan?" says one of them with an elegant, but lustful tone. "Too bad I couldn't savor him before he vanished. I heard he's a very rare man."
"Really, Feower?" says another, sounding authoritative with a calm, smooth tone. "All you can think about is your disgusting desire to taste him?"
"Now, now, Tithonia," says another with a cute, cheeky voice. "We all have one goal; KILL THE HERO."
"If that's the case, where the heck is Lock?", Tithonia demands with an intimidating tone. "I haven't seen him for a week already. Don't tell me he's wasting his powers on some unknown village."
"He didn't waste any, Tithonia," says the last one who sounds the most relaxed of the whole group. "Besides his portals must be always fully charged in case he needs to swallow something powerful."
"Do you mean SOMEONE? Because rumor has it that the Hero claims to wanting to slay this unknown female demon first instead of us. Are we to expect that SHE is worth our attention?"
"Maybe, Tithonia. But I believe she's also the rumored useless daughter of our mascot; I don't think she'll be a threat to us."

"And mind you telling us who's gonna eliminate her and the Hero?" says Tithonia.
"I will!" says a proud woman who slams open the castle's entrance door with both of her arms. As she struts forward with wooden heels and her clothes looking similar to a milkmaid, her full appearance is able to be seen with the candlelights. She has long, brown hair with icy, blue eyes that seem to glow brighter than the candlelights.
"Siofon," Tithonia calls her name with a dissatisfied tone. "I see that you've got yourself another host."
"Come on~ don't sound sarcastic, Titi," Siofon replies with a cheeky grin. "This woman was tired of her boring life that I decided to help her break free from it."
"Hmmm~ I wish you get a man next round, Si; Because I'm feeling lonely these days," Feower requests with a typical, lonely single woman tone.
"I will, Feo. Once I have that hero pretender. What was his name again, Achillea?"
"Francis Goodlight," Achillea replies with another relaxing, but a more superior-like voice. "I suggest you can do whatever you want with him. Possession is out of the question because we really need him dead for good."
"Whatever I want huh?," Siofon repeats the words that have given her the most wicked idea.
A male demon servant comes out of the kitchen, carrying a bowl of horrifying-looking fruits in a big, ceramic bowl. As Siofon spots him, she reaches out her right hand. A blastful jet of snowy wind is aimed at him. Before he can react with fear and terror, his whole body, along with the fruits and its bowl, is all frozen up. Siofon runs and jumps to give a dropkick to his frozen body that he was shattered in many parts. His unfortunate head is split in half. Siofon grins as she picks up one half of the head.

"I suppose the Hero can be my greatest power upgrade. Now that's what I want."
Siofon's words don't surprise her comrades for their silence equals an agreement with her plan; that alone makes her smiling her most wicked smile. She then proceeds to eat the frozen half-head, giving herself to satisfy her teeth crunching it.

Sorcery in Boston
The timid daughter of some of the greatest spellcasters ever to have lived has found herself in another world, courtesy of magic gone awry. In Boston, Massachusetts, in the year 1935, she finds some kind souls in a hard era. In the heart of the Great Depression, as war looms around the corner, she seeks to find her place, and must come to terms with both who she is and what she truly desires. Author's Notes: Release Note: I recently realized what the hold up is. My current mental state is not compatible with the planned ending. If I wrote the ending according to what currently feels right, it will be a wretched, cruel ending that feels monstrously unfair and invalidates the work of the various characters... because that's how my life feels at the moment. The planned ending is coming out hollow and awkward, no matter how I write it, and so I've been bashing my head. I will finish it, once I manage to either brute force something decent out, or once my head gets screwed on straight. Audience: This story is not for young children - it contains some profanity, sexual content, violence, gore, and significant adult themes. Most of these are handled delicately enough not to upset teens or adults (hopefully), hence the lack of relevant tags, but it is nonetheless unsuitable for youth. It's fairly slow paced, and focused on the development of very human, very flawed individuals. Length / Completion Estimates: The outline currently involves two books. Book 1 is expected to be done with Chapter 43. It'll probably be completely finished by sometime in March of this year. I expect to move on to the far-more-lighthearted Of Gods and Dungeons (currently in progress / on hiatus). Afterwards, I may decide to redo Book 1, or write Book 2, or actually start sharing the story most dear to me, that I've been working on for several years now. Draft 1: Please be aware that this is first draft material. I do intend to come back to do a second draft after the story is complete. If anyone notices any issues whatsoever with the story, please let me know (pm, etc) so that I can improve the second draft. Writer's Pledge: I've taken the Writer's Pledge, meaning I'm commiting to completing this story. I'm a proud member of WriTE, a group dedicated to finishing stories. It will be done! Behind the Scenes notes: This picture was commissioned from an inked artist by the name of DanP. Up until the time of the protagonist's arrival, history has proceeded as before. Some places and characters have been borrowed from wikipedia entries of interesting figures from the time. I will make note in the chapter comments when such things come up. Naturally, I've taken a great deal of liberty with them. In interest of respecting individuals, I've either attempted to portray them as accurately as possible, or modified them sufficiently enough that they're simply an inspiration, instead of a real portrayal. I've attempted to be as accurate to the era as possible, but I'm not a historian. If you're aware of inaccuracies, please, bring them to my attention so that I can correct them.

Demon Hero
Some things aren't meant to be. Some things are. A hero isn't meant to be a demon, and a demon isn't meant to be a hero. But sometimes, what's isn't meant to happen will happen. In the span of an incomprehensible amount of time, a blur in the space-time continuum happened. A passing soul got sucked into another universe. On that day, a demon king died, but a hero was born. -- Note: Will need to see if this is something people would want to read to continue.
