~Claus PoV~

The reason this martial arts technique is named [The Phoenix] is because whoever manages to train it to the 14th stage will practically become immortal in this world.

Just like the Dragon the Phoenix is considered one of the top 10 beasts in my old world, and this technique was made after fighting it.

The [The Phoenix] has over 14 stages and it is split into 2 section.

The first section is the first 7 stages where the person who is training in the technique be able to control all the cells in his body, this would allow one to fix any anomalies inside one's body like curing cancer.

The second stage will make the person unable to age and his skin immune to fire of any sort, the person training in this will also be able to fly.

This technique is one I acquired after exterminating a clan who went against me in my old world, and it is also part of the best technique's I have so the people I am going to give it to must be people I trust very much or have sworn a vow like him.

Dukes 1/7

All the information about what a Duke is entered my head, it looks like only after someone has vowed would they be able to become a Duke and they have to be sincere from the bottom of their hearts.

The Dukes are the highest group and power at my disposal and they will be the one's who will control my empire on my orders, they can't betray me since they need to vow to become my dukes anyway.

All of the Dukes will be able to talk to me and between themselves mentally, I am really disappointed with the shitty benefit, who cares about talking mentally, I would be able to talk to anyone mentally when I am done with the [Sleeping Lion] anyway.

~James PoV~

What the actual fuck!

After the kid put his hand on my chest a lot of information about some technique entered my head.

If everything about the technique I got is true then this is something that would make everyone in the world go crazy, with this someone could stand on the top of the world with brute strength alone.

Now the question is who is this kid really? and how did he get his hands on such a monstrous technique, with this I don't have to worry about cancer ever again or even dying!

I look a the kid in front of me in disbelief, I thought that this kid was only messing around when told me he could cure me, but now I am not so sure.

And the vow, I feel like it is very real, does this mean I have to be this kids consigliere.

Hold on is this kid even a kid?

There were so many questions in my head.

~Claus PoV~

"Since you're my consigliere shouldn't you tell me you name?" I said as I finished drinking the drink in my hand

"My name is James!" He said, he opened his mouth to say something else but closed it again as he was trying to process everything that happened.

"Don't think much about it, you will get the hang of it sooner or later!" I said to him telepathically

"That's not what I am thinking about, you said consigliere? Are you in some sort of mafia?" He asked as his eyes gleamed

"I am planning on starting one" I said, 'Did he realise that I said that telepathically?' I thought

His brows drew together as you could see the disappointment in his eyes, he let out a sigh and looked at me "What do you know about mafia?"

I placed my hand on my chin and thought about it for a while before I looked at him "Nothing much other than the stuff on the internet, that's why I made you my consigliere, you said you were part of a mafia right?" I said, he really didn't realise.

*sigh*

He left out another sigh as he started to think about something.

"Well, if you want to start a mafia you will need money, men, and territory first!" He said

"I got money and territory as for men there is no need for that now, you and I are enough to take care of the weaklings in this area if you manage to reach the 7 stage of [The Phoenix]"

"How much money can you possibly have?" He said with a sarcastic tone

"I own half of a multi-billionaire company is that enough money" I said with a smile

"_"

He looked at me for a while before opening his mouth "If that's true why are you trying to create a mafia?"

"I am going to take over this world and in order to that I need to take over the underworld!" I said

"How are you planning on taking over the world just by taking over the underworld? It's not that easy" He said

"I am also going to become the Prime minister of this country"

Now he got even more confused, looking at him trying to figure out how I am going to take over the world by becoming the ruler of the underworld and the prime minister made me smile.

This is the first time I have told anyone about it, I have put a lot of thought into how I am going to take over the world and becoming the ruler of the underworld is a huge part of it.

I put my hand on his shoulder "First go and cure your cancer, here is my phone number call me when you reach the 7 stage of [The Phoenix], we can talk more about how we are going to take over the world then" I said as I handed over a paper with my phone number on and left him.

I made my way to where my parents were, I stopped for a while I took a deep breath and let it out

"So it begins!"
