《The First Rabbit Dungeon》Chapter 3 - Getting Started

So with realization that I can move my vision around to where ever I want it to go out of the way. I move around my vision to each corner and look around a bit from each one. This will be useful once I get multiple rooms in my dungeon.
Next thing to do is to make this room bigger. Going to need lots of room for my soon to come loyal monster minions. I mean loyal rabbit minions. Rabbits are not monsters unless they end up decapitating a knight's head right off his body.
I am hoping for rabbits like that, but I doubt that will happen once I make them.
Moving my vision back to my crystal, I look at the wall in front of me. If I remember what the voice said to me, all I have to do is think hard enough and I can remove the dirt around me.
How I do that in terms of science? Again, not going to even question that.
So after a few minutes of thinking that I want the ground in front of me to be gone, I feel a slight drain happening from my body, which is my crystal. Kind of like the feeling of noticing how much of your strength is going away when holding a heavy object above your head for too long.
Except the draining feeling is happening at a way faster rate than normal. I had the feeling happen to me for about half a second before it stopped.
The only reason why I am not too freaked out because of this loss of strength is I can see where the energy went to. Well not 'see' per say, but I can see the results of the drain. Which is the wall in front of me, or should I say where the wall once was.
Cause right now the room is not just a one meter cubed room. It is now two meters long and one meter wide. So in other words, it is double the size. I know this even without being able to see it because of my dungeon sense telling me there isn't any more dirt there now.
That is what I have started to call my sixth sense because of how I am a 'dungeon' crystal now, and the sixth sense only appeared after I become one. So dungeon sense sounds quite nice to me.
Also a cool special effect happened just after the draining feeling went away.
If I had to say what happened, I would say some kind of invisible shovel came out of nowhere and started removing the dirt from the now empty space in front of me.
Then the dirt that was removed fell to the ground, at which point it started to disappear.

And not just 'poof, no more dirt' kind of way. No, it was a 'slowly faded into glowing specks of light that floated upwards' kind of way. The specks of light went up about half way to the ceiling before they ended up disappearing.
It was weird, but at the same time it looked very cool. My very own personal fireworks show. The only sad thing about it was there was no bang at the very end of the lights. So I guess I should call it a light show instead of a fireworks show.
Any ways, now that I added more space and I was able to enjoy a small moment of bliss with the light show. I actually want to do it again. Even with the draining feeling happening to me. Cause feeling something is a lot better then not feeling anything in this dark room.
So I aim at the wall to my right and think about removing it as well. After a few minutes go by, I feel that draining feeling again. One more light show, and the feeling of having no strength left in my system is very apparent.
As a dungeon crystal, what actually makes me able to remove the dirt around me or make my monsters? Well since dungeon crystals are made of pure mana, then I should assume that I am using mana to make the invisible shovel appear and remove the dirt.
Where is my mana coming from then? Moving my vision to the floor below my dungeon crystal, I start to take a good look at what has changed in my crystal for me to have the feeling of being really weak right now. And what I see isn't what I thought it would be.
What I thought I would see is my dungeon crystal being smaller. Cause I maybe used the mana that makes the dungeon crystal up. In the end though, I see that the dungeon crystal is the same size.
I should have already known that because of my dungeon sense telling me that it isn't smaller, but I like to rely a sense that I had as a human before my dungeon sense.
Inside the crystal is what really changed though. That small white light at the very core of the dungeon crystal, has now changed to mainly grey with only a small amount of white light seeping through from the very middle.
So if I had to guess what this light is, I would say that this is my 'mana' that I can use. Since the white light was bigger when I felt normal, and I feel like crap while the white light is smaller. I just now need to get the white part of the light bigger again.

The only question is how to make it bigger?
After thinking for a few minutes I come up with nothing usable. I even thought about wanting to make it bigger, but I guess that is too vague of a action for anything to happen.
And just like that a hour or so goes by of me just watching the white light and thinking of ways of how to increase it.
At some point I kind of blanked out from having the feeling of tiredness having been hanging over me for too long. Then I start to realize that I am actually starting to feel a little bit better.
Getting out of my daze I take a look at the mana light again. Yeah, I named it that, what are you going to do about it? Any ways, the size of the white part of the mana light has started to grow and replace the grey parts of the mana light.
Before I only ever looked at the mana light, but now I am Looking at it. And what I see is the mana light is slowing rotating. And while it is rotating, the size of the white part of the mana light is slowly growing bigger.
When I say slowly, I really mean slowly. It is going to take hours before the mana light will be completely white again.
And that is something that I can't have. Waiting hours is way too long for me when I don't have anything else to do. Maybe it wouldn't be so hard to wait if I had access to the internet. Dang it, I really want access to the internet while I am here!
Since the mana light is rotating, if I increase the speed of which the mana light rotates, then the white part of the mana light will grow faster. With that in mind I start to focus on wanting to increase the speed of the rotation of the mana light.
So after a few minutes of focusing I start to notice a feeling of energy coming to me. It feels like I am drinking a nice bottle of water after just having hot, fun all day at the beach or any other place outside.
Then I start to relish in that feeling, and let my mind wander since I have felt like crap since I increased the size of the room. Too bad something sad happened. And that sad thing is the feeling went away!
I thought about rotating the mana light faster again, and the great feeling came back. This time I stop thinking about it on purpose, and feeling went away again.
Now I could rotate it again and feel good, but I can't enjoy it without having to think super hard about rotating it. Which causes me to not be able to enjoy it at all.
Why does this have to be a double edged sword? WHY?!
Well until I can somehow become a great multi-tasker, I won't be able to enjoy the feeling without focusing on rotating the mana light. At least the feeling doesn't last that long. It only lasted about ten minutes when I focused entirely on rotating the mana light faster.
So I won't be missing too much. Plus that just adds another goal that can waste my time to remove the boredom from the silence of this room. Think of the happy side of things.
Another thing that happened after the feeling went away is I noticed that the size of the mana light after it became completely white again is increasing. Just in case it stops growing, I make sure to not stop focusing on rotating the mana light faster.
After about five minutes later the mana light has increased in size by about ten percent. At which point it just stops growing at a super fast rate.
With me still focusing on rotating the mana light faster, the size is still increasing faster then what the regular rotation size increase would be. But it is still not enough to warrant me to continue rotating the mana light.
Now that the mana light is back to its normal whiteness, I feel so much better compared to before. Too bad that I have to feel bad again because I still have a lot of work to do, and all of the work will require the mana light to turn grey.
The room right now is in a L shape, but I want the room to be at least in a square shape. So now that I know how to make the room bigger, and I know how to get my mana back up to its peak plus some. So I can get started right away if I really wanted to, which I am.
Looking at one of the walls that I haven't removed the dirt from yet. I think hard about wanting to remove the dirt there. And so another light show appears as the dirt disappears.
With that happening, I only now have a T shaped room. For me to make a square room I will have to do this five more times. Even then, that is only going to make this room three meters wide and long, with a height of one meter tall. And that is most likely going to be considered a small room.
Man, this is going to take a while.
