"So~ what is this 'the corner of love' operation?" I asked them.

"When I give the signal , Nene will run from this corner and then bump with him!" Hanako explain , I hummed.

"Don't you think its starting to get dangerous?" I asked them , but Hanako is the only one who heard me.

"Don't worry , I'm sure this operation will end up successfully!" He said giving me a thumbs up.

"So what is the signal?" I asked him. He points to the roof.

"This is going be the signa-"

"GO!" Nene cutted him.

"O-OI!" Nene run too fast so she and Teru fell from the stairs. I immediately run to them . But it looks like it's not Teru who Nene bumped to .

The person she bumped to is... KOU?! I froze... the operation is getting worse and worse.

"(y/n) chan , w-what are you doing in here?" Teru said as he's helping Kou.

"Oh! (y/n) nee chan!" Kou beamed with happy face.

The bell rings, I stood up. I was about walk to the toilet to meet Hanako and Nene, but Teru stopped me. He asked me if I could go to his house to study together today, after school.

'I actually want to go his house. This is a rare chance, but I wanted to help Nene too...' I thought. So i jut said that I think about it later.

"YOU LIED TO ME HANAKO SAN!"

Nene scream then run out from the toilet , she didnt know that I was there watching her yelled to Hanako.

"Wtf is that?"

I asked Hanako but he didn't answer me , nor he looked in to my eyes to facing me. I sighed

"What happened?"

He began to tell me everything , about Nene ate the mermaid scale because she thought its a match making. 'Um okay... this is bad.. VERY VERY BAD!'

I ran , searching for Nene. Then I found her on the other side. I saw her spying on Teru, I want to tell her about the effect.

But I decided to wait until Teru and (random girl name) walk away.

"U-uhm , Minamoto kun , I liked you since our first year!!"

My eyes widened, I didn't expect (random girl name) to like him. Well , I know he's a whole heartthrob in the school. But still, I did not expect that happen.

Teru was scratching the back of his head. My heart was beating very fast. But it all back to normal when I saw Nene was holding the other mermaid scale.

"Im sorry, I already have someone I liked." Teru said.

"I've liked her since forever, And I just can't be with someone else right now...that's why I'm sorry.." I could hear and understand what Teru said , but my mind is focusing on how to save him from nene , and to tell nene the effects.

I was thinking hard until I saw Nene hands slowly became to look like fish scale. I was about to run and catch him but I felt someone hold my wrist.

I turned around, it was Teru . (Random girl name) immediately run , saying that she will go back to class.

"(y/n) , did you just hear her confess-"

"TERU MINAMOTO!" I screamed , making him flinch.

"Y-yes!"

"I NEED TO GO , YOU Can talk to me.. later..." my voice began to faded as I realized that Nene is not there again , but I believe Hanako already took her away to the save place.

"What's wrong?" He ask.

"AAKHHhhh.... I'm such a bad senpai ;-;" I mutter as I messing with my (h/c) hair.

"Did Something happened ?" He ask as he tidying my hair. I didn't say anything. 'I should change the subject..'

"Hey! I heard you like someone! Who is this lucky girl?" I face him with cheeky smile.

My heart start to beating very fast. Don't tell me... DID I HAVE ARRHYTHMIA?!

"Why did you change the subject?" He ask. Damn it.

"Just answer it already!!" I whined.

"Hmmm.. its a secret!" He says with a smile.

"Hee, well then . i need to go now , so byee!! And thankyou for my hair!!" I said as I run to the toilet.

"O-okay, oh! (y/n)!"

I called her , but she didn't hear me. She seemed like she's in rush on something. I don't really care tho , im sure she will tell me when the school is done. I walk back to class , still thinking about her. Its not usual for her to declined my offer. Especially she the one who always bugging if she could go to my house everyday.

'was she jealous because she thought I liked someone else?'

'Is she avoiding me?'

'Does she have a new friend that's completely better than me?'

'Is she hiding something from me?'

My last thought kinda made sense. But what is she hiding? She only have one best and closest friend in this school , and that person is me. She always opens up to me and follow me everywhere. We always have the same way of thingking... so what is this 'something' that making her declined her rare chance and hiding it from her only best friend?

'The only things that we don't think on the same way... ' I began to think.

'don't tell me.. the things that she's hiding has something to do... with supernaturals?' I thought to myself, shocked. I know that (y/n) is strong as an exorcist herself. But still , im stronger than her. Not to mention her greedy actions.

Does she have a new supernatural friends? Tbh , I don't want her become to close with supernaturals. But to make her declined her rare chance... What if that supernatural want something from (y/n)?? What if the supernatural is actually stronger than her?

I need to kill this supernatural.
