When the phoenix egg appeared Lucifer, eyes begin to shine as it yet to hatch and when it does it would already step into the origin realm. Lucifer took a quick look at to the crowd below and at Moon which he only saw confusion.
“Here we have a mysterious beast egg of unknown origin and the starting price is hundred gold,” The man on stage said almost causing Lucifer to fall out of his chair.
‘Are all of them high! Its. A. PHOENIX. EGG!’ Lucifer shouted in his mind but quickly bid on it.
Seeing Lucifer bid on it Moon got curious.
“Why did you bid on it?” Moon asked as luck play a major role when buying unidentified items.
“The Beast inside is perfect for Luna when it hatches for her beast companion,” Lucifer whispered causing Moon eyes to light up.
“Are you sure,” Moon asked.
“Hundred percent,” Lucifer said.
Seeing his confidence Moon was ready to use his power as auction founder if they couldn’t buy it. But as luck would have it no one bid on it. Seeing no one wanted to bid cause Lucifer to laugh as he just bought a phoenix for hundred gold. If the deity knew of this they would go insane as they went through great pain just to catch a glimpse of one.
The Egg soon arrived and Lucifer handed over the gold and retrieved the egg. Upon closer inspection, Lucifer saw it wasn’t a normal phoenix egg but he doesn’t know everything so it was a mystery to him. He quickly decided that time will tell and toss the thought of searching for the answer to the back of his mind.
“Lucifer, what type of egg is it that got you so happy,” Moon asked.

“It a phoenix egg and by the looks it not normal one either,” Lucifer said.
“You just bought a phoenix egg for hundred gold,” Moon said.
“Your luck is just unbelievable it almost heaven-defying,” Moon said.
After Lucifer bought the egg none of the next few items caught his attention as they were few old pill or old weapons. The auction soon came closer to the end when the rusty sword Lucifer took an interest in before the auction began showing up.
“Here the last item for this year auction. This sword is not important but the blood on it was identified as an ancient beast. After long hours we manage to identify it as- Three Headed Hydra. It should be known that they are considered extinct for over 600,000 years.”
The crowd began almost cheering as most sects have a technique or two that allow one to add bloodline to one own body. When Moon saw it, he was tempted to grab it for Luna but held back. Looking at the blood Lucifer just laughed as it belongs to an even terrifying beast as three head hydra was just a branch but this blood belongs to the legendary nine head hydra infant.
“The Starting is 100,000 gold and each rise must be at least ten thousand gold,” The man on stage said.
“200,000,”
“Half a million,”
The price continued to rise at a rapid pace until it reaches almost twenty million. Seeing that it be a waste to let it go Lucifer put in his bid with twenty golden core realm beast core which comes in around thirty million gold at a minimum. Where he collected these cores was during the admission test.
“Is there any higher bid,” The man on the stage said.

Seeing that no wanted to bid again the man happily said that the auction is now over. When Lucifer saw no one wanted to bid he felt something odd going on but chose to ignore it since it not important.
“Well we got some pretty good stuff but I felt something was off whenever we made a bid,” Lucifer said toward Moon.
“We are sitting in the highest honor VIP room where only Immortal and founder are allowed to sit. Since none of them want to get on our bad side they choose not to bid,” Moon said.
“Oh, since they choose not to is their choice,” Lucifer said.
“The sun looks to be set so let return,” Moon said as he began flying and Lucifer followed.
-Void Emperor Sect-
“Sia, did you finish the book yet,” Luna said.
“Just finished how about you,” Sia replied.
“I finished an hour ago and was rewarded with the next book,” Luna said as she held up the book.
“This is just torture,” Sia said as this would make it the three weeks in the row of pure reading without rest.
“I know it is and I missed Lucifer as he had tricks to make it easier to memorize,” Luna sighed.
“Where did he go anyways? Elder Moon said they be out for couple days and it almost been a month.” Sia said.
“I heard they were heading to the south sea and the trip going to take an entire year,” Luna said.
“Well when he comes back let give him a surprise by stepping into the Golden Core Realm,” Sia said with a smile as she can wait to see his surprise.
“Ok but we can’t slack off as we can’t rely on resources since he would beat us until we fix it,” Luna said as she remembers what happened during the admission test.
“Yeah,” Sia said.
Off to the side Elder Vin just smiled as these to found motivation and were quite talented that it terrified him at their quick advancement.

My class [Death Knight] is just barely legal...
Ever since meeting his uncle, Arthur has pushed himself daily to achieve an arbitrary goal. He trained like nobody else did, longer than anybody else could. He neglected his personal relationships to pursue something he didn't even understand, in hindsight. When the time came for his class awakening ritual, he was ready. He was ready to receive a powerful starting class and to break free from his boring lifestyle. Well, you know what they say, "Be careful what you wish for, lest your wish be granted." Arthur was assigned the death knight class, which is just barely, technically, maybe legal. With it, he learns about what drove him to such simple minded ambition in the first place: his affinity. Now, he's faced with a dilemma: will he embrace it, or reject it? 'My class [Death Knight] is just barely legal' is a laid back story with occasional tension, that describes Arthur, a young man, exploring the world, the system and his own mental health as he pursues his ambitions. This story is the first serious fiction I ever wrote, so while criticism is definitely welcomed, keep it polite. I'm going to rewrite the first few chapters at some point, since they're not as good as my later ones, but I'm focusing on my current chapters first. I don't have time to do both yet, since I'm also in the middle of my exams. What to expect from this story: -Litrpg elements -A chaotic good aligned protagonist (that starts off as a neutral good protagonist) -(Hopefully) interesting characters. What not to expect from this story: -Grimdark elements -Harem -An enslaved protagonist. (I mention this due to the background of the mc's class) Release schedule: 1 chapter every other day, 2pm European time (14:00) Join the discord here: https://discord.gg/YHZFB4HMHD

Musings of a Hypocrite
Mortals are weird. They insisted in unity, as well as individualism. More often than not, they're shocked at truth and honesty, but not at falsehood and deceit. They asked questions with multiple answers, and provided answers that begged other questions. They made things to break, they destroyed things to study, they researched things to recreate. Humans, Elves, Beastmen. All of them. Within these contradictions, a miracle might manifest. But this tended to work with a trial and error methodology. Most mortals never got the happy ending. This diary is my journey alongside a few students of mine. In simple terms - they learn, they grow, they fight. They'll journey through centuries of conflict, from the physical to the educational. They'll experience the cruelty and benelovence of all living-kind. They'll experience the consequences of their choices and the blessings of their rewards. They will grow to become useful to me, or die trying like all the others. As for you? The god reading our lives like a book, sitting in your chair without a care in the world? I will show you, the farce that is known as 'God'.
