They made quick work of the guard outside of the truck. Once out they stuck together as they looked for an entry point as they remaind in the shadows avoiding getting into any action that would attract attention.

Making their way to the roof they found a Guard taking a smoke break outside alone near a door, once they close on him enough they rush him, Steve knock him out and place him out of sight.

"Ok thist is we're we separate you take the west Il take the east. Good luck an stay safe." Alex said as he prepared to go.

"Alex before you go I just want to say thank you, for comming with me."

"No problem, besides how could I say no to Captain America." He said with a grin.

Both men smiled an nodded to each other as they move away in each of their direction. Feeling a good warm in his guts as he work besides one of his favorite comic book heroes. This was awesome, he wonder if he could change anything by mabey killing the red skull or maybe capturing Arnim Zola. He could dream but he had a feeling that it would be very difficult or event impossible to achieve.

So he figured that he would instead move to look for information on all their projects. He made his way not toward the prisonner he knew that Steve would find them no problem. Instead he snuck toward Zola private lab, of course he needed to ask this nice guard for some friendly direction.

"Hello their friend Im lost and need your help." He said in German. To the startled guard as he punch him in the gut discarding his weapons, he drag the guard in a closet so they could have a nice quiet chat.

He open his small pouche on his waist and took out a syringe and vile. Then he injected the content in the guard. This little cocktails was something he'd wipe up in his lab at Starks a few years back. He came accross it by accident it was a serum that was very much like truth serum except it had some nasty side effect of memory lost and hallucination that had a high potential of causing blindness. So of course he keep it to himself this was definitely not to be shared with his greedy boss's. If it got out it would no doubt bring more harm then good.

The upside of the serum was that for the next 10 min the guard happily gave him all the info he needed, and also went on and spilled all and anything he knew about the base. The compulsion of talking was completely open up and like a flood gate it came out none stop until he fell asleep. By this time all that he wanted to know he knew he just hope he still had time. Their wasn't any alarms yet so he hope he would make it.

He was quickly sneaking his way to the lab, when the alarms went off. "Damn it capt." He gave up on any pretence of sneakiness and simple ran openly toward the lab. On his way he keep shooting hydra guards, never staying hidden and moving like a bat out of hell he unwittingly manage to creat confusion on how many intruder their was over on the guards side. Which gave the prisonner the chaos they needed to overpower their tormentors.

He finally made it to the lab, he blew up the door using a grenade he had no time for subtleties. As soon as the red skull saw capt he initiated the self destruct sequence, from what he remember from the movie, he had no idea if their was a delay or if he tried to coordinated his men, but he knew he didn't have much time.

He was lucky since the lab was empty, no Bucky but it had plenty of documents, he quickly look throught them. Taking files by their titles he didn't have the time to go in deep with each, he could only hope he grab some good stuff. Looking around he spoted a document with classify on it he grab that as well he turn and trew a grenade on some inflammable chemicals, then ran like hell.

A loud explosion behind him, trough him accross the air he tumbled around and got up shakily. He got his bearing back an went toward where the most gun fire was, he figured that he would join up with the soldier and help out. On his way he killed more hydra grunts, he also pick up some new guns along the way. 

As he arrive in the outside courtyard it was chaos for the hydra soldier, they had never anticipates their prisonner breaking free an rioting. Alex found them idiotic for believing themself untouchable and superior. He joint in the fight laying some cover fire, he quickly rallied some soldier to his side and they went to work. He even pick up another vehicle. 

As the fight progress, hydra was still scrambling around as if they had no leader to order them and they quickly feel appart. In contrast the soldier wore united and coordinated, he wonder if the red skull had decide to stay and fight if this battle would have been different. Instead he took the tesseract and escape, he alway found it odd that gave up this base so quickly. But then again if he remembered he had broken off from Hitler at this point, so maybe he alway plan on letting this one burn down, so that he could loose their trail.

"On the right, pin them down, don't let them get to that jeep." Some soldier yield, several soldier turn to the jeep and drown it in bullets.

Their was no mercy for hydra, some soldier had been under their cruelty for weeks other had watch as their friends died beaten and broken by theise very targets. Yes Alex noted that not one was spared, the soldier vented out theirs anger and vengence on them. He gladly help them out, he keep on hoping Steve would stay inside long enougt for these men to vent so that he wouldn't have to see this side of humanity yet.

A loud explosion came from the factory, blowing up a huge chonk off the roof. "We need to get back the factory goin to blow." He shouted as he wave toward the soldier at his side, they noded and started to spread the word. Slowly the soldier keep firing toward hydra as they move together further away from the factory.

The fighting keep on going for sometime they saw a plane fly away. They tried to shoot it down but sadly their weapon were not up to the task. He figured that it was Johamn Schmidt in it, so that meant Zola was going to also get away. Looks like history could not be change so easily, not being a protagonist and have a super plot armor protecting him or directing him to event sucked right now. Instead he was no name background character two or maybe four.

He stood with the other soldier and cheered as Steve and Bucky came out of the crumbling factory. He laugth as Steve showed him the transponder that was in pieces and ask if he thought she would be mad. Then everyone check the wounded did their best to patch them up, the more injured where place on the vehicles they had. Everyone slowly made their way back to camp, a slow somber but comfortable silence march was on its way. If you looked closely, everyone had spark in their eyes and pride in their steps, these men had gone to hell and now they where walking back to home on their own or with their brothers.
