The next morning Ray, Alpha, Jacob, Miller, Beta, Delta, Steve and Miguel departed for the port town to take Ray back to Naipoll.

While Rin and the others stayed to protect Lake Mikug because like last time when Youkai came in between the fight and helped Ryan escape. Rin got healed pretty fast because of the powers he obtained from his father so, the next day he went into the Tubo-Dinor assembly with Donovan and Selene to protect him.

Inside the Assembly:

Pyotr Zukhov(Defence Minister of Rubo-Dinor):(cheerfully) Mr Nakayama, Thanks for coming to the assembly even though your medical condition is not good.

Rin:(smiling) I am sorry if I made you worry it's just that my body is very weak as compared to others.

Pyotr:(with a hard voice): Don't push yourself too hard Mr Rin. After all those bastards came here to make peace with us.

Rin: I hope you are right Mr Pyotr.

Pyotr:(nervously pointing at someone) I haven't seen that man before.

Then Rin turns around to see the person Pyotr was pointing at. He was a dull-looking person who was wearing a black overcoat entering the hall.

Guard:(strictly speaking) Sir, This is a high-level meeting so, common people are not allowed so, please go away or else I have to use force.

Strange Man:(with a very low voice) Shut Up and die you maggot.

Then he takes out a blade and a pistol from his overcoat and kills the soldiers who were coming toward him.

Strange Man:(shouting) People of Tubo-Dinor, I am your King from this day onwards.

Then a huge blast occurs at the ceiling of the hall and when everyone saw who was there it was none other than Ryan smith. When the people in the last seats tried to leave, they saw a massive war erupting on the streets of Tubo-Dinor’s capital Wroni where the Hironaka army is slaughtering the Tubo-Dinor military. Everyone went into a panic and chaos erupted the dull-looking guy take advantage of that and started killing diplomats from various organisations and countries.

Strange Man: I am going to appoint new ministers and officers so, you people can die.

Donovan:(smiling) Not so, fast Mr wannabe King.

Strange Man:(also smiling) Finally the chief of the enemy army appears because without a proper enemy leader how can I become a great conqueror who freed the people from the tyranny of whatever your name is.

Donovan:(awkward) You want to become King, Conquerer and Hero. How could this be possible please be realistic by the way my name is Donovan.

Strange Man:(angry) I hate people like you because you have no imagination. You realist villain.

Then Donovan takes out his longsword and attacks the man with the gun and blade but that man dodges it and instead of backing off he attacks him in his stomach, when his blade was going to touch Donovan Selene throws her spear at his hand but because of his stable position he was able to dodge it.

Selene:(surprise) You are good at fighting for a fool. Before you die would you mind telling us your name?

Strange Man:(panting) I am Kian Blackwell, the younger brother of Regan Blackwell, who is going to be the King of Tubo-Dinor.

Selene:(mocking) What a noble family and great desires you have but I will put an end to both of the things.

Kian Blackwell:(shouting) Come at me with all you have got.

Then Donovan and Selene used their abilities as a combo attack against Kian but because of his superior close-range attacks, he was able to push the two of them back.

After seeing the chaos Rin tries his best to protect the President of Tubo-Dinor Alexander Markov. Then after taking down many soldiers Ryan spotted Rin and attack him with his dual bade welding technique.

Ryan:(irritated) In the end you survive, You parasite.

Rin: Yeah I survive and even Ray Brut survives despite his injuries.

Ryan:(angry) There's no end to my work.

Rin know that he is still not well enough to take down Ryan so, he decides to keep Ryan engaged with him as long as possible and at that time President Alexander will run away from the hall. Then after dodging Ryan’s attack many times, Rin got tired and his moments become easy to read so, because of that Ryan takes advantage of the situation and attacks Rin’s weak points but because of Rin’s quick thinking, he uses most of his powers to make a barrier. He knows that if he attacks him, it would be of no use. Then Ryan attacks directly at Rin’s heart but because of the barrier his attack gets evaded and he gives Rin an opening at that moment Rin gets past his limits and started coughing up blood.

Rin:(coughing) Dammit, My body won't listen to me when I need t the most.

Ryan:(smiling) You want to know something? You almost got me but due to my luck, I defeat you.

Then Ryan grab Rin’s hair and started kicking his face.

Ryan:(irritated) Last time when we were fighting you cancel out the barrier which left the fight undecided so, why not decide right here and now.

Rin: It will be the fight to the death.

Ryan:(smiling) Excellent opinion, it shall be a fight to the death.

Then a beam of light came and pierce Ryan’s chest which killed him. At that point Rin was unconscious so, he didn’t see anything on the other hand, Kian got killed by Donovan and Selene. During the fight, Donovan got hurt. Then Selene saw Kamensky flying in the sky and shooting a beam of light with his eyes.

The situation in the city came under control when the general of the Hironaka army Hiroto Tsuki got killed by Bruce and Frey. The next day Eric, Marie and Frey went to talk to the President of Tubo-Dinor with the help of Kamensky. They told him about the plans that Naipoll was making to take over the world and defeat Truth. Then after three days of negotiations president Alexander agree to help them in the upcoming battle because if Naipoll is planning a world conquest they will also come to Tubo-Dinor.

After the Wroni incident Tubo-Dinor and Ying made an alliance against Naipoll. When things settle down Selene went to confront Kamensky.

Selene:(politely) Let me get straight to the point. How can you wield such immense power to kill Ryan Smith in one blow?

Kamensky: Gather everyone near Lake Mikug because I don't want to repeat this horrific tale.

Then everyone gathers near lake Mikug to listen to him then Kamensky started telling everyone about his past.
