《Vamped up》Chapter 4 - Fuck you Newton...

The awaited day of training has begun today, after the bell people begin to leave their classes and return home.
[Ishikawa]
"Yo~ you wanna go home together today? Since we are best friends and all."
[Kurake]
"Sorry, I'm afraid I can't..." I reluctantly turn her down.
As I walk towards the front gate of the school a black car pulls up to an abrupt stop. A tall burly butler gets out of the car.
[Butler]
"Please enter the car young master."
I was stunned for half a second, not sure how to act. But I pick up what little composure I had left and nonchalantly got in the car. The other kids that were still left didn't pay that much attention as this was the norm here. The whole "rich kids academy" and all.
A large portion of this school's training facilities is placed underground since it would take up too much space to fit all of the facilities above ground.
After a bit of driving, we reach our stop I hop out of the car. Following the butler, I make it to my training grounds a place far out in the woods. I could only theorize why we couldn't use academy training grounds.
I spot Emiko and Emika waiting for me, Emiko spots me and waves. and Emika just nods in my direction.
[Emiko]
"Ya' finally made it took you long enough."
[Kurake]
"Sorry" I bow my head to apologize.
[Emika]
"Ah, it's f-fine we didn't wait too long." Her voice starts to trail off.
[Emiko]
"Anyways," she tosses me a wooden sword and some blood packets. "We're gonna assess your abilities to see what you need to train."
[Kurake]
"Why the blood packs?"
[Emiko]
"Hah?~ You should know this, a vampire without blood cannot unlock its full potential and its potential as a progenitor. Since I guessed you haven't had a drop of blood since you awoke."

She wasn't wrong.
[Emiko]
"It's quite impressive a normal vampire would have gone insane and started attacking random people, though it's not like we have many vampires left..."
[Kurake]
"It's fine I'm used to it, I can go without feeding for at least a month, maybe 2 if I push it." I slightly bit my lip.
[Emika]
"M-may I ask why?"
[Kurake]
"Well- I guess if I could explain it, it would be rationing. I needed to ration my blood supply quite often."
[Emika]
"B-" Emiko but her hands on Emika's shoulder and shook her head. Emika quickly picked up what Emiko was putting down and stopped her questioning.
Isn't she chatty today.
[Emiko]
"Anyways, no more being side tracked." She draws her sword.
Likewise, I also get into a fighting stance.
[Emika]
"3, 2, 1, START!"
[Kurake]
"HAA-"
Hm? What happened? Am I flying? I look slightly downwards. A indescribable feeling of dread fills my insides. I could see my own back, and my neck... With nothing attached to it and blood spewing out the top like some sick fountain.
My head plops to the floor and my vision grows dim...
[Kurake]
"*Gasp.*"
Huh? I cover my neck with my hands checking the damage. How im I still alive?
[Emiko]
"Yo!" I felt A hand grab my shoulder.
[Kurake]
"GAGH!" I Leap into the air out of fear.
Hell, I got so scared I leaped right above the clouds... Wait a minute, what goes up must come down again... I felt my momentum slow through the air as my direction started to change.
[Kurake]
"FUCK YOU NEWTONNN!!!!!"
CRASH.

Good Guy Necromancer
Necromancers are murderous, repulsive, utterly ungodly creatures. And then there's Jerry. Jerry is a novice necromancer who treats his undead warmly, seeks to befriend people instead of harvest their bodies, and doesn't mind cracking a skull or two when needed. He genuinely is a good guy—too bad nobody believes him. Trying to discover his place in the world, Jerry will live great adventures. He will make friends, each unique in their own way, and together, they will travel through a variety of striking environments; from a tiny village, to the land of the dead, to a jolly archipelago, to a kingdom on a beanstalk. To save a world that shuns him, Jerry must stand against a large organization of arrogant, mighty wizards. He strives to become stronger while maintaining his kindness, only to realize that, maybe, gentle hearts make the greatest necromancers. This is the story of a delightful man in a harsh world—full of warmth, action, and wise-cracking bone puns. Chapters are usually 2-3k words, and updates are 3/week: Mon, Wed, Fri. If you're looking for another fun, action-packed adventure, check out Cultivator vs. System by yours truly, available on Kindle, KU, and Audible. But read Good Guy Necromancer first.
