He pokes your sides which turns into tickling you until you wake up.

You wake him up by calling his name and if that doesn't work, you hit him with a pillow until he wakes up.

To put it simply, you don't wake each other up. You just cherish the rare moment of peace where he will allow you to snuggle with him because he's too tired to tell you to let go of him and instead hugs you back because, as much as he will occasionally complain about the affection, he secretly loves it.

He rubs your arm and gently shakes you whilst softly calling your name until you wake up.

You call his name and shower his face with kisses until he wakes up.

He holds you in his arms and waits for you to wake up, sometimes falling back to sleep in the process.

He's a surprisingly light sleeper, so you just have to kiss his nose and that wakes him up.

"Good morning, my Queen! It is time to start the day!"

*Boops nose gently until he wakes up*

You shower each other with gentle kisses until the other wakes up.
