We thought that the dungeon was going to be super dark, but the small crystals on the ceiling, walls and floors were emitting a soft light,

I was glad, because we din’t have Charon with us to make fire to show the way, so thanks for the light.

We walked a little bit and I motioned liana to stop, I used both my hands has a amplifier and yelled,

“HELLO!” the yell made the cave echoed my voice, I waited and nothing happened,

“Phew that’s good…” I honestly hate ambushes, the last dungeon me and aqua entered were infested with dark creatures, we weren’t prepared so we would always be attacked from the behind, front and also below, they manifested from the darkness, mostly shadows.

‘What’s wrong master?’ Argus and liana was looking at me with questioning looks, I couldn’t really read their expressions so I thought they were doing that expression,

“Oh... Nothing just checking…” I thought that there were monsters that attack you immediately, because when you enter a cave you usually get attack,

There was this game I played, a game where I have to past a cave and do those puzzles to past to the other exit and I was nonstop attacked by bats, it was horrible, almost every step I took made a reaction, I was so done with it, but I came back to finish it because I wanted to finish the story,

We continued walking and I was looking around, I noticed that the crystals had different color ranging from red, blue, green, orange and purple, and the ceiling was really high,

another thing I also noticed was that we were going downwards, and as we got down the more I couldn’t see the ceiling, all I saw was that the wall was starting to have green moss on the walls, The space was wide and the floor had little soil with small crystals, like the crystals shattered and was scattered throughout the ground,

The way really looked more like a chasm instead.

“okay so far so good…” there are many reasons why I wanted to find the dungeon, one of them is of course to find the other missing members, but the main reason I went here is to level up and make liana level up, I still haven’t checked her skills and level, but since liana is a new born she might be level one and her stats are below average,

Even I didn’t check up my current level and to be honest it was really tiresome, I can’t even believe that I said that I would work hard to gain stats, but in the end so many events happened, I couldn’t even process what was happening anymore, I can’t even believe aqua smacked my head, I touched my head and felt like it stung.

‘[Heal]… hope this works…’ I concentrated and used heal, the reason I am concentrating is because I only need to heal a small bruise, and from looking at my pets I can tell that concentrating can control the ability more, last time I used heal I used up all my Mp all because I healed a swelling from my arm,

My hand emitted a faint light and my bruise felt okay.

Ten minutes until mana can regenerate

Well isn’t that swell, Argus and liana didn’t saw the light because I was covering it by using my hands, it looks like I just need to concentrate,

Anyways I was more curious with liana’s skills, from what aqua said back at the dungeon venenum’s can control flora and can use them in any way possible, I think she also said something about poison, but I’m more excited because I want to see what skill I got from her.

‘[INFO]’ I decided to use info instead because saying her stats really shows all her stats and since I know that she is level one I don’t have to see it, I guess I will check my skills later when I’m finally done with this dungeon,

Liana Lv.1

Skills: Natural Flora: can control any type of flora, from plants to flowers,

Toxin: can create poison,

Venenum Trait: web weaver, night vision, sticky feet, leg strength, light body, poison create

‘It seems aqua was right, liana can control plants, I wonder what’s sticky feet?’

I looked at her traits and wonder what sticky feet was,

web weaver, poison create and night vision are self explanatory, I think light body means that liana’s body is not heavy, and leg strength must be how she is still able to still walk even though I’m sitting on top of her.

While I was looking at liana’s skills Argus asked me something.

‘Master I was wondering, what level was the boss aqua defeated in the dungeon you went?’

I closed the window, after checking the skills of lina.

Argus asked how strong the boss was, I don’t remember but I think it was Lv.82 or 83.

“I think it was 80+” I was still wondering how a level 40 slime was able to defeat that huge thing, I mean, it was the size of two trucks combined and was able to create poison, and also that it gave less exp, I mean aqua got her second evolution when she reached level 40, and that the boss’s level was twice than that, she only got eight levels from that boss, only eight.

I guess it’s because we killed a lot of those dark creatures, maybe that’s how aqua leveled up so quickly to level forty, I mean the shadow died in an instant when aqua used her water needles,

It also looked like I leveled up too, but has I said, I couldn’t process what was happening, I think during that time I was just excited that I was able to go to a real dungeon, bit seriously though I felt that it was so fast, like aqua did almost all the killing.

‘How is that possible, from what you said last time she was level 22!’ it looked like Argus did not believe what I said, I guess he still remembers the time when I told their levels when they came back with Charon, that was the only time I mentioned their levels,

“She leveled up and gained her second evolution when we were fighting the dark shadow, that’s how she leveled up and became stronger. Has for the boss she mostly used her water needle’s, and water spheres”

I noticed that when me and my pets talk they tend to treat my game language completely alien, but I think they are starting to adapt to my point of views, I think they are starting to get what it means,

‘She does like using blunt and piercing attacks, but I think she defeated it from skill?’

When Argus told about the attacks aqua used I recalled all her attacks from the past and from the looks off it he was right,

Almost all her attacks are blunt attacks from the spheres and piercing attacks from the spears and needles,

But I feel like she knows more about this forest, maybe that’s how she was able to, finds the weakness and kill the boss, I’m not really sure how both of those are related.

“Skill?” did he mean her abilities to control water? I do have to say that she did became strong by concentrating and making her ability to control water more better, but I think Argus meant her ability to think during battle,

‘We all have experiences from battle because me and aqua was born in this forest, but what makes me question about her is that she is always calm, even when in battle’

from the sound of what Argus said I feel like they both went through a lot, and I guess he was right, because aqua used less water to attack and more on finding the weak spots.

“By the way, since you guys had experience from the forest did you know how you guys leveled up? Like kill anything?” I mean when I met aqua and Argus they were only level one and three, so I was wondering if they killed anything.

‘I only killed a few, and I’m not sure about aqua’

it looks like Argus did a few things before he joined my group, but I wonder why aqua was still level one, from the way she talked about the venenum dungeon it looked like she had lived in this forest for a long time, maybe she just lived a happy life… wait she did say someone she knew died by the boss…

‘I’ve been meaning to ask master but what is level up... I just want to make sure I am right about it’ I guess it’s time to talk all about the game world to Argus, but I thought they already knew all about it?

When Argus talked about level’s I thought he already knew about it… It looks like in this world people don’t know how to see their progress and also their skills, maybe they just know when they become strong or what type of skill they have, I don’t really know,

I guess I’ll have to ask primus later all about skills in his point of view,

“well for starters ‘level’ is the measure of our strength, so the higher the number the stronger we are” well in the games I used to play it was more on stats and skills, but for my pets when they level up they get stats automatically, so I guess the level’s here actually measures their strength,

‘Hmm… what level was aqua?’ oh boy, here comes his competitive side to become stronger again, I really don’t get why they both want to get stronger,

I wonder when this whole competitive thing happened.

“Level fifty… and Argus I want to tell you this now before we see monsters, I came here to also level up liana and myself, so that means you can’t attack.”

It looked like he was going to burst out his fiery passion to level up, But before he did I reminded him about the real reason we came here, dosing his flame with what I said it looked like he was now sad.

“You can attack but you must stop their movements” I mean there is exp share, I think? I did level up once when they fought the hounds, even though they were far I still got exp, but it was just one measly level, so I guess I have to be near to get more exp.

‘How do I do that master?’ are you kidding me, lightning attacks are amazing, I can’t believe he does not know, oh wait… I guess they really do not know, since they are just starting to master their abilities.

“You can use your lightning to paralyze them” lightning attacks can paralyze and stun enemies, and has for buffs it can make their speed increase,

My three favorite elements to use in a game that has those long-range mages are water, earth and lightning, I guess that’s also why I must be happy when I got Argus and aqua.

‘Oh… okay I… see…’ I feel like Argus was thinking, because he was looking down while rubbing his fur from his head using his paws.

We continued walking and stopped when we saw a huge pit that led down, the other side had a dead end so I guess the only way left was to go down, I got off liana and looked down the pit,

From the looks of it the huge crystals are connected from both sides of the walls, I can also see an entrance that was emitting a faint glow all the way down,

I went back to liana and got on top of liana,

“It looks like we have to go down, we can use the crystals has platforms and hop from one to another” I looked back from the way we came from and saw that the crystals was not glowing anymore, I think the crystals are guiding us, or someone controlling the light is telling us to come,

It looked like this first floor didn’t have any enemies, I’m just hoping that this dungeon does not have ten floors, I mean, viria literally told me that it might take a month or two to complete a dungeon,

“Okay! Let’s go down…” with a huge jump leaving dust behind, me, Argus and liana went down,

‘Let’s hope that nothing dangerous await us’

Hey guys, I hope you like this chapter, I think I added a reference to a game,

I also decided to write detailed info on the dungeons, because I felt that the dungeon Aries and aqua went inside was a little too fast, like she went inside, and got what she want then bam outside at last… but what do you guys think? Do you want a fast or slow progress on the dungeon?
