That morning Leah was dragged to the compound by a distressed Elijah who awoke her terribly early in the morning.
"Tristan De Martel, I was wondering when you would show up," Leah Spoke entering the compound holding a sleeping baby.
"Lady Leah, may I say you look as ravishing as you did almost nine hundred years ago," he spoke with a light smile.
"Why thank you darling, now what is it you want?" She spoke with a smile.
Tristan had always known Leah to be the compassionate kind one compared to the rest of them and he still believed she is. That is why he wanted to speak to her. Upon hearing the news that she had a child he was shocked. Yet seeing the distance between her and Niklaus he understood they where arguing once again.
"So Lady Leah I am having a gala, and it is invite only, and you and Elijah are invited, I do hope to see you," He spoke before leaving.
"Great, so it looks like we have a party to go to," Leah spoke sarcastically looking at Elijah who chuckled.
"Sister Niklaus will leave his drawing room any second, so if you would like to leave-"
"Speak of the devil and the devil shall appear," Spoke Leah with an eye roll.
"Good morning my love, how are you and my daughter this fine morning," be spoke walking down with a smile seeing his wife.
"Elijah, I'll see you here at 7 please do be ready," she spoke before leaving.
"The gala starts at 6," Elijah spoke to a laughing Leah.
"Elijah you're the guest of honour, and you're accompanied by me so brother fashionably late is the way we must go," she spoke with a chuckle and Klaus watched them curious.
"What gala?" Spoke Niklaus and leah only rolled her eyes and left with her daughter.
It took her hours to find a dress she liked and noticed one she had since the early nineteen hundreds. She loved the way the blue material felt between her fingers. The the way the blue colour would remind her of The ocean. Her husband bought her that dress yet she never wore it. Instead of ignoring the dress she decides she would wear it to the gala this evening.
Once she was dressed it was half six and she went to the Mikaelson compound to see Niklaus sat with Lucien drinking a bottle of whiskey. As seeing his wife he looked at her with a light smile.
"You look rather ravishing tonight my love."
"Oh darling he was not lying, you do look ravishing tonight," spoke Lucien with a smirk and Niklaus punched him.
"Hello sister I think it's time we leave," Elijah spoke and Leah nodded following him to where the strix where having their party.
"Where is Tristan?" Asked leah looking for him and Elijah only watched everyone. "Elijah what's wrong?"
"What are they doing here?" He asked his eyes looking towards Marcel.
"Elijah why is my son here?"
"I should have known," Elijah spoke annoyance on his voice. "Leah this is not a gala, it is an initiation."
Just as leah was about to speak Tristan tapped his glass which was filled with champagne.
"Distinguished friends, welcome it's so rare that we're able to come together like this to revel for one night in the company of true equals now I'd like to take a moment to welcome a very special guest, Mr. Marcel Gerard," he spoke with a smirk and Leah looked at him as everyone applauded.

"Thank you. I'm honoured," Marcel spoke with a laugh.
"You'll notice, Mr. Gerard, that over the course of the evening, someone has managed to take something quite dear to you Your daylight ring," continued Tristan and Leah looked at Elijah in panic. "The test is quite simple first, you need to deduce the identity of the thief then you are simply to take back what is yours, Although I doubt the prize will be easily relinquished after all, despite our refinement, we're still a rather violent bunch in victory, you become one of us in failure, you meet your death. You have a few hours until dawn I wish you the best of luck."
Tristan made his way to Elijah and Leah. Elijah was trying to calm down Leah who was ready to rip out Tristans heart out.
"Tristan, those vampires are ancient how is Marcellus going to beat them?" She asked anger seething from her voice.
"With guile, courage, perhaps a bit of trickery. admittedly, it's a long shot, but then sometimes the new candidates surprise us," he spoke with a light smirk. "Elijah when I asked for your attendance, I was rather surprised you actually showed up."
"Tell me, as our founder and patriarch, what do you make of our latest candidate?"
"Marcel is, arrogant, stubborn, prone to self aggrandisement, he'll fit right in I assure you," Elijah spoke with an eye roll.
"If he survives," spoke Tristan with a smile.
"Tristan, I will not hesitate to rip your head off your body, do not tempt me," Leah spoke narrowing her eyes at him.
"You truly are Niklaus' wife you could just hear it in your voice, so Lady Leah would you please dance with me, just one dance of course?"
"Why of course," she spoke taking his hand.
"I am rather glad you came Leah," he spoke and she rolled her eyes with a fake smile.
"Well you did invite me, and it would have been rude to not come."
"Tonight you'll see our organisation to its fullest power," he spoke and Leah scoffed.
"And you think by killing my son will make the best expression?" She asked annoyed.
"I think tonight you'll bear witness to the truth, at the very least, you cannot call us liars," he spoke with a proud voice and she let go of his hand.
"It was a pleasure to dance with you, reminds me of the days we met, you still look beautiful."
Leah only ignored him and walked to Elijah who was still annoyed at Tristan. He too wanted to rip off Tristans head.
"Would you like to dance?" Elijah turned to ask leah and she grinned taking his hand, as they began to dance she noticed a very drunk Klaus and Lucien making there way towards everyone.
"What a beloved occasion my, God, it's a room full of Elijahs I had that exact same nightmare once," Klaus spoke with a laugh and Leah sighed.
"Go and grab us a drink, love. Feel free to fetch one for yourself one for me, please, and one for her and her and her and her," Klaus spoke with women on his and Lucien's side.
"Fetch Me one too darling," spoke Lucien looking at the girl with a grin before tending to her husband she looked at Marcel who nodded at her and she put her werewolf venom into his champagne and he smirked downing the glass.

"Niklaus!" Leah spoke and her husband turned to look at her, her voice angry.
"You're hammered, which should come as very little surprise to anyone here, but it does hamper the festivities somewhat, so could I recommend that you, You find the nearest exit and, Just Yes, and could you take your playthings with you, too," Elijah spoke fury dripping in his words.
"You know, I used to find it insulting that I was barred from your special, little club, but now I realize I lack the flexibility to become a member, I couldn't get my own head so far up my own arse!" Klaus spoke and Lucien laughed standing beside him.
"NIKLAUS!" Shouted his wife dragging him to another room far away from the party and into another room.
"Darling you look beautiful, I say we go home and o take you out of this dress and I show you-" he started but was cut off by his wife who was pissed
"What is your problem Niklaus! Go home and sleep this foolish drunken state of now, I suggest you leave Lucien's side before I rip out his heart, Niklaus he makes you a horrible person, now go home and I'll deal with you later!" She spoke and shoved him a bottle of water in his hands he only stumbled out of the party.
"If you'd please come with us, Mr. Gerard, it's time," spoke Tristan getting everyone's attention.
"He still has an hour," Leah said watching Tristan with a glare.
"Dont worry mom, I know exactly what I'm doing," he spoke with a smirk.
"Aya, she took my ring," Marcel spoke and Tristan looked somewhat impressed.
"I don't have you ring," spoke the girl Leah hated with a passion.
"Hold off, I said you took it, I didn't say you still have it. See, after you lifted it off me, You gave it to my man Mohinder over there."
"Of course that is only part of the deal," He spoke and Leah watched him Anger in her face.
"Elijah, I swear if anything happens to Marcel, I will not hesitate to kill Tristan," she spoke seething and he only nodded in agreement.
Mohinder watched Marcel attacking him as much as he could biting him and drinking his blood on the process. Leah only smirked, how stupid they are she thought.
"You fought with honour, embrace your nobility until the end," He spoke holding Marcel his head in his arms in a headlock position.
Marcel only kicked his leg and grabbed his arms and flipped his arm over and laughed.
"Oh come on you must have tasted it in my blood," he spoke and Leah smirked as did Elijah. "Oh, now you're starting to feel it, aren't you, that burning sensation in your gut it's Wolf's venom, a going-away gift from me. I may not have beaten you, but you lost all the same. I suggest you make your peace. We're both dead men walking."
"A DESPERATE PLOY!" He shouted and leah laughed walking over to him whilst he was still on the floor.
"Darling my son grew up with, five originals he knows all our dirty tricks," she said laughing her heel on his neck, as Marcel took his ring back.
"I don't know why they want you dead, but clearly they do Why else tell me all about his little feeding habits or give me a taste of his technique when you came into my gym the other day All I had to do was be observant, but I'm done picking up your bread crumbs. You want him dead, you're gonna have to do it yourself," Marcel spoke walking with his mother who watched him proudly.
"No I can assure you he did deserve it, He's been plotting unspeakable crimes against his sworn brothers and sisters. Of course, you couldn't have known. Beating such a worthy opponent is proof of your strength and courage, but your restraint, your refusal to kill without cause demonstrates a rare integrity. You see, Marcel Gerard, this was the test. Welcome to The Strix Provided, of course, you survive your own gambit," Tristan spoke earning an eye roll from Leah as she walked out Marcel's arm over her shoulder as she helped him back to the compound.
"I bet they were all so impressed, weren't they, your new mates, positively taken by your boldness, your cunning wit, and your steely resolve, and you just assumed that I would be willing, Eager, even to give my blood," Klaus spoke and Leah rolled her eyes.
"Niklaus he needs your blood," Leah spoke and he scoffed.
"You're pledging a fraternity run by those conspiring against us," Klaus spoke and leah rolled his eyes.
"His interest in The Strix is because of you Our son doesn't get to choose sides, Whoever comes for you comes for him and that's all He needed to know, so Niklaus, I will repeat myself, he needs your blood," spoke his wife and he only nodded biting his wrist and Marcel drank from it.
Seconds later, She heard Joys cries and walked towards her Klaus fast on her tail.
"She is so beautiful, isn't she?" He spoke and she nodded.
"You really do look beautiful in that dress," he said and she walked back away from him.
"You chose it," she said and he grinned.
"That I did, and must I say you look ravishing in it!"
"Yes, and if I'm correct you got one very similar for your girlfriend in mystic falls, Caroline was it?" She spoke her words sarcastic.
"Leah-"
"Well I guess it's time for me to go home and take this little one with me, thanks for looking after her I'm sure she loved it, even when you where drunk of course," she spoke with a more force.
Leaving the compound she smiled as her daughter pulled on her hair and took Joy home who went to sleep after a change and a bottle. Leah only stayed awake going through some photos through the years. Her, Kol, Klaus, Elijah, Marcel and Rebekah looked so happy in the earlier nineteen hundreds when they where all together. How much she wished they could go back to that time.

Delve
Summary – Level 1: Delve is an isekai litrpg that follows an average guy who just happened to wake up in a forest one day. He wasn’t summoned to defeat the demon lord or to save the world or anything like that, at least as far as he can tell. The only creature there to greet him was a regular old squirrel. Soon enough, he meets other people, only to discover that he can’t speak the language, and that not everybody immediately trusts random pajama-wearing strangers they met in the middle of the wilderness. Things generally go downhill from there, at least until the blue boxes start appearing. Delve is a story about finding your way in a new, strange, and dangerous world. It’s about avoiding death, figuring out what the heck is going on, and trying to make some friends along the way. It’s not about getting home, so much as finding a new one. Did I mention that there will be math? Summary – Level 2: Okay, but what are you in for, really? Well, this story is supposed to be realistic, or at least, as realistic as a fantasy litrpg can be. The main character doesn’t instantly become an all-powerful god and murder-hobo his way across the universe. Delve is, at its heart, a progression fantasy, but that progression is meant to feel earned. The numbers in this story actually mean something. Everything is calculated, and if you find a rounding error, I expect you to tell me about it. That said, if math isn’t your cup of tea, there is plenty more that the story has to offer. Characters are meant to feel real, and progression isn’t only about personal power; it’s also about allies, connections, and above all, knowledge. Figuring out how the system works is a significant theme. ... What, you want more details? Okay, fine, but this is going to get a bit spoiler-y. Are you sure? Yes! Really sure? I mean, this summary is practically half as long as the first chap– Now! Okay, okay! The main character becomes a magic user, but he takes a route that is not very popular in adventurer culture, namely that of a support. There is a full magic system with various spells, skills, and abilities, but our MC decides that aura magic is the way to go, and that the only stat worth investing in is mana regeneration. Most people at the Adventurer’s Guild think that this makes him a bit of a dumbass, but he’s playing the long game. We’ll see how that works out for him, won’t we? Because of his build, the MC levels up fast, at least compared to normal people. There are no cheats, though, and he is limited in other ways. There are some clear and pretty obvious downsides to his build. That’s what makes it fun, no? Morals? Our MC has them. Again, we’ll see how that works out for him. Realism, remember? Would you be okay with killing someone and looting their body? I sure hope not. POV? The focus is on the main character, but there will be occasional varying perspectives from people around him, or involved in the events related to the main plot. It isn’t going to jump all over the place. Tech is standard medieval stasis. No smartphones, but the MC does have a technical background. Computers and their programming might be involved. There might even be a bit of uplifting down the road, who knows? Anyway, it isn’t the focus. He isn’t going to invent the gun in chapter 1 and change the face of warfare. Romance is not a major focus. Friendships are more the name of the game, though there will be some characters in romantic relationships. There is exploration, though not as much of the geographical nature as you might expect. It is more about exploration of the system and the culture. The pace is slow and detailed, sometimes verging on slice-of-life. The action is meant to be realistic and grounded in the numbers, and it is intended to have meaning beyond simply punching things until they stop moving. The general tone of the story is grey, and some parts can get quite dark. People die. Sometimes, people with names, but not anywhere near GoT level. There is plenty of light, too, though, to balance the darkness. The world is dangerous, but overcoming that danger is why we’re all here, isn’t it? Anyway, if you’ve made it this far through the summary, you clearly like words. I hope you enjoy the story! Cover by Miha Brumec Summary Updated: 2020-06-14
