《A Glass Window》Chapter 4

I’ve decided to call a period of seven days a week.
Why seven days you ask?
It’s because of two young humans.
They started coming to the building a few days after I found out about men and women.
They are a man and a woman, they come to the building for five days, then stop coming for two days and then they repeat the cycle.
Every day they come, they both get here early in the morning and sit on some metal chairs inside the building, they talk a bit while looking at a large board with some weird symbols on it and when a certain set of symbols appears on the board the man puts his face against the woman’s face and then goes further into the building while the woman exits it. At late afternoon the woman comes back to the building and rests her back on me, that’s why I noticed them, and waits for the young man to come here while looking at that board with the strange symbols.
Those two young humans seem really happy when they see each other, they also have matching metal rings on their fingers…they must be really close.
Anyway, I’m getting off track, I was talking about the week. I noticed that a lot of other people come and leave the building in the same days and hours as the two young humans so I decided to call a complete cycle a week and have it start the first day they start coming to the building again after the two days they don’t.
It's really useful to have different measures of time.

Sorry for the random tiny chapters. I structured and uploaded this as a series of scenes, some of which just didn't need to be very long. I could probably attach the "sub-scenes" to previous chapters, but that'd only be covering it up, so I'm not sure its worth it. Anyway if you find them annoying, let me know, and I'll put some more thought into it. I did, at least, make a point of always posting at least a thousand words on any given day (after I noticed the problem), which hopefully mitigates the problem.
