huddled around one of their cars, waiting as Rick conjured up a plan.
"Everybody takes a weapon." Rick said as he laid out the arsenal Addy and Carl had found the day before.
"These aren't the kind of weapons we need. What about the guns?" Andrea spoke up. Addy rolled her eyes at the complaining woman, earning a nudge on the arm from her father beside her.
"We've been over that. Daryl, Rick and I are carrying. We can't have people popping off rounds every time the tree rustles." Shane said as he leaned against the RV.
"It's not the trees I'm worried about." The blonde woman muttered.
"Say somebody fires at the wrong moment - a heard happens to be passing by. See, then it's game over for all of us. So you need to get over it." Shane shut her up and Addy bit her lip to hide a smirk of satisfaction.
"The idea is to take the creek up about five miles, turn around, and come back down the other side. Chances are she'll be by the creek," Here's hoping. "It's her only landmark." Daryl explained.
"Stay quiet, stay sharp. Keep space between you, but always stay within sight of each other."
"Everybody assemble your packs." Shane said.
"Dale, keep on those repairs. We gotta get this RV ready to move."
"We won't stay here a minute longer than we have to. Good luck out there, bring Sophia back."
"Will you keep an eye on Carl while we're gone?" Rick asked the older man as he patted his son's shoulder.
"I'm going with you. Addy is." The boy insisted.
"That's up to Daryl." Lori nodded.
"You need people, right? To cover as much ground as possible." Rick sighed and looked at his wife.

"Your call. I can't always be the bad guy."
"Well, he and Addy has all of you to look after them. I'd say they're in good hands." Dale sided with the boy. Rick sighed once again but gave in.
"Okay, okay. But always within our side, no exceptions."

Daryl led the group through the forest, Addy was behind Glenn and in front of Carl. After a few minutes of trudging through the forest, Daryl and Rick noticed a tent in a small clearing. Rick signalled for everyone to keep low and quiet as the group approached the tent.
"She could be in there." Shane said.
"Could be a whole bunch 'a things in there." Daryl replied, crossbow at the ready incase something they didn't want in there, was in there.
Rick, Daryl and Shane approached first, Daryl going ahead until rick motioned for Carol to come over.
"Sophia, are you in there? Sophia it's mommy," Carol gently called out incase her daughter was in the tent, "Sophia, we're all here, baby. It's mommy."
When nothing happend Rick and Shane stepped forward to help Daryl. He slowly unzipped the tent, covering his mouth and coughing when he did but stepping in nonetheless.
"Daryl?" Carol called out when he disappeared inside for a few moments, "Daryl?"
"It ain't her."
"What's in there?"
"Some Guy. Did what Jenner said, opted out."
Addy let out the breath she didn't know she was holding. She was happy and upset at the same time. Happy that Sophia wasn't the dead one in there and sad that they still hadn't found her.
"Ain't that what he called it?"
Addy nodded, but then bells started ringing in the distance, church bells? The group took off in the direction of the sound.

"What direction?"
"I think that way, I'm pretty sure," Shane nodded to himself, "Dang it's hard to tell out here."
"If we hear them then maybe Sophia does too." Carol suggested, but Addy didn't want to get her hopes up and then be disappointed.
"If someone's ringing those bells, they may be calling others." Glenn said.
"Or signalling that they found her."
"She could be ringing them herself. Come on!"
The group came out of a clearing to reveal a white church with graves surrounding it, but no bell?
"That can't be it - no steeple, no bells." Shane voiced Addy's thoughts. Rick took off running, and the rest of the group followed.
The three leading men went up the steps and Rick opened the red doors to reveal three walkers - two male and one female. Lori handed Rick a machete and the three men took the walkers out with ease.
"Sophia!" Rick yelled, opening a side door and checking out there. Daryl walked up to the statue of Jesus on the cross,
"Yo, JC, you takin' requests?"
"I'm telling you, it's the wrong church. It's got no steeple, Rick. No steeple." Shane told Rick quietly, just as the bells began to ring again.
The three leading men pushed past everyone and rushed outside, only to see a speaker emitting the noise.
"Timer - it's on a timer." Daryl panted as he pointed to the speaker with his machete.
"I'm going to go back in for a bit." Carol said and Addy couldn't blame her, it was a thousand degrees out there.
......................................................
"Y'all got to follow the creek bed back, ok? Daryl, your in charge. Me and Rick we're just going to hang back. Search Thai area another hour or so - just be thorough." Shane explained as he walked over to the group under the tree.
"Splittin' us up. You sure?" Daryl said.
"Yeah, we'll catch up to you." Shane assured.
" I want to stay too." Carl said, looking at his father with pleading eyes. Rick looked at Lori, who sighed.
"When did you get so grown up?"
