Want to continue this so I am adding more chapters of Gabby in the Jessica Jones story takes place after Age of Ultron, and this will go into detail with Gabby's trauma from being imprisoned and abused at Hydra. Gabby will be 13. I will also publish this in a new story called Jessica Jones: Aftermath.

No one POV

Gabby was running through a hallway and she gasped and breathed heavily as Hydra Soldiers followed her and she hid behind a wall.

Strucker was following her with a group of people and Gabby ran up to a door and tried to open it and Strucker said "Gabriella, it's pointless to run, haven't you learned this by now, you belong here."

More guards walked up to her and said "Grab her" and Gabby screamed and a sonic wave came from her mouth throwing them back and she ran up to the door and managed to open it and she ran in.

Someone grabbed her from behind and Gabby said "Let go" and her eyes turned purple and so did his eyes as she started accidentally mind controlling him and he let her go.

He said "Your using the power, you wanted this' and Gabby saw it was James, her dad and Gabby said "Dad, Dad no no."

Kendra walked up and said "It's why you didn't do anything" and Gabby said "No no" and Strucker said "You know this is where you belong, the place you will never escape."

Gabby said "No, no please please this isn't , this isn't, I didn't want this to happen, I it wasn't."

Kendra said "It's why you did nothing, you wanted this you enjoy the power, if you wanted it you could have we didn't have to die."

Gabby said "No no I didn't" and Strucker said "You know this is where you belong, this is what you deserve. Why else did you stay still."

The Winter Soldier walked up and Gabby said "No no no" and she tried to move but she appeared back in her cell and Gabby said "No no."

She heard the gunshots.

In A Room

Gabby gasped and breathed heavily trying to breathe and she gasped and looked around her and 5 year old Oliver opened the door.

Oliver said "Gabs" and Gabby turned around and said "Hey, Ollie" and she was calming herself down and Oliver said "Are you okay?".

Gabby said "Yeah, yeah I'm fine" and Oliver walked up and said "Are you sure" and Gabby said "I'm okay."

Oliver said "How do you like moving here" and Gabby said "It's good, you finish unpacking."

Oliver said "No, but I'm going to finish today" and Hannah walked in and said "Come on, kiddo, breakfast is ready."

Oliver said "Yay" and he ran down the stairs and Gabby smiled and Hannah said "He really missed you."

Gabby said "I'm lucky that he remembers me" and Hannah said "Bits and pieces, we wanted him to remember you and your parents, so we showed him videos and photos. But you two have gotten close these couple of months."

Gabby said "We have" and Hannah closed the door and said "Did you have another nightmare."

Gabby said "No, I'm fine" and Hannah said "Gabby" and Gabby sighed and Hannah said "It's only been 5 months since you escaped, and with everything that happened with Ultron,and the move. You haven't really."

Gabby said "There's nothing to talk about, I'm fine, we didn't have to move" and Hannah said "You know, I'm very proud of how you stepped up, and your now an Avenger, saved so many lives in Sokovia. That was you. Especially with."

Gabby said "Why did we move, do you think I couldn't handle being in Florida" and Hannah said "It wasn't just that with all the media and everything, we thought maybe a fresh start might be better. For you and Ollie."

Gabby said "That's a good point" and Hannah said "We can visit, plus with you having to go to Avengers Compound, it's more close, I mean you can fly but."

Gabby said "I don't want to use my powers unless it's necessary, only for Avenger's mission, like if I have to ."

Hannah said "Okay, Gabby, I think we should talk" and Gabby said "About what?" and Hannah said "I know I can never understand how you feel, but you went through something horrible, and maybe you might need some."

Gabby said "I'm fine, I'm fine, I don't need help, I'll be fine."

Gabby walked away.

Hannah sighed and said "You have the appointment today, do you want us to go with you."

Gabby said "I'm fine, I can handle it."

Jeri Hogarth's Firm

Gabby was sitting there and Jeri walked up to her and said "Okay, look the trial is coming soon, considering all the evidence against the Hydra, He has been found guilty for the murder of your parents and your kidnapping, are you sure you don't want."

Gabby said"I'm fine, I can handle it, I lived it, I can handle talking about it" and Jeri said "You've already submitted your statements, there's video footage, He will rot in jail."

Gabby said "And the winter soldier" and Jeri said "That's more than what I can do, but Law Enforcement is doing their best to find him" and Gabby said "Thank you for your help. Not just with this, but um with the media things and helping the police and the district attorney."

Jeri said "Of course, and I know that this doesn't change much, but the people at Hydra they will never hurt anyone again."

Gabby said "Thank you, Tony was right, you really good" and Jeri said "Well, Thank you. We will have to go over the details again."

Gabby said "Okay" and Jeri said "You were 10 years old when you were taken."

Gabby said "Yes" and Jeri said "And you were in Hydra, a prisoner for 3 years" and Gabby said "They faked my death."

Jeri said"And in a few of the video footages, it shows you being electrocuted" and Gabby said"Um, at first it was to find ways to activate my powers, and then they wanted me to learn different languages, martials art , ways to blend, be their perfect weapon, Learn different types of science regarding to computers things like that, any time I got something wrong, electrucution, other times they just wanted to see what it would do to my brain."

Gabby sighed and breathed and Jeri said "Okay, thank you, and um that's enough for today, Thank you for coming in."

Gabby said "No problem" and Jessica walked in and said "Oh, sorry to interrupt" and Gabby said "No no it's okay, I was just leaving."

Jeri said "No no, she doesn't have an appointment" and Jessica said "I'll be quick, got anything for me. Wait, your."

Jeri said "Jessica" and Gabby said "No no it's fine, Hi, Gabriella Anderson" and Jessica said "Jessica Jones, you have Avengers working for you now."

Jeri said "Well, that's not really why" and Gabby said "No no, I'm not, I'm just here as any other person. It was nice meeting you, Ms. Jones."

Jessica said "Just Jessica, please it was nice meeting you too, Gabriella, heard a lot about you, a big pleasure meeting an avenger."

Gabby said "Just Gabby please, and you know I'm just like anyone else" and Jessica said "Yeah. Like any superhero."

Gabby smiled and said "Okay, I gotta go, nice meeting you, thanks Miss Hogarth " and Jeri smiled and said "No problem, Kid."

Gabby walked away.

Jessica said "Got anything for me?" and Hogarth said "I thought you didn't like or trust me" and Jessica said "Oh, come on, I meant lawyers in general."

Hogarth said "Scumbag henchmen for corporate America. We just hired a full-time investigator."

Jessica said "Whoever he is, he's not as good as me."

Hogarth said "Hence me having offered you the job, which you rejected."

Jessica said"Wasn't personal, I just prefer to freelance. No ties. That was before I found out you had Gabby Anderson as a client."

Hogarth said "That's my business" and Jessica said "That kid's has been all over the news for months. You can't act like no one would find out."

Hogarth said "Well, I'm only helping her find justice" and Jessica said "Is that why you took it" and Hogarth said "Her mother was an FBI Agent, the foster mother to her and her brother also an FBI Agent,It's a big case. Back to the point,it's really about professionalism. You are erratic, and you are volatile -".

Jessica said "Effective! You brought me eight jobs no one could deliver on, I did" and Hogarth said "And that is why I have overlooked several complaints, and have kept your methods confidential."

Jessica said " You're not protecting me. You need my methods. I'm not going to beg you for a case. I will ask you, though, very strongly."

Hogarth after a moment of thought said " I need a summon served, to the owner of several gentlemen's clubs. His name is Gregory Spheeris.An exotic dancer fell off the stage when a pole came loose. Severe concussion, permanent brain damage. Spheeris claims she was always that stupid."

Jessica said " And you're repping who?" and Hogarth said "The dancer, of course" and she hands Jessica the summons.

Jessica said "The poor, brain damaged dancer. And?" and Hogarth said " Other parties interested in Spheeris's property."

Jessica said "Phew. I questioned my whole worldview for a second there."

Hogarth said "Spheeris's bodyguards make him very difficult to serve. Your specialty."

Jessica said "This is going a long way toward me liking and trusting you."

Jessica leaves and Gabby was standing there and Jessica said "Kid, you scared me" and Gabby said "Sorry, I didn't mean to overhear."

Jessica said "Miss the action, huh, I mean I've never fought against robots but I wouldn't know" and Gabby said "No no it's not that. I just left something in there and."

Jessica held up the phone and Gabby said "That, thank you" and Jessica said "No problem."

Gabby grabbed it and smiled and said "I'll see you around, Jessica" and Jessica said "You too, Gabby."

Gabby walked away.

Later

At The House

Gabby was looking at her computer working on a code and Gabby was on the phone with Steve and Gabby said "Yeah, it's good here."

Steve said "What are you doing " and Gabby said "I'm making this animation game for my brother for Christmas, I find coding fun."

Steve said "How are you doing?" and Gabby said "I'm fine, can everyone please stop asking me if I'm okay."

Steve said "Gabby" and Gabby said "I'm fine,okay, look as fine as I can be, I'm just trying to get back to normal life."

Someone knocked on the door and Gabby said "I have to call you back, see you later."

Gabby hanged up and put the computer down and she walked up to the door and looked through the hole to see Jessica there.

Gabby opened the door and said "Jessica" and Jessica said "Hey, kid" and Gabby said "How did you know where I live."

Jessica said "There's a lot of news reports on you, and I am an investigator" and Gabby said "Why are you here."

Jessica said "I've seen that you know computer sciences, are an expert at it, and I might need your help."

Gabby said "Come in."

Jessica walked in and Gabby closed the door.

Later

Gabby and Jessica were sitting down and Gabby was typing on a computer and Gabby said "So, Hope Schlotman, NYU Student."

She kept looking over footage and Gabby said "There's not much on the security footage, just normal things, she dropped out suddenly. Okay, Here Bob, her father general contractor. Barbara, accountant. She has a brother Owen. Here she used to live with her roomate, a friend of hers, you could start there."

Jessica said"Thanks, Kid, I'm sorry by the way, no kid should ever go through that, no one should, especially a kid."

Gabby said "Thank you" and Oliver said "Gabby, Gabby, can we watch a movie, before Aunt Hannah gets home."

Gabby said "Yeah, sure, you pick" and Oliver said "Hello" and Gabby said "This is my little brother, Oliver, Oliver this is Jessica Jones, I'm helping her."

Jessica said"Hey, kid" and Oliver said "Are you a superhero too" and Gabby said "I'm sorry" and Jessica said "No no it's okay, no but I'm someone who's trying to help someone and your sister helped me so thank you."

Gabby nodded and said "Any time, let me know if you need more help."

Jessica said "Of course."

Jessica walked away.

Later

Gabby was typing on the computer and Gabby said "Charges, wait that doesn't make any" and Gabby got up.

Gabby walked out of the house.

At The Linguire Store

Gabby and Jessica walked in and Jessica said "And your sure it was here" and Gabby said "Yeah, afterwards I kept looking into it there's just something about it, that smells off."

Jessica said "Okay, how do we do this, can you you know" and Gabby said "I don't use my powers to mind control people, that's not me. I won't do that to someone else."

Jessica said "What about reading their minds, can you do that, they might know something, her mom and her dad, they're."

Gabby said"Okay, I'll do it" and Gabby was reading the mind of the lady at the shop and she shaked her head.

They walked out.

Jessica said "I'll look into this restaurant, can you keep looking into this" and Gabby said "Yeah."

At Her House

Gabby was looking into the security footage and saw a man in a purple suit with Hope and she saw him talking to people and turned up the audio of the restaurant footage and Gabby realized something.

Gabby said "He tells them to do something, and they do it, Mind Control" and Gabby scanned the purple suit man's face and Gabby saw him in a security footage in a police station.

Gabby said "That's Hope's parents."

Gabby scanned it again and found a death certificate and Gabby said "What the?".

She got up and was calling Jessica and she got a voicemail and Gabby said"Jessica, I found something, there's footage of Hope with this men, and he's talking to people, He tells them to do something , they do it no questions asked, but he was declared dead. Okay, you need to call me back, I think this guy has powers like I do. Mind Control. And I think he took that girl that was missing."

Gabby didn't get a call back.

At The Hallway in The Hotel

Gabby walked in and Jessica turned around and said "What are you doing here" and Gabby said "I found out where the hotel was, long shot but are you okay?".

Jessica said "I'm fine" and Gabby said "Look, the person who took her, he's dangerous he's" and Jessica said "I know that he has mind control, I've heard of how you use your powers, his is different than yours, commands."

Gabby said "How do you know" and Jessica said 'Because he did it to me. Look I know you don't use your powers, but I need you to use them right now, please."

Gabby said "I will" and Gabby eyes turned purple and Gabby said "I can hear thoughts, she's close, but the thoughts like a command, like just that one command blocking everything."

Jessica said 'He's controlling her" and Gabby said "Here" and Gabby used a sonic wave to open the door.

They entered the second room and then the last room, they saw Hope awake on the bed.

Gabby said "Over there."

Jessica said " Is he here? Is Kilgrave here?" and Hope said " No."

Gabby said "Kilgrave?" and Jessica said "How long, when did he leave?" and Hope said "Five hours and 21 minutes."

Gabby said "We're going to get you out of here, come on" and Hope said " I can't."

Jessica picks up her phone and calls Hope's parents and Bob said "Miss Jones?" and Jessica said "Mr. Shlottman, I found Hope."

Hope said "Is that my dad?" and Jessica said "You have to get her as far away as you can. Check out of your hotel, and go directly to my office."

Bob said "I don't understand" and Jessica said "Just do it! We'll meet you there."

She hangs up and Gabby said " Come on, let's go!" and Hope said "I can't" and Jessica said"He told you not to move."

Hope said "I wet the bed" and Gabby said "I can take it out the mind control, I think I can, I don't know how his power works, but I can block it out" and Gabby approaches Hope.

Gabby said "Just hand on" and Gabby appeared purple energy from her hand and tried to use her telepathic powers to fight Kilgrave's and Gabby gasped and Hope said "No, I can't No, no, no!".

Jessica said "Come on" and Gabby said "You have to get up, He's it's strong" and Hope said"No! No! No! I can't leave."

Gabby helped her up and Jessica said " I don't want to hurt you."

Gabby managed to stop some of the mind control and they got Hope off the bed and Hope struggled out of their grip.

Jessica knocks Hope out.

Later

By The Elevator

Hannah walked up to Gabby and Hannah said "I have agents looking into this guy, they're using anti mind control gear, it was made after Wanda Maximoff volunteered for Hydra."

Gabby said"Oh" and Hannah said "You could have told me you were doing this" and Gabby said "I had to do something, she's an innocent person, her parents were looking for her, she was taken."

Hannah said "I know" and Hope walked up to her with her parents and said "You thank you for what you did , you using your powers on me, I never, you and Jessica saved my life, Thank you."

Gabby said "It was really no" and Hope hugged her and Gabby hugged back and Gabby said "It's not your fault, nothing was."

Hope said "Yes" and Barbara siad "Thank you for helping our daughter" and Bob said "Really, an Avenger" and Gabby said "It's no problem. Have a safe trip home."

They smiled and walked to the eleveator and Gabby could sense something was off and Jessica walked up and said "Thanks for your help."

Gabby said "Wait" and Gabby saw inside Hope's head another command and Gabby said "Wait" and the elevator's door close and Gabby runs in.

Bob and Barbara can be heard screaming as Hope shoots them and Gabby throws a sonic wave to try to open the elevator and Jessica runs down the stairs to catch the elevator. She gets there in time to see the elevator door open. Out falls Bob's bloody corpse. In the elevator is Barbara's bloody corpse. Hope still stands in the elevator, pulling the trigger. The gun, out of bullets, just makes a clicking noise. She looks up at Jessica and smiles.

Gabby ran down the stairs and saw it and gasped and Hannah said "This is Agent Kenner, I need backup now."

Hope said " Smile."

Hope snaps out of it and looks down at her dead parents. Realizing what she's done, she sinks down to the floor and drops the gun.

Hope said"Mom! No! Help me!" and Gabby ran up to her and Jessica appears queasy and walks out of the apartment building. Other tenants approach the elevator. Jessica approaches a taxi, but doesn't get in.

Gabby looked at the bodies that were shot at the blood and looks away.
