Among these ten, the top institution is The Holy Sages Academy found in the North of the Evergreen Forest. They subtly control and influence the rest of other regions though their influence is thinly spread in regions placed South of the Evergreen forest.

In addition a huge part of the Continent of Lush is covered by the forest, hence almost all of the regions and their institutions are located by using the Evergreen Forest as a location marker of some sort.
