Two days later when I finished copying the map. I was debating if I should start looking for the newly acquired city or perhaps prepare more. I then decided it would be better to continue enjoy the peaceful convoy especially when surrounded by such soft fabrics and read the books we acquired. Now my goal was to finish reading all of them. So I created a Time Dilation field around only me not to stop time but to slow down time to 1 day = 3 days. I made it so that even though it would take us 4 months to get to the village it would take me 1 whole year.

After a day worth of reading I found out a lot of the history of this planet. However since the text was so complicated I did not understand much.

At central Azitium Market. I bought a book for identifying things. After reading it since it was the first book I read not only did I get the Reading Skill but also Deciphering Skill and regained my Identification Skill. That’s what made me make up my mind to read them all.

Intelligence increased roughly 270 Stat points. Wisdom increased by 330 Stat points. Mana Regen Rate also increased by 17 points. The best part my Time Stop Stat also increase by 50 points enabling me to take 15 people in to my Time Dilation Field. I thought that was really nice. It all came from just reading books for 6 months. I was nearly 1/3 finished with the books. With my Advance Reading I am sure ill be able to finish them all by the time we get to the village.

So I continued speed-reading. I also noticed while everyone except Vionia were moving quite slowly. So I assumed she also made her self a Time Dilation Field. She was tinkering with all the crafting materials I had bought. She even had a huge book she was reading from as well. A book I have actually already finished that had schematics and all sorts of drawings that I could not understand.

Every time someone wanted to tell us something, it would sound so slow we could not make it out of what they wanted to say. So I asked them to write it out. By the time they wrote it I would finish a book. Even Vin wasn’t sitting around, you could see him sneaking around, I only assumed he was working on his stealth.

Every time he would sneak around I found it fun to walk behind him. Even when he ran at full speed it was fast but still too slow for me. He was so annoyed I could tell. Since he knew I was behind him although every time he would turn around I would move behind his head. I think he started to feel the pressure changes that constantly followed him. Thanks to him and doing that as a regular exercise every evening I even acquired a skill. After following him around for the past 6 months it even leveled more then a few times.

Skill Acquired Pursuit LVL. 18- Once the opponent/ target has been marked by your sight he will not be able to get away.

- Can see his most current tracks and wont fall to decoy tracks.

- With mastery of this he will be able to tell where the target teleported to.

- Will be able to see trhough the targets cloak once marked or tracked.

I found it very funny how I could hear all the sound in such a slow motion it sounded almost like a wind howl.

Sweet they cannot be erased any longer no matter what. I was really happy.

As we entered the small town the entire town welcomed us with open arms. I was not expecting that.

The changes that happened in the village where: all of the buildings were now made out of stone, I came to find out that every building had a toilet that had an underground disposal service. There stood 15 new 2 story-housing buildings. It seems they all were quite busy to even fully furnish the buildings.

Elder Fin: Welcome! Welcome! Please all gather in the tower. We will have a celebration for the new arrivals to this town. We knew you were all coming this way to settle here so when the Tower detected you 2 months ago when you entered its range we began building you houses where you may live as long as you wish. Salim I hope you brought us some supplies. Did you?

Salim: I brought you more then supplies. I assume you got the first teleportation delivery. Yes however we don’t know where it’s from or who to send a reply too. Here take this chest it has instruction on how to proceed his name is Merchant Fill. Would you also send a payment of 100,000 gold even though I owe him only 30,000 gold! I asked him to buy up every high quality stone he gets his hands on.

Elder Fin: ******jaw drops open****** We don’t have that kind of money.

Salim: Oh right you haven’t seen it yet have you? Tower will you please raise the carriage up to the top level of the tower.

Failure

- The carriage is to heavy for the tower to raise it off the ground.

- Suggestion to store it in the lowest part of the basement due to the weight of it.

Salim: Tower can you make a gold deposit box at next to the entrance in to the tower accessible only by me and everyone I have authorized on my personal list. You can use this metallic door I acquired. Apparently I could identify it to be Duralumin. It was tougher and lighter then Titanium.

I brought out the broken door and tossed it when it was caught mid air by the tower. It shred the door and with extremely high heat like never before it melted it. Then shaped it using the dirt and rocks. It looked like a drop box only big enough to fit a hand in too. However the length was extremely long. Long enough to reach the bottom level. The wall made a small tunnel in the tower that was then REPLACEed with the deposit box.

I didn’t forget that there was a path that led out from the basement. However when the tower only controlled the access it was impenetrable. The making of deposit box did not phase elder Fin, however he kept on staring at the carriage filled to the brim with gold coins. Since the windows were black from outside so no one saw what’s inside.

I then directed the carriage near the deposit box and asked the tower to deposit every coin in to the new vault. It was literally like a rail gun firing instead of actual firing it was being dropped in to the box. The deposit took some time.

Message from the Tower

- You have deposited 21,897,945 gold.

Everyone who had the administrator privileges to the tower yelled at once in unison.

Whaaaaaaaaaaa

Vionia: I though you said we only took 15,000,000.

Elder: Where and how did you acquire so much?

Trill: Whoooah we are really rich.

Vin: What is everyone whaling for?

Salim: Well it seems we took more money then 15,000,000. It seems since we only focused on stuffing the carriage we did not actually count. The amount we took.

Vin: Ha ha ha ha. So how much?

Salim: 21,897,945 gold.

Vin: Whaaaaat?

Salim: Yep yep. Oh that reminds me. Since we are allies and you accompanied us this far you may take 5,000,000 whenever you go back to your village. Honestly I suggest we go build you at least one tower so we could just teleport it. Instead of risking transporting it.

Vin: Ya though I need to find a guardian, to get the authorization.

Salim: There is another method actually. If we sign a formal Alliance contract I can authorize the towers to be built up to 100 meters. I can also make the authorization from here.

Vin: Ok then lets sign one.

Salim: Its not a paper contract though. According to the old books I read it has to be signed by your blood. If you break the Alliance contract the towers will fall instantly. That’s the catch.

Vin: I have no wish to go against you and if I can benefit from it then why not. I am already benefiting more from you then anyone else in this world. So I am ready to sing it.

Salim: Very well. Tower take us up to the Tower Stone.

We both floated up to the stone. When we came to the stone.

Salim: Now I need to kill you over the stone.

Vin: Ok it does beat going back by foot.

Salim: *****GRRAAAAA***** k ah k aka HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA

Vin: What?

Salim: I was just joking.

Vin: Whattttt? So you can’t authorize?

Salim: I already have authorized it about 8 months ago when we where still coming here. I just forgot to tell you that. I read it in a book I could authorize it no matter the distance. Even a window came up and asked me how many towers I wanted to authorize. It seems while you where gone they built the 5th tower in the center from what the message told me. I authorized the 4 outer towers to be built to 90 meters Tall and the center one to 105 meters tall. I even got a message that one tower was complete. You will have to install the onyx stones that I personally touch and give them the affinity powers. If you want since we have 10 stones that the merchant has sent me. I can bestow 5 stones with affinities that you can take with you to put up on the towers.

Vin: I would really like that.

Tril: SALIM, SALIM, SALIM, COME QUICK LOOK AT WHAT THAT MERCHAT JUST TELEPORTED IN.

Salim: Lets go see.

When we got there in front of us stood a huge egg like silverfish thing. I came close to it and tried to identify it.

Unable to identify. However will you like to bestow an affinity?

Trill: There is a message that came with it. “I bought this from an adventure that I constantly bough items from. He said he would sell me a stone when I have enough money to buy it for. Since no one else would buy this stone not knowing what it was he sold it to me for a pretty cheap price considering I have a skill of Master Identifier LVL 80. I still can’t identify it. The adventurer said he was lucky to find one since he was close to the volcano. That erupted more then 2 years go. I paid him 100,000 for that one stone.”

Another message suddenly teleported into the room, just as we finished reading this one.

“Merchant Fill: The adventure said he has another one, about half the size. He says he will sell it for 50,000 gold half the price.”

Salim: Send him 150,000 gold. For the stone and for further purchases he makes in regard to the stones. We need the other stone like this.

I then remembered a story from the book more like a myth of a person talking to a stone. Everyone assumed he was crazy. However one day that stone opened like a flower that lifted the young man and carried him away. No one knew where.

A few moments later the other stone just like the earlier one teleported in to the room as well. The big stone was nearly 2 meters in diameter and the other smaller stone was 1 meter just like the stone in the Trinpik Tower.

Instead of trying to identify it just by looking, I touched it.

City Stone Qintaz. (2 meter stone)- If you have an affinity of Gravity, Wind, Earth, Fire, Water and Energy. You may activate this stone by bestowing those six affinities.

- This stone can be used to make a floating city.

- That will be protected by wind affinity.

- People will not be able to spot the city even after looking very hard. Since Fire affinity and Water affinity will make an illusion using mist and energy as reflection. (like a mirage in a desert)

- Access to this floating city will be a moving platform.

- The size of the stone will be the determining factor of how large a city could be in order to float up. This particular stone can accommodate 320 kilometers of land.

- The stone will not lift a city of the ground until the real threat that is not bound by time is eliminated in the vicinity of the city. If there are no threats the city will rise with no problem. Once it takes a place in the sky it will stop moving. Will not be able to change locations. The temperature of the city will slightly increase so not recommended to rise a city near the equator.

- Cannot manipulate time. However requires energy affinity for anti-gravity.

- Can control the weather.

- Loyalty is bound to the creator who bestows the a5 affinities on to it for eternity, even if they die.

- The height that the city will flow up to is 2 kilometers in to the air. The atmospheric pressure and supply of oxygen will be regulated by the stone.

I then bestowed it the 5 affinities. I then touched the smaller stone; the only difference I found was that its range was half, so 160 kilometers instead of 320 kilometers.

Salim: Vin would you like to make your city a flying city?

Vin: Is that possible?

Salim: How big is your current city in diameter?

Vin: Its actually only 5 kilometers wide.

Salim: Great.

I Salim authorize new people to all the stones I created, to include Ruben and Vin with full access except direct contact with stones.

Authorization accepted.

As we were talking the stones that I bestowed powers on suddenly opened up like a flower and were now floating in the air.

Salim: It looks like you can fly to your village now.

Salim: Here take these smaller stones that I have also bestowed 4 basic affinities that you should put on the other 4 towers. You can have the smaller stone flower to make a floating city. Place it in the middle tower of your city. This stone is Qintaz. Once you place it there and if there is no threat to the city from a Time Monster the city will float up in to the sky.

Vin: Are you sure I can have this? There might not be another one like this.

Salim: I have this one bigger one so yes I’m sure.

Vionia: I see now. Making deals behind my back. I heard everything. Salim I don’t know why but that bigger stone is mine.

Vin: See what I mean?

Salim: Ok then, you two can have those and I will have to find something else in order to build my Capital City.

Vionia sat on the large stone flower and floated away.

Vionia: I got to go search where to start the city.

Salim: Vin you have everything you need. Get going now. You can sleep just instruct the stone where to take you. Trust me I have a feeling this stone power is huge so the travel will be easy since it’s carrying a puny human.

Vin: Thank You.

Salim: When the Towers are complete Trill will send you 5 million gold to further develop your city. I too will be leaving for a place I wanted to visit and read so much about. Trill you and Elder Fin have this place under control. I leave the development of this village to you and the tower as well. I will be leaving with Frick’s shortly.

Vionia: So you weren’t going to say good-bye?

Salim: I thought you already left?

Vionia: I did but came back to get Tio. I will also leave you the carriage since I have this beautiful stone, so very colorful.

Salim: Well goodbye then. Please take do something with the nobles clothing you have in the carriage.

Vionia: I will leave it here in the tower in my room then.

Salim: Well time for my adventure. See everyone soon enough.

I then got in to the carriage with Frick's. I only noticed then that it was so spacious and the chest that was still in the carriage was still on the floor covered in expensive fabrics and noble clothes. As for the rest of the wagons full of stuff and horses I told the elder to take care of them. I even took about 1,000 gold for the travel.

We headed towards the ocean that I saw on the map. It was the same one I was technically born at. Our destination was the mountains around the ocean that interested me. Since I read so many mysteries about them as well as the fact it was filled with tunnels. I wanted to explore and adventure for a little nothing political.

I was still amazed that Vionia didn't take it. She probably already tried opening it and couldn't. Wonder what it has inside.

When I touched it with the intent to open it. It opened by it self with this inside.
