The whole day was just Jisoo asking about a lot of stuff even though I explained almost everything through text. Some of my schoolmates are also looking at me a lot since almost everything I have is new and also looks expensive since it all is.

"So you're going straight home since you don't have to work right?" Jisoo asked while we're walking out of the school

"I was thinking about that... I mean the whole penthouse is really big and it's really quiet cause no one else is there besides me and Jennie. The security team's also not there. It's hella quiet" I said putting my hands inside my pocket to pull out my phone and check if Jennie sent a message but she didn't anyway.

"I'll go now chu, I'll see you tomorrow and maybe you can visit me there I'll just ask Jennie about it" I said putting my phone back in my pocket

"Ya! Tell Jennie that if she has a friend then make sure to give that friend to me" she said in a serious tone making me laugh as I punch her shoulder "I'll go ahead cause dalgom misses me for sure, nyeongan!" She then walks away while I just shake my head.

I decided to walk back home first since it's not that far from the school, it's probably a ten-minute walk from the school. Once I went home I saw some guards standing beside the elevator so I bowed down towards them as well "have you guys eaten?" I asked and they shake their head "you should've had your snacks" I said but they just thanked me.

Once I'm already at the penthouse I walk towards the kitchen and pour some dog food on Kuma's bowl as I walk outside on the living room looking for him but he's not there so I went upstairs and get changed first before walking to Jennie's room which is slightly agape and saw Kuma laying on her bed and he immediately runs towards me when he saw me

"Kuku!" I cooed and pet him. I lift him and started walking downstairs "here go eat, you must've been hungry. I'll just leave water here as well okay?" I said like Kuma's gonna answer "I'll just tell the guards to look after you from time to time okay? I'll go now" I said but before I walk out I grab a couple of snacks and drinks from the refrigerator before I go down to where the guards are handing them over to them which they were grateful for

"Look after Kuma from time to time and please don't tell Jennie that I went out... You don't know where I'll go anyway" I said chuckling before taking a 5-minute walk to the little convenient store that I'm working at.

"Lisa, why are you here? Someone called me last night saying you'll be quitting" my manager said as I walk towards the counter to start cleaning it up a bit

"I don't think I can quit tho... I will die of boredom if so" I said chuckling and started working till it's 9 pm.

"I'll just clean up on that aisle" I said to my manager so he can take over the counter. I grab a mop before heading to that aisle. Once I finished mopping I started organizing the snacks on that section when I heard a lot of talking on the counter. Maybe a couple of students dropped by.

"What do you think you're doing?" I immediately snap my head on my other side and saw Jennie standing there with her hair down and a coat on. She looks intimidating like that.

"I'm working" I said looking back at what I'm doing

"What do you think will the media say if they'll see you in here... Do you want another headline saying 'Ms. Kim's girlfriend is working at a convenience store' do you want to embarrass me that much?" She said pissed off so I look back at her again walking a little closer

"I'll die out of boredom on your penthouse Jennie... This is how I used to live my life and this is what I do all day. Do you want me to be sorry for working at this little convenient store?" I said making her roll her eyes.

"We're leaving. You don't need to work anymore." She said leaving me behind and walking out of the store while some guards approached me to put the mop back on the storage room while some of them escort me out of the place to the car.

"Put this shirt and coat on" Jennie said throwing a bag towards me

"What for? "

"We'll be meeting the investors and some media to inform them about you" she said I open up the bag and saw a shirt and a black coat in there. Good thing I'm wearing decent black jeans.

"What should I say? " I asked

Someone will brief you once we get there and they will also apply some makeup on you. Tomorrow's Saturday so we'll also get some things done with you" she said so I just nodded and sit right there

"What are you waiting for?" She asked making my head snap towards her again

"What? " I asked back at her

"Change your shirt! " she said sternly like I'm super dumb

"I'll change here? " I said making her roll her eyes and look at me like she doesn't want to repeat the same thing "but... " I look over at the front seat seeing two guys, the one who's driving and security personnel on the passengers.

"My head's aching already" she said massaging her temple as she yelled at the guys on the front to don't look which they're not doing in the first place cause they're just sitting still in front. She then turns towards me and widened the coat that she's wearing to help me hide.

"Hurry! " she said making me flinch as I nod and took my shirt off and she started mumbling while I'm grabbing the shirt "there's nothing to hide anyway " she said pissed off making me look at her "what? You barely have anything under your bra stop being embarrassed " she said once again more like a mumble so that it's just the two of us who can understand. Once I'm all done she went back to her seat and crossed her arms looking out of the window

"Thank you girlfriend " I said hugging her making her flinch as she pushed me away

"Stop calling me that! " I chuckle and put my shirt on the bag
