A bright flash of light burned my eyes as I was falling. A light pain came from my bottom as I landed on something; I opened my sore eyes and saw a plain white ground. Brighter strands of light started to converge in front of me and slowly form a figure: a large smile formed, soon after a body and finally a pair of eyes. Its' eyelids quivered and erupted open showcasing a completely white eye with no pupils whatsoever.
"** *** ** ***** **** ***** *****"My ears screeched from the strange noise.I grabbed my knees so that I didn't collapse on the floor.
" 'Configuring Human Language-Confirming Target Intelligence, Hello, My name is Theia nice to meet you Jasos, I can see you're confused BUT I'll answer your questions only after I'm done speaking" Her sweet voice lulled my ears. She looked like an angel-quite literally. Her wings started to spread open, lasers of light flashed from them onto my body.
“You were abandoned by your family and left to suffer all by yourself. I pity your existence.... so does my master. He decided to give you another chance at life. I can tell you for certain that your family is alive and well in this world, depending on what you do from now you might be able to meet them “My heart nearly stopped beating. I would have done anything to see my family again-even kill. however, after those 3 years of hardships, I learned a thing or two.
“I don't believe you, not for a second, This is all a trick caused by someone or a stupid dream” My fury burst out towards her, none of this made sense. I was dead and so was my family. I believed that there was no god in this world otherwise I would have never had to suffer all these hardships

'HOW DARE YOU BE SO INSOLENT...My master has given you another chance, this is not a dream. I promise you. Now grab my hand and you'll be able to start your new life' Her calm expression had started to crumble. There was a violent light in her eyes and I soon felt unsafe.
She soon started to get impatient and walked towards me "I'll just grab your hand instead because you're so shy" She moved closer. But her legs were still, instead she was floating towards me.15metres.10metres.As she got closer to me my body started to feel more calm and sedative. An irresistible smell was coming from her body and it was getting stronger as she came towards me.
suddenly, there was a plink. The light around me became darker and eventually, a gradient formed ." well, well look at what we have here, you know you're breaking the treaty by doing this "A man clad in black slowly walked towards Theia, the darkness strangled the light like putting out a candle.
The two angels collided and caused the room to crack into pieces. Cold air scraped my skin making me shiver as I fell. My back ached when I landed supine; The room which I fell from disappeared from the sky as if it was never there in the first place
I got on my knees and pushed myself up from the Dewey ground; I slapped the wet grass off my knees and took a few deep breaths in. It was so cold that my breath was condensing. My body shook straight up as all my hairs stood upright. My gut churned-warning me of a danger. Quickly, I trudged behind a tree.
'KWEEK KWIK 'A small green man screamed. I held the sound of my breath and listened, fearing it would see me if I tried to look at it. The sound of metal clinging and the quick shuffling of boots vibrated behind me.

'DIEEEE!!' A human voice echoed throughout the forest, followed by a bellow; birds flew out of the trees and into the morning sky. A few seconds later, a few roars and screams boomed from a distance, different from the one earlier. These voices were filled with rage and anger.
I braced myself and peeked behind the tree. The mangled body of the green man-creature was bleeding out on the ground, and next to it was a person with long brown hair crouching down on the grass.

A world where magic must be hidden from mankind is a world where mages have no reason to exist. She was, as they say, a living embodiment of a thousand year old curse upon the Kingdom and humanity as a whole. And the only way to handle a curse is to get rid of it--which is precisely what the Kingdom had been doing for centuries--eliminating any being that contained even an ounce of enchanted blood. Zara has lived most of her life with the threat of death hanging over her head, though it never averted her heightening curiosity about magic, nor the abilities innate within her. And when a powerful, enigmatic Sorcerer comes to her with a proposition, Zara finally sees her chance to embrace the curse she was born with. It was a chance laced with precarity and destruction, but a chance nonetheless...
