Cole's lips landed on hers and they were demanding from the get-go. Menlyn felt his hand tighten around her waist and she felt as if she couldn't breathe.

Menlyn froze in place when she heard a voice close to the cabinet, this made Cole also break apart.

She hoped no one would open the door, what would they say the boss in here with a worker.

Menlyn heard the voice move away and the meeting started. She tried to listen but it was nearly impossible in the position that she and Cole were in.

She tuned Cole out, this was her work and she had no time to be doing this. Menlyn was surprised when she felt warmth on her neck.

She realized that Cole had leaned down and pressed his lips on her neck. She shivered a bit and felt Cole's smile on her neck.

This was the first time that she wished the meeting would be over and done with fast. She couldn't do this, not like this.

When the last person was out of the boardroom Menlyn breathed out in relief and she grabbed the door handle. Menlyn let herself out and breathed in proper air not the intoxicating air that she had been breathing.

"There's nothing to be embarrassed about," said Cole.

"What are you on about?"

"I figured out your position in the company," Cole replied.

Menlyn had two choices either to fire him or ask him to sign a non-confidentiality form or she

"You are the tea lady for the CEO."

Menlyn didn't know if she should feel offended but to her a job was job, it didn't matter what it was, all that mattered was the income but yet she still felt offended,

"What about me gives off that to you?"

"The way you hide from everyone, don't worry Birthia I will make sure no-one laughs at you."

"I think you should worry about yourself and if you will have a job while slacking off like this."

"Oh shit, do you report to the CEO too? Can you not tell her about this? "

"I won't."

"What is the CEO like? I know she is very old?"

"I'm not allowed to divulge any information on her."

"Makes sense, weird she works here, and not much is known about her. Try not to get on her bad side, apparently, she is scary."

"Is that all you guys do the whole day? You just gossip?"

Cole blushed, "No it's not like that."

"You are a bit too young to be doing that. Anyways I have to go."

Menlyn went out the door, she went back to her office. She couldn't believe she had done this again.

The day was over, she was in a haze, better she go home because nothing would be done. She got up packed her things and went out.

"I've been waiting for you Birthia."
