While checking what contract he will pick suddenly Vance hear a word of young man.

When Vance turns his head to the source of sound he saw the young man dressed in clothes Divine Pheonix empire followed by an old man.

Vance said, "What you want ?" with a calm tone. It was very rare to meet someone like a young man that doesn't talk with commanding or mocking tone despite he is from a noble family.
