Akshara and Aarohi are twin sisters but pretend to be sworn enemies in front of everyone. Birlas knew Goenka from before but the didn't know about Akshu and Aaru as they were abroad for studies. Birla's killed the entire Goenka family along with Keesh, Krish Shivani, Kaira and Kabir. They don't know that Krish and Kabir are alive along with the kids. Also they don't know that the Sehgals were related to Goenkas and Singhanias. Ishani was childhood best friend of Malhar and Kalyani. Birlas killed Goenkas, seized all the properties and businesses and shifted to Mumbai and started a hospital but doing illegal businesses too like organ trafficking, drugs, and girls trafficking too.
