Arsh Mishra and Suman Malik, now sworn enemies were once passionately involved. They had kicked off med school being good friends which gradually developed into something deeper and had led to adventurous escapades during important anatomy lectures.

Though they had never vocalised what it was between them apart from getting each other off, Suman had taken the liberty to believe they were getting closer to love. Only, to realise it was just a fling for Arsh and he loved another. That's where their equation began crumbling and now here they are, with nothing but pure hatred for the other.
