Lucifer’s pov
Dungeons log star date 412-cant see the sky. I have been working on upgrading defenses in my dungeon to the criticism of Selenia, arguing that the first level is not supposed to be “a giant death trap” and that I won't attract any adventurers with such a design. Her opinion has been noted, then disregarded because if her former group of adventurers was hostile to me I would be floating towards a celestial doe-nut by now. A highly unfavorable situation considering I have found myself in an interesting body that I’m not quite ready to give up yet, it's not every life you become a shiny rock with godlike abilities.
I began with the disobedient little queen by forcing the contract onto her. She is a creature of my dungeon so she could not resist, not that she wanted to. She seemed strangely happy about it if you ask me. Now I can control the entire hive and have higher authority than even the queen. Then I started to implement rules, well I’m going to call them laws because it sounds more impressive, wait commandments, commandments it is. My new commandments created the groundwork for a civilization you know don't kill your fellow ants don't steal your fellow ant's fungus and so on. I also implemented a class system where the higher classed ants were treated better by law regardless of the individual's strength in battle and added an arena system where you can raise your rank. With these changes, it should bring out the ruthlessness and intelligence of the strong and have the ants kill each-other less to thus increasing their numbers. The ants are my mutual destruction plan aka going nuclear, if the country I’m situated in decides that my powers are better suited to serve them than myself I can send a massive army of modified ants to the surface to ravage the land so badly it will take decades to recover in which time I’m told their enemies would not sit idly by and twiddle their thumbs. I’ve even added the ability for the queen to make more queens as a nasty surprise for any survivors thinking the antageddon is over hehe.

After laying the groundwork for a civilization I began to work on the logistics of feeding my army of little warriors. Firstly I modified the moss they feed on making it hardier, grows more efficiently and spreads faster. Secondly, I commanded the ants to start clearing out large caverns 20 meters in height, then I had them go outside and collect flora and fauna so I can copy them by devouring them. After spreading the seeds of various plants around the new caverns and injecting life energy and mana into them they grew to full sized trees in mere moments, next adding lights that run on mana, an abundant resource in a dungeon the plants should grow naturally. Now with the food problem sorted with the underground Forrest biome, where the ants cut the leaves of the trees and have the moss eat the plant matter then the ants eat the moss, a perfect symbiotic relationship. With the added benefit of the trees grows faster with mana, the food problem for the ants should be solved for quite some time with added room for expansion.
Now with the ants taken care of, they can expand for themselves, so I can now work on my defenses, as much damage as an ant army can do. A trained military force with mages using similar magic to my own attack spells would be able to wander around my dungeon at their leisure. With such a thought in mind, my defenses should be focusing on picking on the weaknesses of large trained forces. I cant dig down very far yet the amount of energy to do that is absurd and the ants cant break the earth past a certain depth, even when I modified some to have pincers almost the size of their entire bodies they were only able to go an extra 50 or so meters down. So I have to make my dungeon long in one direction, I’ve since learned that I can strengthen the walls of my dungeon so the enemy breaking through the ground at the end of my dungeon is unlikely even in the case were they somehow figure out where my core is located from above ground. Even so having a single path would be just as bad as having a surface level core room because they may be able to create siege equipment to just roll over any opposition directly to my core so I've made it winding going up and down with dead ends everywhere to split up any large force with large rooms appearing now and then with holes in the roof of the cavern and on the floor allowing the ants to attack from all directions, but not allowing an army to take rest there, that have holes leading towards other active tunnels so they cant even use the mana flow to find me, Something that I’ve seen the adventurers tracking Selena doing with a device they cacrried. Next was adding small tunnels connecting the main ones together to allow only my ants through so they can attack any potential supply lines or unwary attackers.

With that completed, I began working on my trump card. I ordered the ants to dig through the mountain and connect up the river on the other side diverting most of it, one of the more useful things Selenia has assisted in is her maps she supplied which provided valuable Intel on the surroundings of my dungeon. After digging a tunnel several meters in diameter and hardening the walls I had Selenia place my core in a room several hundred meters in the mountain after several corners of course just in case and a couple doors. Then after having Selenia go back to her room, I opened the floodgate and the water rushed down the tunnel out through the mountain and to the other side creating a new river going to the Forrest bellow. Relieved that the cages I placed on the opening of the tunnel mouth and various sharp protrusions didn’t break I can rest relatively easy. One of the things I learned quickly was that I can’t block off my dungeon completely because its highly unpleasant, but I can, however, make doors or other things as long as its possible to get to me. I didn’t make the rules but apparently a tunnel with thousands of gallons of water pushing you down on to sharp rocks, does count as being able to get to me but who am I to complain.

Nameless Hypocrite
"Bastard, surrender yourself!" "You think you can escape our encirclement?!" "An omnicidal fiend like you can only atone in death!" Despite his precarious situation, a young man ignored the union's provocations. His violet robe was in tatters, showing the incredible number of attacks he received, yet there was no sign of injury. Noticing the light smile tugging at his lips, the pursuing heroes warily watched him, cautious of a final attack. It was only by working together that they could corner a monster like him. An arrow pierced the air, beelining towards the young man. A malicious gleam revealed itself in his eyes; he unsheathed his sword, a long, curved blade, and deflected the projectile, spiking it into the ground. The archer's eyes widened before being split in two. He died suddenly and indignantly. The group backed away; their former confidence diminished greatly by the invisible counter. It was then that the young man sighed, his voice full of lament and self-pity. "Being a saint truly is difficult, even the world cannot understand my righteous actions." The expressions of the surrounding heroes turned ugly. Such blatant hypocrisy! Yes, the protagonist is a villain. We don't do morals here. New chaps when I write them
