Once when The King Akbar

Argued with Birbal that all cats,

Drink milk surely with delight

Although some of them don't like rats.

But Birbal disagreed and said,

"Not all of the cats like it."

"Then show a single cat to me

That don't find milk for their fit."

Birbal got thirty days for this

And presented a weak slim cat,

Who ran away from milk, no matter

How Akbar wanted her to drink that.

She kept on running away

Until Birbal won the contest,

"Now tell me what you did Birbal?

Make sure, to be honest."

"Birbal replied with a smile

I just gave her milk every day,

She came to drink it and got to know

How much hot it is always."

So now whenever she comes to know

That there is milk somewhere near,

She remembers her burning tongue

And runs away in deep fear.

People took some time to get

Whatever happened to the cat,

And laughed at the ending

To realise how strange was that.

So that's how 'The Clever Birbal'

Proved himself the smartest of all,

And with his great skills, he won

The hearts of the crowd in the hall.
