Howler opened his eyes to find his mother lying on-top of him,
“Mum?” Howler cried,
“Son” Twilight said weakly,
“Dad?” Howler looked over to see his dad lying on the ground with gashes covering him,
“Son, you must go, the lions will be back.”
“I’m not leaving you.”
“You have to go now!”
“But dad...!”
“NOW!!!” Howler ran to the edge of the cavern ledge to look back at Twilight, to hear him say,
“And, remember what Darka taught you,” and with that Howler disappeared.
