The core around my heart changed from blue to gray, it's weird, even though I couldn't actually SEE the core with my eyes I could feel its color.

When I looked at my stats I was actually surprised my mana and qi was gone but they were replaced with infinite chaos energy, what this meant is I could spam my skills as long as I want and never run out.

But it didn't mean I got infinite qi to instantly breakthrough as well. My qi will never run out but I also have to gather more to advance my own cultivation.

Kara, after five minutes of silence, brought me out of my daze.

With the passage of time, my core got bigger and bigger and the emotions within me changed. At first, there was an uncontrollable rage but then it turned into coldness.

By 8 AM I intentionally stopped because I was about to break into the 'Body Tempering' stage, the skill gave me the knowledge directly up until the 'Foundation Establishment Stage' I have to find an experienced cultivator to ask what to do from there on or read another manual.

The reason I stopped was that the next realm if you haven't figured out by the name by now about tempering the body and I have a gut feeling that level 20 will bring me another evolution.

Every stage in cultivation brought 4 points to every stat except my luck but at least I got 10 whole points to it when I got to the 10th stage.

POV Change

I was about the knock the door before I realized that his presence vanished from the room. This guy really was a handful he knew I was coming but still escaped to the dungeon.

I gotta admit my first thought when I saw him for the first time in the college I go to for at least having the pretense of having a normal life, I dismissed him from my memory immediately, I mean who could have known he was the super trash of the Kodak family.

A family that stood like a giant on this tiny planet, but he surprised me when he showed up one day with mana all around him even though his family declared him to have no talent in any area whatsoever.

That was when I investigated his background and found out the truth, I saw his improvement first hand and formed an idea.

If he was expelled from his family he was free game for anyone and I could use him to win the tournament and get the prize for my grandfather.

If we get that prize and grandfather breaksthrough then we will be on equal standing for the Earth with the Kodak family.
