its been a long year for me.... getting a place to stay, that isnt the streets; feeding myself while struggling to find a job, finding a temp job to barely cover rent and food, befriending a neighbor that allows me to leech off their internet, 'falling' into a better paying job through the temp services, meanwhile, trying to work on keeping my skills up to date for my job, trying to keep my mouth shut about various problems, while still getting things done, and then eventually blowing up about said problems, and barely keeping my job because of it.
life is never easy; nothing worth doing ever is. between all of the BS of the real world, I have been given very few chances to even be able to work on my social life, let alone this work that I feel has my heart and soul burried deep into it.
I don't know when I will be able to post what I do have written already, namely because I want to make sure that I am taking it the direction that Ayla's story should go.
Ive probably written two or three 60-70 thousand word sketches of where the story may go, but I am unsure at the moment of what would work for this part of her journey, and what should wait, and most importantly: things I should scrap all together; so hopefully my descision to not post anything for the time being ends up giving you, the reader, a better story than this would otherwise be.
Honestly, I just want to give Ayla my best effort.
