Ryan takes his bowl over to the kitchen and sets it on the counter. Gim notices this and smiles at Ryan, Ryan nods at Gim and goes to find Externia. Ryan's head pans back and forth as he looks in the cafeteria for the Ice Witch and he finally spots her. He can see her being lead out of the cafeteria by Lilabelle. Assuming that Lilabelle is leading Externia to Tio to get registered the guild, Ryan follows them since he needs to talk to Tio anyways.
Ryan leaves the cafeteria but not before noticing Mountain loudly talking to someone in the corner of the room about 'Adventure' and 'It'll be like the old days' so Ryan assumes he will be meeting this person after he creates his own team. Walking through the dimly lit hallways, Ryan is able to keep track of Externia and Lilabelle back to the Registration room which is right across from Ryan's room.
The two enter the room and Ryan stands outside while waiting for Tio to be done. Ryan continues to stand there for a while and he eventually leans against the wall. It has almost been an hour now and Ryan can still hear them discussing things inside of the Registration room but he can't tell what they are saying. He would spy on them with some Miracles but he doesn't wish to be disrepectful.
'It didn't take this long when I did it so I wonder why it is taking so much time now?' Ryan thinks to himself. He can feel himself falling asleep while standing against the wall. Even though he tries his hardest to, Ryan is taken by the suffocating feeling of tiredness and falls asleep. Darkness warps around Ryan as he can feel himself being sent to somewhere new. Ryan flies through the darkness at speeds that make him feel like his body is being ripped in half but it is soon over as the darkness around him shifts into a horribly light room. 4 small torches are all that light the massive room as Ryan stands in the middle, spinning in circles to see what is around him.

Massive chairs made of stone imbued with small hints of lava encircle Ryan. With there being about 100 chairs in total, all of them occupied. People wearing the same armor as Ryan sit in the massive chairs, their eyes glowing a bright yellow like the sun. The man on the biggest chair in the room is the first to speak up with his otherworldly voice.
"Welcome Young Wolf, I see that the Summon has worked, no?" The man's voice is a mixed between a deep voice of a nobleman and a growl from a Wolf. Ryan stands there, dumbfounded and speechless about the people that surround him. They are the original Abyss Watchers and they seem to be observing Ryan, 'sizing him up' if you will.
"I guess you could say that." Ryan says warily. The one that spoke to Ryan stands up from his chair and walks towards the center of the room where Ryan is residing. The Abyss Watcher's eyes glow brighter and he stares right into Ryan's soul, looking for signs of treasons or deception. After a few seconds the Abyss Watcher nods his head and puts his arm on Ryan's shoulder, accepting what is inside of Ryan. Ryan expects his curse to activate but nothing happens.
"Welcome to the Abyss Watchers, Young Wolf." said all of the Abyss Watchers while getting up from their chairs and doing their salute. Ryan is in awe as so many questions that he wants to ask rushes through his head. As Ryan goes to say something, the Abyss Watcher in front of Ryan stops him.
"No time to ask questions Young Wolf. The Seed of the Abyss is coming from you and you have to beat her no matter what. We know how strong you are and that is why we chose you, now make us proud. End the Abyss before it can regrow. Now, go."

Ryan can feel himself get pulled backwards as everything around him shifts into darkness once more. With his body almost being torn in half from the unknown force pulling Ryan back into reality, Ryan wakes up in the hallway of the Mercenary Guild. Lilabelle stands in front of Ryan, staring into his face with a confused look. Ryan takes a deep breath and is relieved to see a familiar face in front of him but Ryan's eyes twitch. The color of his brown irises change to a deep. shining gold and Lilabelle's true form is revealed to Ryan.
Tentacles of purple wrap themselves around Ryan's body and stretch throughout the hallway. The source of them come from a figure that is standing where Lilabelle is standing. Lilabelle's body is replaced by a purple spirit that has the same body size as Lilabelle from before. A sinister black aura emits from Lilabelle's true from and her eyes are pure white circles. Her smile is crooked and Lilabelle tilts in her in interest.
"What's wrong Ryan?" Lilabelle's voice is scratchy and completely unnatural as she asks Ryan this question. Lilabelle doesn't know that Ryan can see what she actually is. The tentacles wrapped around Ryan aren't restricting him but the seem to be feeding off of his power. Not wanting to feed the Seed of the Abyss any longer, Ryan puts a potent miracle that completely protects him from Lilabelle's tentacles stealing his power called 'Soul Shield'.Lilabelle's face changes to a slightly irrtated and anguished face as the power she was feeding on is now cut off. Lilabelle takes a good look at Ryan's face and can see a glint in his eye. One that shows thousands of years of pure hatred built up inside of Ryan's body. The years of hatred stored in the Abyss Watchers for what the Abyss did to this world.
