He replied without a ting of emotion in his face.

As she opened the present box, her smile slightly faded and her eyes widened.

Y/n:- D-divorce papers?

Taehyung:- I couldn't imagine a gift better than this.

Y/n:- But it hasn't been three months. W-why are you s-suddenly?

Taehyung:- What? You want to suffer more? I thought you wanted this more than anyone.

He spat venomously at her not even giving a slightest respect to her emotions. She didn't cry or couldn't cry as she was completely numb inside.

He took the paper from her hand and went through it with an inhumane smirk.

Taehyung:- It came out beautifully. Our names I mean. Okay, I'm leaving this here. You can sign it whenever you want. Ah, and about the alimony part we can discuss it later.

Y/n:- I- I just need one day. Just one day. After that, I promise I'll be out of your life just like you want.

She managed to reply back meeting his gaze.

Taehyung:- Wait, this was not the reaction I expected. I thought you'll be crying your eyes out.

Y/n:- Didn't I tell you that I'm done crying over you? I meant every word of it. Then, I'll go sleep. Goodnight Taehyung.
