Title: New Enemy Approaches

In a place that is located in the Bermuda Triangle and is unknown to all the humans on earth. There is a round table that shined with a brilliant black luster, and in the middle of this round table there is a black flame floating and flickering about that shows a image of a person kneeling to someone. However, surrounding this table are a group of seven giant humanoid images, that all has a number that goes from 1-7 above their heads.

These holographic images does not show their faces nor any of their feature, but only a throne and them sitting in it. That was their magnanimous display of greatness before all those who dare to seek audience with them. And even though they are just holographic images, and not the real person behind those fake images, there is a unique air around them that makes one want to knee and pray to them like they are kings or gods above all the lower mortals.

They are the members of an elite group of X-Users called the [Seven Vanquisher] and each of them rule over a powerful country in the shadows of the normal world. And each member of the Seven Vanquishers are over S-Class in terms of power rating. So because of this, even the international laws between X-User has no say in what they can and cannot do, and instead it is all the X-User organization of this world that has to follow the international laws that they has made, and had strictly kept in place. So no X-Users dare to run lose on their grounds in the normal world.

Until, that one incident call the [World Blaze] that was cause by a newcomer X-User. Which greatly anger most if not all of the Seven Vanquishers, because while they were at a meeting in a separate dimension. The territory that they had been governing before was set in flames by this rogue X-User, so they plan to make that X-User pay for his deeds and for breaking the International Laws that they had devise over a long period of time with 100% interest. But before we get to that.

Have you ever wondered, what is the difference between the power of all X-User?

The Ranking for X-User that determines if they are weak to strong, are not determine by their wish, nor by Enigma X alone, but by a power rating. Power rating for every X-User in a sense has a very simple process, because it only follows one rule.

How powerful is a X-User soul compare to a regular humans Soul?

The more powerful an X-User soul compare to a regular humans soul, the more powerful they are and the more powerful their wish are. For example a normal human soul has a power rating of 1, but the lowest class of X-User, D-Class, soul has a power rating of 100. meaning their soul is 100 times that of a normal human soul, so a regular humans would usually never be able to beat even the weakest of them.

This is how the power rating for X-User are decided. But this does not explain the real power difference between a X-User of A-Class and below, with a X-User of S-Class and above because their difference lies in a more fundamental thing about them then just their power rating, namely their wish.

Naturally all true X-Users are made by Enigma X and has been granted a wish. But unknown to all newcomers, recluse, and low class X-User. There is a big difference in the wishes that Enigma X grant to one group of people and the other. This is where the difference between a S-Class and a A-Class X-User lies.

An S-Class X-User can choose a wish that they want to be granted from Enigma X directly from the beginning, while A-Class can't decided their own wish, but will be granted base on what they desire in their hearts instead. So the difference that lies between them is that S-Class can have the free will to choose their own wish, while those below them does not have such a choice in getting what they want in mind.

However, S-Class X-User wishes are limited by 10 natural limits that are place upon them because their powers are just to great for the normal world to handle and can effect the entire world or even destroy it, if they were to ever run a muck everywhere. while the A-Class X-User does not have such a limit on their wishes because their powers is nowhere near that of a S-Class X-User, so there was no need for Enigma X to place any limits on them, but they still have to pay a price for using their wishes.

But, this is still not a fair system for the A-Class X-User and below, because all A-Class and below can only reach Top A Class, but can never reach S-Class, so those that are below S-Class will always remain that way. but once a S-Class meet a certain requirement, they can advance to the next Class above S-Class. Which would remove half of their natural limit that was place upon them to keep them in check. However luckily, the condition for the higher S-Class evolution standard, are very high and rare to be achieve by some one. So there is not many S-Class X-User that has fulfill the condition of evolution to go beyond S-Class and achieve what is above it. But that doesn't mean that it is unreachable either, because all the [Seven Vanquishers] have achieve the condition of evolution and became something of a higher existence to all X-Users in the world.

So one can say that Enigma X is just playing favorite for the S-Class X-User, right?

Wrong.

Enigma X is only giving those with potential for something greater to decided on what they should wish for and those without potential will not get a choice in deciding what their wishes shall be, because it will be a waste of its power on them. The object that it decide their potential from... is their own soul... so if their soul does not have the potential to reach higher, then they don't have the potential to reach higher. For example, what Enigma X consider as potential is a Soul that is 1 Million times stronger then a human soul and that is just the weakest S-Class X-Users, while the soul of an A-Class X-User is only 100,000 times stronger then a normal human soul and can only reach up to 999,999 times at most and can't go beyond that natural limit.

So one can say that A-Class is the mortal limit for all humans. But S-Class goes beyond those limits and can reach a place that is higher then that of mortals and can be call a deity that is on earth. However, we should not be mistaking them to be gods or granting them the title of gods, because they are not. Since an actual god is even higher then any deity can ever be. However, that would be shown at another date and time.

Though the Seven Vanquishers are high in status, they are not the highest in the X-User world, but lets leave that talk to another time as well.

So, one of the Seven Vanquishers, that has a number 7 above its head began to speak.

“Pig, have you found the culprit that has set a blaze the domain that we have govern yet?” it ask with a static voice, that make it impossible to distinguish the gender of the opposite party. But one can feel the burning anger inside of that static voice.

“No Sir! I deeply apologize for my incompetence, but I had also been trouble by my personal inconvenience as of late...” The person who had answer to the number 7, is the Mafia Boss of Demons Paradise.

“Hmm! I never did expect anything useful from you!! if not for your abilities and guardian being useful to us, we would have obliterated you a long time ago. After all the kidnapping that your little organization had done for your self-interest. So you better get to work or else we really would remove you this time!!!” the number 7 said angry at the person that is in the black flame kneeing before them. But one can see beads of sweat trickle down his face, after he had heard how angry the number 7 was.

“Now, calm down number 7, although he is a pig, he is still my pig that you are yelling at. So I warm you this time, don't be rude against another one of the numbers subjects that does not belong to you, alright?” the number 6 advise the number 7 to not overstep his boundary.

“Tch!” however only a grunt came out of the number 7 side.

“Now, calm down guys, how about we wait a little, instead of looking all over the place for an enemy that is just a newcomer and has not even been register in the ranking list yet.” the number 5 spoke its mind to the other, but the number 4 greatly disagree with its opinion.

“YOU SAY THAT! BUT ARE YOU REALLY GOING TO LET SOME NEWCOMER BURN THE DOMAIN THAT YOU HAD BEEN GIVEN AND LET IT BE SET IN FLAMES?!!! WE SHOULD MOBLIZE ALL OF OUR RESOURCES INTO FINDING THIS DAMN NEWCOMER AND BRING IT TO JUSTICE ON OUR HANDS!!!!” The number 4 want the newcomer X-User that had set its capital a blaze to be completely obliterated instead of waiting passively. But number 5 only gave a mocking laugh and said.

“You say that yourself, but how are you going to find this newcomwe, huh? As I recall, the ranking list only update the new X-User a week after they had been granted a wish by Enigma X. So right now, we have no method in finding that X-User, except by predication, divination and other wishes to locate its vague location at the current moment, which is a waste of resources in my opinion, because we should be focusing on the 13 Y-Wonders and not on some newbie that has just join our ranks and broken some laws.”

“Ohh!! do you want to fight number 5? because as I recall, you only had an unimportant forest burn down, but I had several city and even my capital got set a blaze by this dick of a newbie, so you can't just expect me to stay quiet after this!!!!!”

“Now.... shut up you two!!! we are in a meeting right now, not in a bar for people that is drunken on revenge in their minds, so focus you two!!” the number 3 said in anger of the two that is fighting in each others presence.

“What are your take on this number 1 and 2?” after number 3 said this to the remaining members that has not spoken yet, the number 5 and 4 stop fighting, because they fear those two numbers more then the number 3, 6, and 7 combine. So they quickly stop their quarrellings.

“I have only one thing that I need to ask of you, Caesar.” that was what the number 2 has said, which shocked the rest of the numbers except the number 1 that still hasn't spoken yet.

“Yes” the boss name Caesar said in great fear and nervousness, because it would not need a second for the number 1 and 2 to kill him from across the other side of the world with their powers.

“Is your target a little girl in Tokyo?” that was what the number 2 had asked Caesar, which greatly shocked him, because of why the number 2 would know of his problems. However he dare not to keep the number 2 waiting for an answer from him and said.

“Yes, Yes it is, her parent has use her as the chip for borrowing a large amount of money from us. But for some reason we lost connection to our henchmen that was sent to retrieve her for some time already.”

“I see... then that is all I want to hear.” after the number 2 had said that, he exited the meeting and his holographic image disappear. Naturally this shock all the remaining spoken numbers again, but not as surprisingly because they knew that the number 1 and 2 rarely speaks and when they do it is usually about a very important matter.

However, Caesar is sighing in relieve that he would not be killed today. But this relieve only lasted for a minute before the number 1 spoke to him this time and gave him a direct order.

“Seek this Little girl of yours out and eliminate her by any means necessary including her little brother. if you do, then we would give you one of the decease X-User Soul Weapon of S-Class for compensation. Now everyone be dismissed, the meeting is over.” when the number 1 has finish saying that, everyone else was shock, but quietly left just like how they had been ordered to by the number 1.

“Um.... Yes! Sir.. I will do as you had order immediately and will mobilize all of our forces that are available... I shall take my leave as of now.” Caesar said in a more polite tone then before, because the number 1 is the person that he most does not want to offend no matter what.

Since the number 1 has the greatest power and influence over the entire group of the Seven Vanquishers. So he needs to be more careful with how he present himself to the number 1. But he was extremely pleased by the reward that he would get, if he can do this little favor for the number 1, because getting a Soul Weapon that valuable is something that is unobtainable by the likes of him.

However, just as Caesar was about to leave, he was stopped again by the number 1 and was given a message.

“On the day after tomorrow, you will receive a bottle and what is inside, you do not need to know, but you must not show it to anyone else and drink the content down obediently, you hear that?” after the number 1 has said that to him, traces of fear could be seen on his face, but he dares not to refuse the number 1 even if his life depends on it.

However to his surprise, the number 1 then said something that greatly reassured him.

“Don't worry, after you drink the bottled content, you will obtain powers that you would never have had before. So drink every last drop of it okay? It is very valuable, so don't even let one drop to the floor. If you manage to do so then I will do you a favor as well. Just for once, you got that?” after the number 1 had said that to him, he swore that his eyes could've pop out of his eye socket, do to the amount of shock and joy that he had receive, because to earn a favor from the number 1 of the Seven Vanquishers is something too incredible to even comprehend for most X-Users. But now this chance had been offered to him.

So he must do his part without fail. So he replied back with a great amount of vigor this time around.

“YES! SIR!!” he said out loud to the number.

“Alright, then be dismissed now!” that was all he needed to hear in order for him to go and so the black flame that had shown his image also disappear now.

When Caesar left the dark space, all that remain is the number 1.... then the number 1 began to mumble to himself in this dark space.

“So, that little girl name is, Tanya, correct? And as I had heard from 'Him' she is the biggest threat to our plan for becoming one of the perfection of this universe is it?... I just wonder what kind of girl is she, that she can even make 'Him' regards her existence so highly.... honestly I am tempted, but lets see if she can deal with all these small flies that will come buzzing to her sooner or later and if she can deal with them then I will take notice of her as well, and if not... then... well.... She will perishes as the loser she is. Still... I wonder, how will she react when it is time for her to meet that 'Perfect Doll' that 'He' had created from one of her kins... hahaha!! this..... will.... be..... so.... Interesting....” after he finish saying that, the number 1 also left the dark space with a small laughter in its voice.

And what remain is the black round table and an eerie, ominous, dark foreboding left behind by him in his place..
