"Stop, that is an order," Vance orders strictly to the Gun Lugger.
When the ogryn hears Vance's order he immediately stops what he was doing and says "Okay Boss"
Then Vance walks to the restaurant owner and asks "Sorry for the trouble, how much is the damage?"
"A-ah it is a 3 gold coin," replies the owner who said the real price of broken items. At first, he thought to cheat some money off him but seeing the clothes Vance was wearing and how he was commanding these brutes he immediately halts what he was thinking.
"Here, three gold coins. Are there any rooms left? That has enough space for us?" said Vance after handing money to the owner.
"Yes, there is the one, let me guide you" the Owner quickly guides Vance, Witney, Eurydice, Arnelle and three ogryns to a special dining room.
In the room, Vance and the others began to order all kinds of food to satisfy their greed. The last time Vance had eaten tasty food was the time that he bought street food with Whitey. After that, all he had eaten were military rations.
In the middle of his meal, Vance notices Whitey just sitting behind him and watching him eat with a smile.
"Oh, sorry whitey, here," saying that Vance gives the special ingots to Whitey.
"Thanks, master," Whitey takes the ingot and starts to eat it like she eating a loaf of bread while continuing to watch Vance eat.
Seeing this Vance asks "Is watching me eating fun?"
"Yes" answered Whitey and with a *Crunch* sound takes a bite of her food /ingot/.
"Okay," and with that Vance continues eating under the stare of Whitey.
It was the first-time Arnelle saw Whitey eating so at first she thought Vance given ingot to examine it because of the robe Whitey was wearing, but she almost choked on her food when she saw Whitey taking a bite from the ingot and starts to chew with an expression like she eating sweet candy.

Then Arnelle asked, "Sir can I asks something ?"
"What ?" said Vance.
"Is she not a tech priest ?" said Arnelle because she didn't see Whitey in the front line due to the fact that she was fighting in the jungle.
"No, well she is kind of tech priest but she is also kind of not one. You don't have to worry about her identity just think about how to survive the upcoming fights and continue to talk with us," said Vance.
Then he finished his food and also starts to watch Whitey eat her second ingot. Because it was very awkward to eat while Whitey was watching him he was now taking his revenge.
Under the stare of Vance Whitey has a faint blush but continues to eat her food.
'What a weird combo' thought Eurydice while watching Vance and Whitey.
In the camp after they finished eating, Whitey went to Arnelle's tent. When Vance asked what is she doing Whitey told him that "It was for research purposes"
With that their celebration comes to end.
...
*Next Day*
Vance opens his gate and starts to summon the assembly parts for the Chimera APC while Whitey starts to assemble them with the help of the newly arrived servitors.
"Say, Whitey, how much hours are required to assemble all of this Chimera?" asked Vance.
"Because they are coming through the gate almost completed we only need to connect the bigger parts and tune the engine a little bit, so we need roughly 12.34 hours with the help of half the men and Ogryns under master's command," said Whitey.
"Okay, I approve it. I'm gonna enter the mercenary guild and take a mission that we can complete on way."
And with that Vance enters the mercenary guild.

After entering the guild Vance began to check the contracts on the board ignoring the people staring at him. Vance became slightly famous after he beheaded the son of the Ironhide family in front of an audience in an exceedingly gruesome way.
Suddenly a young man with a pretty face and an old man enters through guild's door. Just from looking at their clothes the man was wearing along with how his hands looked Vance knew he was from a high ranking family.
"I want to hire a powerful mercenary band," asked the young man while smiling at the receptionist.
With a little bit of a blush, the receptionist answered "Sorry sir but all the high ranked mercenary bands are hired. And there is only one organization that has currently not taken a contract in this guild"
"It is okay I might hire them so can you tell me?" inquired the man.
"Okay that organization's name is 'Imperium', the leader is called Vance and the vice leader's name is 'Whitey', but sir let me warn you first, they don't really like your type. " receptionist warned.
The man beside him spoke out "This is true, Just yesterday their leader ripped the head off of the child of a noble family for mocking his men."
"Young master looks like we arrived at the wrong time, let's wait till tomorrow," suggested the old man standing beside the young man.
"It is okay old man Tai, also we don't have much time. Let me meet with the leader of 'Imperium' " and with that, the man decided to meet Vance. Also, he had confidence that he can speak to Vance using his status as a prince of Azure Kingdom.
The receptionist then points at Vance who was looking at the contract board and said "He is leader of the 'Imperium' organization, Vance "
Then the prince and old man Tai follow the receptionist's finger and saw young boy donned in a greatcoat with a red-lined collar and cuffs, an officer's peak cap with a symbol that looks like a skull with wings and was armed with a weird shaped sword and a gun.
The boy was standing with his feet spread apart and arms crossed, staring to contract board with his body radiating an, “I am in control. I have no emotions, And don’t even think about approaching me to discuss your measly little problems" aura. This combined with his not fully healed cheek makes the boy look nothing like the normal snotty nosed brats that were running around the streets, instead, he looked more like battle-hardened veterans found in a courtroom.
At that moment the man forgot his status as a prince under the pressure and asked Vance with polite tone "Ah sir may I talk you for a moment?"

Blue Hills
Nothing had ever felt quite right for Alexander Adamson. He'd worked his way up to a job he could tolerate, a few casual friends, and even a nice little apartment that he could call his own, though it really wasn't. The problem was that none of it was satisfying. It was as though he were going through the motions of a life, rather than having one of his own. Of course, it didn't exactly feel right when he woke up in a strange bed in the middle of nowhere. Nor when he was told that he was now the proud owner and operator of a local farm. A farm that had belonged to a late uncle he'd never known. But with the first train out of town a full 'season' away, he had plenty of time to get used to the idea. Plenty of time, perhaps, to even get to like the strange little town of Blue Hills. I have a discord now. Marvel at my ability to somehow still be antisocial on the other side of a screen! Back from hiatus along with my other fiction. Chapters are on a Thurs/Sun schedule until book 3 of that fiction is completed, at which point I'll be updating this daily. At which point uh.... I dunno what I'm going to do.
