You stand out from the rest,

But to get to you, there's a test.

To find out who you are,

How old? Do you live far?

Understand when I want to be near you,

If you're going out with anyone, who?

Is it serious, or just a little relationship?

I'm sure I have more to give.

Do you like me at all? Do you know I exist?

Am I on your 'to go out girl' list?

What are you favourite things? What are your hobbies?

I can't just leave everything where it is.

You've finally dumped that girl,

She must have been special, you had bought her a pearl.

I feel weird, are you recognising me?

The personality in you is what I can't see.

You ask me out, immediately I say 'Yes!'

One week later, I'm in a terrible mess!

I found out that your only just a guy,

Only to make girls dream and sigh.

I hate you know for dumping me like that,

You suddenly treated me like a dirty old mat!

You could at least tell me why,

I couldn't think as I lie.

You were my life, but your different now,

You acted like a complete and utter cow!

Why do you do this?

I'm sure it hurt every girl you went with!

I should have stopped it after our first kiss!

One thing I know, you have changed a bit,

You look depressed and distant as you sit.

You're still popular, but single,

When you look at me I still feel that tingle.

We see each other between classes,

You watch me get the disco passes.

I wore something glamorous that night,

You and your group, was as always, just right.

I felt out of place when you asked me to dance,

Is he telling me, he wants another chance?

When the song stopped, we just stood there,

We were tranced in this long stare.

When I went to walk away,

I knew there was something that he wanted to say.

He got my hand and pulled me outside,

I wanted to run away and hide.

As he came to stand closer to me,

my breathing stopped and my heart skipped a beat.

I was determined not to let you off loose,

But as he moved even closer it came to no use.

My feelings for him were coming to the surface,

I thought he was going to make it worse.

But as his lips brushed against mine,

His hands went around me like a vine.

I felt pleasant, content and at ease,

He parted and said, 'I'm so sorry...forgive me, please?'

I knew he was serious,

my answer was a deep and passionate kiss.
