Ray's furious attempt of killing Ryan in one blow was stopped by Genki.

Genki:(with a smirk on his face) Charge Everyone!

After listening to his call many soldiers came from inside the lake who was hiding there this whole time. Then Ray kick Genki and pushed him back and then charge straight at Ryan but Ryan grabbed Ray’s sword and shatter it to pieces. After losing his weapons Ray take out his knuckles to fight him and on the other Ryan took out his dual blades to fight him.

Ray:(thinking) When are the others going to come for our aid because at this rate we are going to die without even taking our revenge.

Ryan:(smiling) I am done talking with you because now is the time to finish what I started. After your death, the Brut clan family will perish and I will accomplish my mission to take down the Brut family.

Ray:(also smiling) Like hell I will let you do something to my Clan.

Then Ryan charges at Ray with his blade and shatters his knuckles into pieces and after that Ryan stab Ray in the middle of his hands. After that Ryan thought that he will surely be screaming from pain right now but Ray was standing there like a mountain and then he takeout the blade from his left hand and use it as his weapon.

Ray:(still smiling) I am not going to die before I take revenge for my brother.

Ryan:(surprised) You are a persistent one, Mr Ray. Your brother was a lot easier to defeat than you but in the end, after I kill you it won't matter.

Ray:(shouted) Come at me with everything you have got.

Ryan: I wi-

Genki:(struggling) Ryan, I want to change opponents because Rin is giving a hard time to me and my men.

Ryan:(frustrated) Why does this have to happen when everything was going pretty great for me. Sorry Ray but I have to take care of your partner before I take you down so, please don't die until I finish him.

Ray:(angry) Fight me you bast-

Then Genki suddenly attack Ray

Genki: I am your opponent, Young men.

Ray:(angry) DAMN YOU ALL!!!!

With the help of his athletic body, Ryan rushes toward Rin and attack him with all his might but Rin saw his attack and deflected it with his magic.

Ryan:(smiling) You are very good for a non-combat member.

Rin: Sorry, but I am the head of the Storm division which is the personal bodyguard of the emperor of Ying so, in short, I am a combat member.

Ryan: That's not good because your skills are rock bottom as compared to any skilled mage I have encountered in my life.

Rin:(angry) Bring it one you Crazy psychotic freak.

During Ray and Genki's fight:

Ray went frenzied and take down two of Genki’s men with a single hit. After seeing the fierce look in his eyes and his monstrous fighting style Genki’s men thought to attack his left arm because it was very much damaged by Ryan. Then Genki charged Ray with his long blade but Ray dodge that and cut off one of Genki’s legs and that exact moment other soldiers saw an opening and one of them stabbed his left arm while the other two soldiers cut the whole arm.

Ray:(screams at top of his lungs) ARGH!!! It hurts like hell!!! I will kill you in the cruellest way possible.

Then at the next moment, Ray with the blade in his right hand swung through the heads of the three soldiers who stabbed him and even after death they didn't let go of their swords. Then Ray takes out all of the swords and throws two of them and then he holds the sword in his right arm and the blade in his mouth. At that time the only thing which is keeping his fighting spirit intact was his rage toward Ryan.

Ray:(inside his mind) KILL RYAN!! KILL RYAN!! KILL RYAN!! KILL RYAN!! ...

Then after fighting and killing all of Genki’s men Ray was covered with blood all over his body. He heads out to fight Ryan but instead of that, he saw Rin get defeated in the battle against Ryan’s blade. Then Ryan saw Ray and attack him with his speed attack but Ray blocked it this time because last time Ryan uses this same trick to stab his left hand.

Ryan:(smiling) You poor thing, look at yourself. How are you able to fight after receiving this many injuries. Oh! you even lost your left hand that's too bad cause I am not going to show you any mercy.

Ray:(murmuring) KILL RYAN!! KILL RYAN!! KILL RYAN!! KILL RYAN!! ...

Ryan:(laughing loudly) I have never seen such intense bloodlust from someone who is so, honest, kind and generous. I want this battle to go on and on for eternity.

Then both of them share some blows but because of losing too much blood Ray’s movement becomes sluggish and Ryan saw right through them after seeing an opening he stabbed him in his left shoulder. Then after that Ray fell and lose consciousness but by the time Ryan was finished fighting Ray, Rin came to know that they made a barrier in this place that’s why no one was able to see or come inside of this place. Immediately after finding out about the barrier Rin take, it down with his magic and then after seeing what’s happening inside Alpha, Beta and Edward charge at Ryan with all of their might. Then after seeing them come to this place Ryan also charges to take down Beta because he is also a dual sword wielder like him. when both of them fight Beta take him down in a matter of second but when he was about to go down he got teleported by Youkai.

Beta:(angry) DAMMIT!! We lost our chance to kill Ryan.

Alpha:(shocked) Everyone hurry Rin and Ray are in a very terrible condition, we must take them to the nearest hospital and treat their wounds.

After the deadly battle against Ryan, Genki and his men came to an end Kamensky came to lake Mikug.

Kamensky:(serious) Are you all supporters of Blackwell's plan.

Beta:(frustrated) We will tell you everything after some time so, please keep this a secret between us.

Kamensky:(annoyed) okay, but I will wait only for some time because I am an impatient guy.

Doctor:(nervous) Rin's condition is good and he is recovering but Ray might not be able to survive more than two weeks in his current state because the injuries he got is too gruesome to even examine. If Ray survives even a whole month it would be a miracle.

Rin’s healing powers also stop healing Ray because his condition is beyond recovery. When everyone thought that Ray was going to die. Then suddenly Miller came up with an idea.

Miller:(nervous) We can still save Ray even in his current condition.

Liam:(sobbing) How are we going to save Ray in his current condition. He is fare more injured than he was last time when he got tortured.

Miller:(trying to remain calm) If Ray absorbs the experimental beings into himself then we might be able to save him because by absorbing the experimental beings he will inherit their powers.

Jacob:(angry but polite) Mr Miller your proposal is bad at its core. There's no way we would let you take away our precious King so, easily. I could die a hundred times again and again to save my liege.

Ray's party have the lake Mikug’s water which is very necessary for the process so, all of their preparations are done.

Miller:(nervous) We need to go back to Naipoll because the equipment I needed was only present there.

Liam:(shouting) But, Lab 888 is already destroyed so, how are we going to di the experiment?

Miller:(calming Liam) I have all the equipment in my personal Lab.
