You may all be wondering how the hell did Scott transform into a dragon? How does Alter have super strength/healing, and how is the old man so damn strong? As I've mentioned this is my work in progress so things might confusing.

Here's an explanation-

Arseny was suffering the consequences of war and needed weapons to tip the scales in their favor. In 1760 the Arsenian government devised a way for humans to acquire the abilities of dragons through blood infusions. Thus, the Soldier Dragon Project was created. The experiment only produced soldiers who were enhanced in strength, vitality, and healing, not real dragons, but it was good enough. However, only the lucky few who truly merged with their dragon blood could transform into stable humanoid dragons, though many who changed became mindless monsters. The Soldier Dragons were a huge help during the war and for espionage, changing the tide completely. Only a handful remain. In recent years, due to a lack of dragons, the high death rates, and a pause on the war, the experiments were discontinued.

Disclaimer: Because of the dire situation and intense national fervor, all experiments were done on willing participants, both human and dragon, and nothing illegal or unethical occurred.
