Honestly, I never expected to reach this point when I started writing out of boredom during lull timed caused by the pandemic over a year ago. Flash forward a year and change later, and now I've been living as a full-time writer from home for over a year now, relying on my writing to make a living. Something I had never dared to dream about in the past.

The market for writings such as mine where I live was basically nonexistent, and besides, the sort of stuff I write would be greatly disapproved by the powers around here, who tend to hate the sort of things I write, so I have never even considered publishing my novels locally. It was the internet and the web novel scene that gave me a solution I had never thought about before, and had made all these possible.

To all my readers, I wish to extend my most sincere gratitude for sticking with me for so long. When I started posting this story, I had very little expectations. I had considered that maybe getting 50 followers and 500 views would be a good thing for my first month, so the warm reception it received was entirely out of my prediction, and helped motivate me to write more.

I thank you all once again for your devotion, and for enjoying my writings, and will endeavor my best to bring more to come in the future!

Let us also give one last salute to Blood Demon's Retirement, which had completed its story from the start to the end. When I first started this story I had planned it for around 100-150 chapters. Along the way, however, the characters and setting came to life, and I kept writing more and more. This ending was not only planned from long ago, but in some ways much overdue as well.
