In the Ryoukun capital of the Lucivan Empire, a family of three were strolling down the streets.

"Mama! Papa! Look at that building!"

A young Demon girl at the age of seven was jumping up and down in excitement as she pointed towards a large clocktower. Her ruby red eyes were sparkling in amazement while her silvery hair dangled with each jump.

"Yep Alicia. That's the Namani Clocktower," a black-haired Demon with glasses chuckled. His red eyes glistened as he remarked on its history. "They say it was built about 500 years ago by architect Von Lessivir De Equitte. The building itself is reinforced with pure steel and plated with oak tree wood. The pendulum inside was actually devised as a large-scale test the first law of--"

"Oh shush it you damn nerd," a silver haired Demon beauty chided while smacking the back of her husband's head. Her eyebrows scrunched as her azure blue eyes stared daggers at the Demon with glasses. "The child could care less about stupid theorems and history at her age."

"But come on Alaina, it's interesting stuff!" The husband tried to appeal with his wife.

"Saudro," Alaina replied smiling with sheer cold eyes. "No. One. Gives. A. Fuck."

Defeated by his wife, the depressed Saudro turned over to his daugher and tried to gain her favor instead.

"Come on Alicia," he pleaded, "Don't you want to learn more about Yvurin's first law of motion applied to the physics of the Namani Clocktower's pendulum?"

"What's a physics?" Alicia asked innocently, tilting her little head in confusion.

Slumping down, Saudro gave up and walked sullenly. His wife Alaina chuckled at the sight as the three of them continued strolling through the capital.

Finally, they arrived at a particularly crowded street. Thousands of Demons were on two opposing sides as they chatted and looked out into the distance in anticipation. The atmosphere of everyone there gave evidence towards a special event happening soon.

Banners were hung everywhere alongside flags imprinted with Lucivan Empire's logo. The streets glistened in a gold-like coating with a royal red carpet resting on top. The buildings were all decorated with miscellaneous materials showing off support for the event happening today.

The family of three continued walking as they looked for their friends.

"Hey Alaina! Saudro! Over here!"

Out in the distance, a pink-haired Succubus called out towards the trio. Her well-developed twin hills jiggled while she waved her hand.

Saudro's face shone a shade of red as his eyes instinctively looked towards the peaks. Fantasies started popping in his head that were by no means family friendly.

However, his daughter soon put a halt to all of that.

"Mama! Papa's face is red staring at Mrs. Pinkhair!" Alicia commented while giggling.

Alaina looked over at her husband and saw the same thing her daughter did. Her face scrunched up in dissatisfaction.

"Hey. What'cha looking at?" She asked her husband with a strained smile, her hand pinching and twisting his arm.

Saudro gave a light laugh while sweating buckets.

"Oh, nothing much," he replied meekly. "Just...you know...spaced out."

"Oh don't worry," Alaina replied with ice cold eyes as she 'smiled' at her husband. "We'll talk more about your issue with 'spacing out' when we head back to the inn."

Saudro decided to "live in the now" rather than "worry about the future" right there and then to preserve his sanity for the moment.

The family of three soon caught up with their Succubus friend towards the front of the crowd.

"Hey guurrll! How you been Serenity?" Alaina cried out cheerfully as she went for to hug her friend.

"Aye Laine!" Serenity replied while embracing Alaina. "It's been forever! How's your hubby and daughter?"

"My daughter's an angel," Alaina said while smiling at a wide-eyed Alicia, then quickly turned cold as she looked at her husband. "My hubby's a male cuckold. Caught him looking at your--wait goddamn how much bigger have those got?"

"Hehe, I don't blame him for being interested," the Succubus replied coyly while flittering her eyes at Saudro. "Mind if I steal your husband tonight to give him a nice 'session' with me?"

"If you want your head on a stick like my husband, go ahead." Alaina replied coldly.

"Mama, what's a session?" The young Alicia asked interested.

The group of four continued talking and laughing until suddenly conversation ceased. A buff looking Demon in shiny black and purple armor showed up in the middle of the parted street with sword in hand. He cleared his throat and began to speak.

"Their Highnesses Mrs. Vialin and Mr. Banurk are here for their wedding coronation at the Royal Castle! Please shower them with congratulations!"

The crowd erupted into cheers and yells as the announcement was made. Suddenly, a golden crested open chariot was seen being pulled by [Hell Horses]. A petite mature looking Demon with red hair and red eyes smiled and waved at the crowd as people cried out at her like star-struck fans. A handsome looking Vampire with black hair and purple eyes sat right next to her waving at the crowd to the excitement of the many Demon girl fans.

Alicia looked at the scene in outright wonder and amazement. She's never seen such a wonderful and joyous occasion in her life. After all, they've been living in Tanquai for all their lives. Hardly anything at this large of a scale happened there.

Saudro laughed looking at his wide-eyed daughter trying to jump and see the procession. He grabbed Alicia and placed her right on his shoulders for a better look.

"Papa! Whose Mrs. Red Hair?" Alicia asked her father while star-struck.

"That's the Princess of the Lucivan Empire." Saudro replied with a smile.

"What's a Princess?" Alicia continued pressing with questions.

"Ah, a very good question that has a wonderful history behind it," Her father began while chuckling. "You see, the idea for this royal first came from--"

"Don't listen to your father," Alaina interrupted while smashing her hand against her husband's mouth. "The Princess is a beautiful elegant figure and the pride of our country."

"Wowww! Who's the handsome vampire right next to her?"

"That's the Prince that is to be the Princess' husband." Her mother continued. "You see, the Princess and Prince are getting married after falling in love with one another."

"What does falling in love mean?" Alicia asked after hearing an unfamiliar statement.

"Alaina, she doesn't need to know--" Saudro tried to interrupt but soon was met with another smack to the mouth.

"Hush up," Alaina retorted her annoyance. "It's what happens after a Princess and a Prince like each other. Often times, the Prince would try to woo her over by doing all sorts of nice gentleman-like things and gain her favor."

"So a Prince is someone who serves the Princess?" Alicia asked trying to confirm her thoughts.

"You can think of it like that." Alaina laughed at her daughter's deduction.

Alicia nodded dreamily and looked right back at the procession. Her mouth opened wide in a huge grin as she started picturing herself on the golden chariot with crowds waving and praising her.

She soon came to a decision after thinking for a bit.

"Mama! I want to be a Princess when I grow up!" Alicia said with determination in her voice. Her face looked resolute as she continued staring at the procession getting closer to the Castle.

Overhearing the conversation, Serenity let out a chuckle. She went up to Alicia and pinched her cheeks.

"Of course you can be a Princess!" Find yourself a good Prince and you'll be one in no time." The Succubus said reassurringly.

"Really?!" Alicia asked excitedly.

"Of course," Serenity laughed as she continued. "A Prince will treat you like royalty and the Princess you are."

"Wow! I want a Prince!" Alicia declared dreamily. Her head filled with visions of a dashing man attending her and crowning her. She desperately wanted to be a Princess as soon as she can.

"Not until wayyyy later." Saudro complained. He already had enough of a headache with having to think of her with that red-haired young boy all the time. As a father, the last thing he wants to hear is another man taking his precious daughter. However, understanding the identity of that young boy's father, he decided to let the friendship happen and hope nothing more develops.

"Oh stop being such a worry-wart." His wife chided while laughing.

The group of four continued cheering on the Prince and Princess throughout the whole wedding ceremony. As the royal couple kissed and fireworks exploded, Alicia's face lit up in absolute joy as she cheered on the royal couple, imagining herself on that balcony in the future.

A few weeks later back in Tanquai...

"Hey Darry!" Alicia called out towards a seven year old Darian, who currently was in a small stream trying to catch some fish. "Guess what I learned about at the royal capital."

"What is it?" He replied absent-mindedly. Curdently, his focus was pointed straight and narrow at catching a fish with his bare-hands. He wanted to show up his father, who bet with him that he'd never be able to.

"I learned about what a Princess is!" Alicia declared proudly while watching Darian.

"That's cool." He replied indifferently. He already knew about Princesses and Princes but didn't really feel that much about it. Plus, all that mattered to him right now was catching fishies.

"Hmph! Why is your reaction so bland!" Alicia complained while puffing up her cheeks.

"I already know what a Princess is," Darian replied while shrugging. "I don't think it's that big of a deal."

"That just shows you know nothing about who a Princess truly is!" Alicia replied pointedly, her face turning to one like a teacher teaching a student. "Mama told me a Princess is a beautiful elegant figure and the pride of our country! They are the most amazing super-duper beings on this planet!

"Okay..." Darian replied raising an eyebrow. He was truly confused about what was so amazing about some Princess.

"And I'm gonna become a Princess!" Alicia replied while sticking her chest out in pride.

"Go for it." Darian decided that his friend has gone crazy and changed his focus back to catching fish.

"Hey! Why aren't you listening to me!" Alicia complained as her expression fell watching Darian paying no more attention. "I need you to help me look for a Prince! Find someone who is--wait!"

Alicia paused as she jumped up in excitement thinking of something good.

"I'll make you a Prince!" She suddenly declared and pointed at Darian.

The person in question immediately stopped what he was doing and stared right back at her. Confusion was plastered all over his face.

"...What?"

"Don't worry! My Mama knows all about Princesses! I'll make sure to teach you everything so you'll become a proper Prince!" Alicia stated while grabbing her friends arm despite his protests.

The two of them headed back towards Alicia home as Darian was forced to give up his mission on catching a fish with his bare-hands. He truly had no idea what was in store for him.
