《Awakened Cheater》Tournament Starts

After Kara asked some questions about my race the old guy next to him which I am assuming his grandfather left without saying anything, giving me an apologetic look she followed after him.
Now here is the cool thing about my new evolution apparently my race was limiting my cheat, as I evolved to something higher than a human I will get 100 stat points every level.
I checked my new look in the wall-sized mirror and I was really surprised.
My hair is now dark silver reaching my shoulders and my pupils are the same color, I look cool as fuck.
Not everything is sunshine and rainbows though as I have to break through to the ''Body Tempering'' stage, the manual said that it will hurt when you are tempering your body since you are breaking your body and repairing at the same time.
Before I start I have to get naked and lay down, now here comes the painful part. Taking the qi from my core and spreading throughout my whole body and at the same time maintaining the same speed as I spread the Qi.
Now, this wouldn't be so difficult if I was a normal human but my body is literally 1000 times stronger than a normal human so that means 1000 times more pain for me.
At the start, it wasn't that painful I could handle it but after 4 whole days of non-stop destruction and reconstruction, I felt like I would lose my mind, I couldn't stop halfway as the manual said that doing it in one go is the best.
At the end of the fifth day, something inside me changed and I felt better than I have ever felt in my whole life.

'God Damn!' Almost everything doubled at the end of body tempering but I am not going to breakthrough before the tournament as I don't want to stop in the middle of my cultivation and the tournament is tomorrow.
Taking a shower and cleaning the gray stuff all around me I put on some clothes and was going to find Kara but she was already outside of my door.
Opening the door I gestured for her to come in, she looked shocked again at my new found strength.
She started explaining about the tournament.
1)The tournament is held every 100 years by the system the old gods created.
2)There are 4 groups Delta(5-10) Gamma(10-15) Beta(15-20) Alpha(20-25) if someone from the delta group wants to compete in the Alpha group they can but the reverse won't work. And let's say you are 10, you can either participate in delta or gamma.
3)At the day of the tournament, every ability user will be teleported to the arena where time will stop for the earth and be assigned either a spectator or a participant badge.
4)Rewards vary according to the group and the highest reward goes to Alpha.
I wasn't worried as I was sure of my victory with my new stats but Kara was like a mother prepping her son for school as she wouldn't stop TALKING telling me to never underestimate my opponent and all that.
When she finally left I started to grind my old skills since my new stats made them almost worthless, well, except for one.

Immortal
Never Age, Never Fall
-You will never age and your mind will be immune to the passage of time.
-When you go below 0HP you rise again with full health(CD 1 Month)
That night I got a new skill and concentrated my effort on it.
Blink LV10
Blink in a 50-meter radius (CD 3 Seconds)
And with that, my chances of winning the tournament rose from 99.8 to 99.9 since nothing is 100 percent.
When the clock hit 12 I got an announcement from the system.
The Earth Tournament Will Now Commence
Teleporting In 5 Seconds
Will You Spectate Or Participate?
S/P
Choose Your Group
Alpha/Beta
I chose to participate with Alpha and when I blinked my eyes I was in a different place this time it was an ancient collesium there were a lot of people here from all ethnicities.
I could see Kara and her clan on the spectator seats from where I was standing but there were also some familiar figures next to them as well.
My Ex-Family and the old assholes were looking at me in shock my bitch of a grandfather stood up and started shouting.
''GREAT GUARDIAN THERE IS AN HERETIC WHO HAS MADE A DEAL WITH A DEVIL PLEASE DELIVER YOUR JUDGEMENT'' -Old Bitch
The whole collesium started murmuring and the people started to slander me with some really hurtful words. The next moment a big ass ball of light started to descend from the sunny sky when it was in the middle of the collesium the ball of light spoke.
The Participant Named ''Adam'' Is Using His Own Ability His Soul Is Not Tainted, The Tournament Will Carry On.
The old bitch was shocked when the ball said those words and tears started to come out of my parent's eyes from joy. The old bitch once again spoke but this time he spoke towards me with an apologetic tone.
''Grandson I am sorry for the accusations and the actions we have taken against you, but you have to understand you awakening an ability by yourself was considered impossible and that was the best course of action against someone who has made a deal with a devil.'' -Old Hypocrite Bitch
Kara was nervous and shaking I guess she thought I would go back to that family and cancel the deal.
Lifting my right hand and giving the old bitch my middle finger I spoke.
''Go Fuck Your Self'' -A

POV Change
My son was always considered a trash in the clan so with my wife we made a decision to raise him as a normal person. He is a good kid and I love him that's why it hit me like a ton of bricks when my father said he made a deal with a devil I believed my father rather than my own son because we tested his talent when he was 2 and all it showed was he was a normal person it is impossible for them to get an ability.
I couldn't sleep for days when he left with that look on his face, that face showed anger, rage and extreme sadness.
When the Great Guardian announced that was his own ability I didn't know what to feel. Should I be relieved I was wrong? Or should I be sad that it was the truth and I almost let my own son die?
What I did know was that things were never going to be the same between our family.

The Core And The Wardens of Eternity
What is the Core, they asked me... It's the light that pushes the darkness away, a bastion of justice, a safe keeper of life. It grooms love and tolerance, embraces science, fights ignorance, sentences it to die a slow and tragic death. The Core... it's something that can't be destroyed for destroying it is to terminate the time and space itself. When the stuck-in-a-dark-age world of Zanria goes offline, the Core sends one of its experienced agents to find out what is going on and to try to reestablish a mysteriously severed connection. However, all his training and experience might come way short as the world sinks in war and chaos with different races and clans fighting for the Star of Bardan, the ward rumored to possess enough supernatural power to create and destroy entire worlds. *** I just changed the name of the series, from 'the Nexus' to 'the Core'. Somehow it just sounds more right to me. This is the first story, and it has a medieval fantasy setting. But, eventually, this is going to turn into Isekai series with elements of LitRPG. So, my future books might include worlds with advanced technologies that might be more in SciFi, including Steampunk, genre. The first book might start slow, but after a few chapters, it should all be properly set up, and by then you should get the feel of how it will all flow. Also, I plan to introduce different story threats that should spread out and criss-cross in the future. Hopefully, I will not complicate it too much, and that it will all read good. I am planning to continue to add chapters to the main storyline here, but I'm also starting a new story threat in the Core series called The Recordings of Raan. There is also a side story The Memoires of Eisen that's exclusive on Patreon for those who would like to support me.
8 119The Sister In The Forest(Cancelled)
What do you do when you have a missing sister? Cry for the eternity of your lifeline and do nothing until you die? Or do you take a perfect opportunity of your childhood to explain the explanations of why your sister went missing in the first place? Follow a 16-year-old boy named Aaron Duncan, he is a muted teenager by choice who had lost his sister at a young age. He was five when his sister, Althea, went missing with no explanation. Aaron couldn't do anything, he couldn't prescribe a search until he was sixteen. So, he made it a struggle for the world and went mute, he refused to speak a single word until he finds his sister. And he finally got a chance, his school invited him to a multi-school camp trip to The Kielder Forest, a very recognisable memory for Aaron as it was that forest he and his sister made memories in. No chances were wasted, he agreed and went on the camp trip with his chubby best friend, George. When he arrived at the forest, he felt off. Aaron knew something was entirely eerie about the forest that never felt this way ever before, but he was the only one who felt this way so he shrugged it off and went into the forest with multiple different schools from all around the UK. Meeting Lia Ann kept Aaron thinking about his sister as they had similar personalities. One night, adrenaline was high for Aaron and he decided to go to the cave he made memories with deep in the forest. Everything was intact and his friendship with Lia grew when they both encountered each other. So, normally, Aaron thought nothing of it and continued going back to the cave until one day he was ambushed by a liquid entity that wasn't human. It almost murdered him before he was saved by an unexpected guest, his sister, in pure flesh, was finally in front of him. Aaron wanted to know everything, he asked everything until one question did it for Aaron as he found himself passed out from the help of Althea's distant eyes and woke up in his tent by George. "Was it a dream?" He asks himself dreadfully. A question that will have him explore his character, his purpose, his beliefs, his trust, and his friendships. Will a dream break Aaron down and destroy him? Or will it build him up to be even stronger to find out how his sister went missing? And possibly, what or who may have murdered her?
8 102Demon Blood Chronicles: Emergence (Book 1)
Long ago, there was a war between the army of Light and Dark. Thousands died during this time, as each side aimed to control the land. His mother was his only connection to the world. Looking different from everyone else was a burden, separating him from everyone else. What does the world have in store for Kendrolgo, and how will he cope with all that comes to pass. This is a story about interaction of factions within the Dark and the Light. About a boy, growing into a man, trying to figure out how he fits into a world made up of shades of grew instead of black and white.Author's Note: This is my first attempt at writing a novel, let alone, a series. Depending on how popular (I'm hoping) it becomes, I'll be releasing chapters often. If you enjoy the series, please leave a lot of comments (good or bad).

8 163Dear Spellbook (Rewrite)
Live. Study. Repeat. Tal never saw himself as an adventurer, but the call to adventure never much cared for his opinion. Despite his best efforts, his search for answers on the murder of his parents ever draws him into danger. Accompanied by a group of seasoned warriors, thus far Tal has gotten by on his own meager magical talents, but when one day he wakes up to find himself back in his bed of the night before, he is faced with a challenge he must conquer alone. What to expect: This story was born of an attempt to create in world lore reasons for many of the mechanics and tropes of D&D, but you do not need to know of them to enjoy the story. It's a single POV time loop story with slow paced progression fantasy elements. The story is not one of fast-paced power ups and non-stop action, but as it progresses, the action picks up. There is a lot of magic system exploration on a system built to unify the diverse magic of D&D into one cohesive magic system. The setting is an original world with familiar races and monsters but with new unique origins and motivations. Book 1 is complete. Book 2 is complete and coming out M-W-F. The complete book 2 is available on Patreon
