《The Gangleader and Me ✅✔ (Completed)》The Little Trip!

I was awoken by Gracie, the house maid.
"Ashley, good morning." She greeted me with a nod while she stood beside my bed.
"Your Mom and Dad said, you should meet them in the living room, right now." She informed me and I slightly groaned as I sat up on my bed.
"Is it really this important?" I asked while running a hand through my hair and she nods before exiting my bedroom.
I sighed before crawling out of my bed and I ruffled my hair as I headed downstairs.
When I walked into the living room, I saw suitcases on the floor and I rolled my eyes, since my stepmother just recently returned from a tour.
I saw my step-mom and father sitting in the sofa while talking and I walked over to the sofa chair to take a seat.
"Good morning." I greeted while relaxing in the chair and they both looked at me with a small smile on their faces.
"Good morning, sweetie." My stepmother greeted me while she began to powder her cheeks.
I fake smiled.
"Good morning, honey." My Father said as he straightened the tie around his shirt
After my Dad sent a guard to pick up Tyson and I, from the grocery store since the other day, I haven't actually exchanged words with him nor Tyson at school.
I simply nodded.
"Dad, where are you both going?" I asked, curiously as I motioned my hand towards the suitcases.
"On a little trip." My Stepmother was the first to announce while she smiled at my Father.
"So, when are you both returning?" I exhaled a breath as I stared at them.
"Couple weeks." My Dad estimated while he kept his attention on me.
"So, I have the mansion for myself? Awesome." I started to smirk while I properly adjusted myself in the chair and they both raised an eyebrow at me.
"That's the problem." My stepmother told me as she shook her head and I scoffed.
"You are not staying here alone." She declared as she looked at my Father and I slowly looked between them.
"We asked a friend of mine to look after you until we return." She continued with a nod and I looked at my Father while he nods.
"What?" I raised my voice.

"I don't even know this 'friend' of yours and you want me to stay with a completed stranger?" I questioned while putting some gestures on the word 'friend'.
"She is also a mutual friend of your Father and she is married, but I think she has a son about your age." She shrugged while looking at me and I rolled my eyes.
"But..." I was cut off by my Dad.
"No buts." He shook his head and I scoffed as I lean back in the sofa chair.
"Dad, why can't I just stay here?" I asked while spreading my hands to the sides and he sighed.
"We all know what you did the last time we left you home alone." He narrowed his eyes at me with a slight glare and I chuckled, lightly.
The last time was approximately a year ago, before I moved here...
My brother, Justin was currently on a camping trip for school while my dad and stepmother were on their honeymoon in Paris.
In the meantime, I was having a wild party and my guests along with my friends ended up crashing the house with way too much enthusiasm.
And the situation went to the point where the neighbors had to call the Cops then I had to spend the rest of the night in custody with my friends.
Ever since that night, my Dad made a promise to himself, regarding never to leave me alone without any adult's supervision.
I started to laugh at the remembrance while my father and stepmother slightly glared at me based on my sudden outburst.
"So, why don't you leave me under Grace's supervision?" I suggested when I stopped laughing.
"She won't be able to manage you, plus she needs time for herself and her family, so this is an opportunity for her." My Dad explained with a sigh.
"But, I don't want to go." I refused while I shook my head.
"We already made the arrangements for you." He told me while he took out his phone and I rolled my eyes.
"Are they a bunch of celebrities like you, Dad?" I asked, curiously since I couldn't be more annoyed with their wealthy friends.
"No, but they are hardworking folks." He told me with a slight smile and I slowly nodded.
"So, what about my transportation?" I asked while I looked between them.

"You will only get a car." My Dad confirmed as he pointed a finger at me and my stepmother nodded in agreement.
"Okay, so when am I supposed to leave?" I asked with a sigh as I ran a hand through my hair.
"Today." My stepmother told me while she crossed her legs in the sofa.
"What...So early?" I groaned while looking the other way.
"Yes, so you should go ahead and start packing some clothes." I heard my stepmother suggesting.
"And when you're finished, the security guard will drop you at her house." I heard my Father saying and I slowly looked at them.
"We have to leave to catch our flight at the airport now, so we can't go with you, but we will call you." He informed me while looking at his phone and my stepmother smiled, sadly at me.
I rolled my eyes.
"So, who will be here?" I asked while looking around in the living room.
"The security guards will be here, of course." I heard my stepmother declaring and I rested a hand underneath my jaw.
"And make sure you behave civilized when you arrive at their house." I heard my Father scolding me and I smiled innocently as I looked at him.
"And don't be rude to ruin this family's reputation." My stepmother added while staring at me and I shrugged.
"Okay." Is all I said and I watched as they both got up from the sofa when a security guard entered the living room.
Then I stood up.
I followed them onto the outside while the guard placed their suitcases in the trunk of the car.
I hugged my stepmother in silence and my Father placed a kiss on my forehead.
Then I watched as the guard drove them away in the car.
When the car disappeared through the gates, I returned to my bedroom and I started to pack some clothes into my suitcase.
********
After eating my breakfast, the guard returned to the mansion and he drove me to the home where I will be staying.
He pulled up before a modern interior designed house which had a garden of flourishing flowers beside the driveway.
"Is this the place?" I asked, curiously and the guard nodded in respond.
I got out of the car with a clear mind and I lean against the hood of the car while the guard fetched my suitcases from the trunk.
"Shall we?" The guard said as he stood beside me with my two suitcases and I nodded.
We walked up to the porch of the house and he knocked on the front door before someone decided to answer.
A lady which seemed to be in her late 30s or older, opened the door and she looked between us before she started to smile.
Her eyes were ocean blue and she had brown shoulder length hair. She reminded me of someone, but I couldn't bother to ponder.
"I didn't know Mr. Sky had such a beautiful daughter." She cooed while looking at me and I slightly chuckled.
"Come in." She told me while stepping aside from the door and the guard placed my suitcases inside the house.
"I hope you enjoy your stay." The guard told me before he slowly left and I nodded.
"Come inside...I don't think you want to stay on my porch all day." The lady said as she motioned a hand for me to enter and I chuckled.
I slowly went inside the house and she closed the door behind me before she went towards the staircase as I looked around in silence.
"Young man, get down here this instant!" I heard the lady yelling at someone from the staircase.
"I'm coming, can't you chillex?" I heard someone shouting from upstairs and I looked at the lady.
That voice sounds familiar...
"Don't tell me to chillex!" I watched as the lady snapped with her hands on her hips while she stared up the stairs.
I slightly chuckled.
"And we have a guest!" She exhaled a deep breath before she returned to my side with a smile.
Then we waited until a boy slowly came walking down the stairs and my breathing hitched in my chest when I saw the person.
And he just had to be shirtless...
"You have to be kidding me?" I muttered to myself while I slowly turned to the door, so I could make an escape.
Blue eyes...Dirty blond hair...Seductive lips...Six pack of abs and athletic muscles...
It's... It's... Tyson?

Cary Simms: The Fairy Mushroom Forest
From a young age, Cary Simms knew that she wasn't like the other boys her age. She didn't know why or how that was, but it seemed apparent to the bullies of her school. They would often call her names, chase after her after school, and beat her up when they could catch her. Her only protection, besides escape, was in the words of the Good Book. But that was before she stumbled into the supposedly haunted house at the end of her street. When a mysterious ring and a drawing on the back wall of the post office opened up a whole new world for her, things quickly went from weird to scary. At a new school, in a new world, surrounded by people who had access to magic, all Cary could think of was how to escape the witches that had her trapped there. It was only having her best friend by her side that gave her any comfort at all. ***This is my first attempt at a middle grade book, and would appreciate feedback. Please note, this is a second draft, and might not represent the final product.***

Chronicles Of The Storylord: 12th Chronicle - Origin
Twelve souls were chosen to expand into the void surrounding the known universe(s), and were given a grace period in which they would experience a relatively safe expansion of their domains. Once that period is up, however, they are free to interact with each other...and what lurks in the depths of the Abyss, the Void, and the Primordial Chaos. I am the 12th soul, but I am not as those others are, for I am merely a shard. My purpose: begin the Tale anew. For I am the Storylord, and I am the Tale. The Tale is all, and all is the Tale, yet the Tale is myself, for I am all in my domain. This is my story, the saga of many, the legend… of the Tale. Just remember this: “This world is but a story, and all the stories are true...” This story is in the same general multiverse as RE: Deity by lightningwarrior21, but will be almost completely separate except in a few chapters. I have permission from him to use his base multiverse, and you should go check out his fiction, it’s really good. http://royalroadl.com/fiction/9597 This ‘fiction’ will be updated sporadically, so don’t expect much of a steady stream of chapters. (I’ll try to do one chapter a week, but no promises.) Suggestions on how to improve this universe helps with the management, so comments are welcome, as are Grammar Nazis. I’ve had this fiction mostly as scattered notes in my google drive, and only recently had enough time to actually put it together, like I promised lightning back in January. (Writer’s block and schoolwork do not mix well.) The cover is not owned by me, I found the image on google images. Anyway, I’ll be back yesterday… or was that tomorrow? (I really need to get that damn causality generator fixed, me-damnit!) See ya!
