《Suddenly yours. (#Wattys2015)》N I N E.

Friday was finally here and Matt and I have talked every day since last time we were studying, he's really sweet and he told me he wasn't seeing anyone. Which is a pretty good thing, since I liked him and something deep inside of me wanted to believe he liked me too.
I'm a strong believer in 11:11 wishes and stuff like that, and he's been in so many of those wishes, it's hard to imagine not wishing about him anymore. I wanted so bad to have a taste of his love, in the most innocent and lovely of ways, because something about him was so inviting. It was calling out my name, and I didn't know what to feel whenever I was with him or whenever he spoke about the things he liked, because his eyes sparkled a little more and his smile was a bit wider whenever something he loves came up to the conversation. I loved seeing peeople happy, I loved seeing him happy.
''I'll be there in five minutes.'' Alex spoke over the phone, while I was pacing back and forth in my room, trying to keep myself together. I couldn't stop creating scenarios in my head of how things should go, I wanted tonight to be great and for it to mark something, not only for me, but for him as well. Five minutes have passed and Alex was still not here, she was always late for everything and then I was interrupted by the vibrations coming from my phone, placed still on the night stand.
Red or white wine?
My phone buzzed, causing a weird noise on the wood from the night stand. It was a text from him and it caused a wide out smile on my face, I could feel my cheeks burning from the stretching out of lips, and I didn't hesitate to reply.
Whatever you choose is fine by me.
White it is! :)
I chuckled on my own and didn't reply, but I was counting the seconds left to see him. I was acting all silly and bubbly, but he is really making up 95% of my thoughts and it somehow feels good.
The door bell rang and I rushed to open the door. Mr. Undermayer was on the door, holding Jamie's hand.
"Hey, good night, did they have fun?" I asked, I messed up Jamie's soft caramel hair as he entered the house.
"Yeah," He cleared his throat. "Jamie said he was tired so I brought him home."
"Thanks Mr. Undermayer."
"Anytime." He slightly waved as he walked away. Jamie was already on the sofa, playing with his Nintendo DS. His eyes were focused on the screen, so I headed toward him and sat down.
"Did you have fun?"
"Kinda," He smirked. "We got into a fight."
"Oh, I'm sorry." I took him in a hug and placed a kiss on his hand. His caramel hair smelled like bubblegum and it made me smile. The scent took me back to the time my hair smelled like that too. My mother used to wash my hair with that exact same shampoo, L'Oreal Kids, the one with the fish shaped bottle. Now they've changed the bottle, but it's still the very same.

"It's okay," He closed the Nintendo DS and looked straight to me. "You look pretty."
"You think so?"
"You always look pretty," He looked down. "You are my sister." I got teary eyed.
"Thank you for that," I hugged him tighter. "I love you." I kissed his head again and walked away. I headed to my room and checked my phone, no sight of any Alex text message or missed call. I rolled my eyes and threw my body on the bed, feeling the cold feeling left due to the eiderdown's material. I smiled, looking blankly at the ceiling. I couldn't wait any longer.

We arrived at his place, Alex was standing right next to me, both staring blankly at the door bell. We were hesitating to make any move, since I was nervous and I was making her nervous all the way through this whole process of arriving at Matt's place. If Zoey were here, she'd ring the door bell right away. But she wasn't, so we had to do it ourselves.
''I won't make a move.'' Alex mumbled, wide eyes on her face and a still position.
''Neither will I,'' I took a deep breath. ''I should call him instead, right?'' I eyed her and she nodded, not looking at me. My hands reached for my phone, sunk on the inside of my black clutch. My fingers dialed his number, I could feel my voice not wanting to get out from the way I was feeling. There was a weird lump in my throat acting as a barrier, I couldn't understand why.
''Hello?''
''Matt,'' His voice. ''I'm here, with Alex.'' I cleared my throat.
''Okay, fine.'' He hung up and I tried to calm myself because I was freaking out. I could hear his voice, meaning he was closer. He was mentioning his brother about taking out the bottles of Coke and Vodka and I smiled out from the fact he was getting everything ready. We were early.
''Hi!'' I said, with a smile on my face. His arms wrapped me into a hug and then, he hugged Alex. ''Are we early?'' I asked, removing a strand of my hair from my glossy lips, as he was shutting the front door.
''No,'' He pressed his lips together. ''Well, yeah.'' He lied, to make us feel better. The three of us chuckled and then he led us to the backyard, we sat on one of the chairs on the wooden kiosk, placed between a beautiful amount of flowers. Actually, his backyard was well decorated. Trees were planted in some sort of arrangement and flowers were almost everywhere you stepped in. They were plotted according to someone's very good taste in decoration. The kiosk had a beautiful lamp, that was hanging gently, giving us some light and as we sat on the wooden chairs, no word was spoken between the three of us.

''Nice house.'' Alex mumbled, I nodded, looking at her and then at him. He smiled after the comment she made.
''Thanks, it's nice spending time here. I actually used to smoke, so this was my favorite place to do it. It's chill and it's not hot nor cold, it's the perfect place.''
''Used to?'' I wondered. A few days ago he used to smell like cigarette, and it made me curious as to why he stopped having that bad habit.
''My mom didn't like it.''
''That's sweet,'' I nervously chuckled, not looking at him in the eye. ''That says a lot about you.''
''Thank you,'' He smiled. ''She is everything to me and I do everything to make her happy.''
''I can imagine.'' I cleared my throat, not knowing what to contribute to the conversation, since this whole thing was making me nervous. He made me nervous.
''So, do you guys want something to drink?'' His question woke me up from the thoughts I was having about the previous imaginary conversations I had. So far, no perfectly created scenarios in my head have come to life. It was okay, reality was much better.
I glanced up at him, smiling. ''I'm fine, Zoey and Bella are going to be here in a matter of seconds.'' Alex nodded, agreeing. She didn't want anything to drink right now.
''So are my friends,'' He handed me an iPod. ''You choose the music.'' I took it from his hands, grinning. His music taste wasn't at all bad, he had good songs, so I choose one. The iPod was back in his hands as one of his brothers arrived, grinning at us. ''He's my brother, Louis.'' He extended his hand, greeting us.
''Nice to meet you girls,'' He sat down, across Alex. ''Lily and Alex, am I right?'' We nodded and then we looked at each other.
''Nice to meet you.'' I spoke, hiding the shyness invading me with a grin.
''I've seen you around campus, do you study there?'' Alex asked.
''No, I've been there a few times only to leave Matt's lunch.'' He informed us. His hands were together, as his elbows rested on his knees. His seating position was helping him face us, which made the conversation more pleasant.
''Oh,'' She chuckled. I glanced at them, with my trembling knees. I wanted to seem interesting for him and Matt, but I was epically failing.

His friends were already here and between Vodka shots and jokes, we talked about classes and how our education system was a pain in the ass. We also talked about music and movies, everything felt nice around them and I felt really comfortable. It was one of those moments in life were time seemed to be flying too fast and you are wishing for the night to last longer than planned. His friends were so down to Earth and they seemed so friendly.
''So, Lily,'' One of them said, as he took a sip from his red cup. ''What brought you here tonight?''
''Uh,'' I scratched my cheek. ''Matt told me there was a get together, so we came.''
''I like you,'' Mike raised his cup, smirking at me. ''I hope you and your friends tag along with us. You seem like nice girls.'' I looked at the girls, they were smiling. I nodded at him, grinning.
''We will.'' Zoey stated in the name of the three of us that didn't speak a thing.
''Lily,'' Matt stood up from his seat and grabbed me from the arm. His hand was clutching tight on it, but it didn't hurt. ''We have to dance.''
I snorted. ''What?''
''Let's dance.'' He demanded.
''I can't dance.''
''That's a lie, everyone can dance.''
''Everyone's watching us.'' He looked at the kiosk, they were indeed, watching us. After he gave them a death glare, they went back to their conversation.
''Now they're not,'' He pulled me in and we started dancing a long to a song. 'Budapest' by George Ezra. My head was on his chest. I could easily hear his heart beating, it was such a melodic sound. I smiled and when the song ended, we pulled away. ''I thought you said you couldn't dance.''
''I stepped on your feet more than twice.'' We chuckled.
''This is going to be our song.'' He grabbed my hand and we headed back to the quiosk. He was holding my hand.
As I sat down on the chair I was seated on before, I checked the clock on my cellphone. It was 11:09 and I recalled all the wishes I made about him. I watched him smile as he told a story of how he found his cat, hidden in a bush, he looked full of joy. I liked seeing him like that.
''Hey,'' I interrupted the conversation. ''It's one minute left for 11:11 and we all should make a wish.''
''That's so cheesy.'' One of his friends said, joking and all I did was laughed it off. He was right, it was plain cheesy, but Matt was here and I wanted him to make a wish.
''Okay,'' Matt glanced up at me. ''I'll make a wish, if you do too.'' I smiled.
''Deal,'' I checked the clock on my phone's screen. ''11:11'' I spoke up and then he smiled, closing his eyes. I did too. My wish was the same wish I've been wishing for the last weeks...him.

Softest Lips | on hold
𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐧-𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐭𝐨 𝐈𝐧 𝐇𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝-"I just kissed the softest lips that god has ever madeAnd I am so in love with the girl to whom these lips he gave." Orianne was a lover girl, whom some considered a hopeless romantic, but she wouldn't dare let the opinions of others knock her off her pivot. She was a young woman who knew what she wanted, and to her, there was nothing wrong with that. She desired the husband, children, dates, random gifts, trips, family outings, and so on.Some would say the reason she can't keep a man is because her standards are high. Which is a ridiculous take. Yes, her standards may be "high," but that's because her father set the tone. She knows what she wants and how she's supposed to be treated, and if you're not giving her that, then you have to go. Out of the few men she has dealt with, she lets them know beforehand what she wants, and it's not her fault that they choose to lead her on under the impression that they wanted the same thing. Another reason men tend to leave her alone is because she's a woman of status, a woman of her word, and a woman about her business. She handles her own and has her own which tends to bruise a man's ego. When asked what she brings to the table, she has a solid answer. She doesn't just bring herself or her body-that's the bonus-she brings communication, trust, comprehension, stability, submission, commitment, and so on. The main question of the matter is, how will Miss. Orianne react when a 19 year old wants to sweep her off her feet and give her everything she wants and more?𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐲: me
