Wei Wuxian started his day like usual by waking up, getting dressed, preparing to go to work. But before that, he went over to the empty guest room which wasn't so empty anymore. He softly knocked the bedroom door, but upon receiving no response, he opened the door by his own and shook his head at the sight before him.

His brother was laying in a weird position with one leg off the bed, another leg was under a long pillow, arms spread out like a starfish. His head was turned to the side -not even on the pillow anymore- with his lips slightly apart as light snores left the guy's mouth. If no one paid attention to how his stomach was moving up and down, they might think the man was dead.

The businessman chuckled at how silly his brother looked. The man was a messy sleeper and he had a habit of getting into weird positions. He even saw him laying upside down once when the two were still living together in the same room when they were in high school.

"Wanyin-ah," The older brother spoke in a soft tone as he went to him, patting the man's head.

A small hum was heard from the other who slowly opened his eyes.

Jiang Wanyin groaned and sat up, yawning while rubbing his eyes to make his vision clearer, "Morning..."

Wei Wuxian smiled, pinching brother's cheek. His brother's voice was already deep and it only got deeper and hoarser in the morning.

"Get up. You're coming to the company with me today. Your sister wants to see you."

The younger only nodded, a tiny small appeared. He was excited to meet his beloved older sister, but he was definitely not fond of waking up this early.

The annoying sound of the alarm ringing repeated over and over again in the room, making the young man (who was peacefully sleeping) jolted up in shocked.

Lan Wangji only then realized it was the sound of his alarm clock and groaned in annoyance. He hardly pressed the clock to stop, sighing in content when that infuriating blare stopped. How could humans think of inventing such a nuisance product?

Without any thought, he plopped himself back down on the comfortable bed, crawling into a ball under the covers to continue his slumber, but something had to snap him out of it.

That something was the Lyxion who was created only a few minutes before him. In an instant, his bedroom slammed opened and the said Lyxion appeared, tall and buff in his uniform -minus the apron- with his hands on his hips.

"I could hear your alarm from the other side of the flat. Get up, Wangji. I know you love sleeping and I do too, but we have to get up. We can't have Mrs. Luo thinking we skipped work. She might kick us out or something. We need this apartment. Our mission is still not done yet." Lan Xichen reasoned out while going over to the blonde, waiting for him to open his eyes.

"But I'm so comfortable right now." Lan Wangji opened his eyes, pouting at the taller Lyxion.

The older normally would coo at him, but they needed to get to the milk tea shop, "Wangji-ah, get up."

The blonde Lyxion groaned, tired of this and sat up. He let a yawn escaped and the other shook his head at him with a smile. The smaller guy cutely giggled when he felt fingers ruffling his messy bed hair.

"Go take a shower and meet me in the kitchen. I made pancakes."

Lan Wangji nodded, "It still amazes me how you're able to make Earth food."

"Thanks to my advance system." Lan Xichen tapped his temple, sending a wink over to the younger who just laughed at him while smacking him with a pillow.

"Do you think both Lan Xichen and Lan Wangji went to work already?" Jiang Wanyin enquired as he stepped out of the apartment, eyes staring over at the door across from them.

Wei Wuxian only shrugged as he locked the door to his apartment. As soon as he turned around, he heard the sound of a door clicking and two people appeared.

"I'm telling you, pancakes are better than waffles!"

The two heard a familiar voice and Wei Wuxian's mood seemed to lighten up upon hearing that sweet, deep and gentle voice.

"From my point of view, they are somewhat the same." A deeper and huskier voice came and Jiang Wanyin felt electrify in his veins.

"How can they be the same? They taste entirely different!" Lan Wangji crossed his arms, frowning at the other Lyxion who wasn't even replying to him anymore, only focusing on locking the door.

Lan Wangji let out a tch before turning to the side, eyes making contact with the two brothers they met yesterday. A smile appeared and he waved at them.

Jiang Wanyin smiled back, also waving while Wei Wuxian was stuck there, staring at the other's smile. His heart unexpectedly sped up, thumping louder than ever. He didn't show any reaction, just making eye contact with the other who got confused.

Lan Wangji tilted his head, smile turning into a confused frown as he furrowed his eyebrows. He then went up to them and waved a hand over the Wei's eyes.

Jiang Wanyin seemed to notice something was off and almost laughed when he glanced at his brother's blank expression. He rolled his eyes and nudged onto the older's shoulder.

Wei Wuxian finally came back to his senses and cleared his throat, "Uh..."

Lan Wangji then giggled, "Good morning, Wei Gege."

Wei Gege? Jiang Wanyin nodded, trying hard to hide the smirk which was slowly appearing on his face.

"Good morning.." Wei Wuxian quietly replied.

"Are you going somewhere?" The Lyxion asked, waiting for a reply from the other, but Jiang Wanyin was the one who responded instead.

"We're going over to The Lotus Pier. It's a company our family owns."

"Ahhh," Lan Wangji nodded, "Gege and I were just going to work."

"And we better hurry!" Lan Xichen interrupted their conversation which made the younger roll his eyes.

Jiang Wanyin took his sight off the blonde to the black haired gentleman who already had his eyes on him. The taller man flashed him a smile and the Jiang almost fainted on that spot. That smile was so beautiful!

"Wangji! Come on!"

"Coming!" Lan Wangji stuck his tongue out at the older who stuck his tongue back at him.

The two siblings saw their interaction and a few chuckles escaped. The two Lans' relationship was quite cute.

"I gotta go now. Hope to see you around more! Bye Jiang Wanyin! Bye Wei Gege!" Lan Wangji waved to them before walking away towards the elevator.

The Lans stepped inside the opened elevator and made their way down. When they got out of the apartment building, they went over to find an empty area which was an alleyway nearby. They didn't have cars or motorcycles like the rest of the humans, but they did have another type of transportation which was way quicker than those vehicles. And that was called teleportation.

"Let's see who gets there first." Lan Wangji challenged the other, preparing to use his powers.

"You're on." Lan Xichen smirked, his arms folded above his chest.

In no time, a blue glow came out of thin air and engulfed his body. The same thing happened to the blonde Lyxion who had a green glow instead and without further delay, the two vanished, leaving no traces behind.

Meanwhile, the two siblings were still in front of their apartment. A silent atmosphere surrounded them until the younger broke it.

"God, why is he so handsome?" Jiang Wanyin sighed to himself as he thought back to the beautiful smile and that incredible physique of the older Lan. He hadn't seen him naked before, but he imagined the man to have a muscular, well-built body with beautifully toned abs. Wait, what the fuck? Why was he thinking of this!? Oh god, he sounded like a creep!

Wei Wuxian let out a breath he didn't even know he was holding. He could still see that smile of the blonde Lyxion in his head and it was so enchanting. His gummy smile was so adorable and that laugh, too. Jesus Louise, his heart was pounding hard again! Why was it acting like this?

"Also, we're supposed to take that elevator down. Why didn't we just go with them?" Jiang Wanyin asked out of nowhere and Wei Wuxian just then realized how dumb they were.

"Whatever," He shrugged, going to the elevator and pressed the button with the arrow looking down, "Let's just get to the company."

A drive to the company didn't take long as Wei Wuxian conveniently bought an apartment near the company. Before they knew it, they were already at the company and Jiang Wanyin looked out the window of the car. His jaw dropped as he stared at the company busking. It was larger than he thought. The last time he came to look, it was big, but this took the cake!

In front of him was a very large and tall modern building, the exterior were designed beautifully with a bunch of strong glass to act as walls and above the entrance were letters spelled as , in both English and Chinese. This building stood out a lot in its surroundings and many people would notice it at first glance. Not to mention the amazing water fountain in front of the building which was used an outdoor design to make the company look more lively.

"You really step up your game." Jiang Wanyin exclaimed, still in awe at the sight before him.

Wei Wuxian spoke nothing, driving over to the underground parking space situated near the company. The parking lot was only accessible by the employees of the company as the CEO didn't want any outsiders to randomly park in. At the entrance, you needed to scan your card in order to get in and the Wei did that, getting used to it already. Once he did, he got a good parking spot and got out.

"Let's go."

He walked alongside his brother, hands in his pockets. His presence immediately got everyone in the area staring. They were used to seeing him since he literally worked here, but that didn't mean they were used to his attractiveness. Wei Wuxian was known at the most attractive man in this company and almost everyone knew who he was. And his status as the CEO's greatest assistant just made him even more attractive. Even more, he was the most fashionable person in this company and everyone was amazed at how well he dressed. Even if he was only wearing a white shirt, he somehow made it look more fashionable than plain. And his outfit for today was on fleek as always.

But what caught their attention the most was the man walking besides the Wei. He was at the same height as him and supported a more casual outfit, but he still looked handsome. The duo walked next to each other and immediately got everyone's attention. The girls were gossiping around, saying how attractive the two were.

Wei Wuxian was already used the gossips about him mainly because they were the same while Jiang Wanyin paid attention to the words spreading around him. He inwardly smiled and nudged his brother.

"It's a crime to look that good, Gege." Jiang Wanyin whistled as he just noticed his brother's outfit.

Wei Wuxian then looked over to the man next to him, "And you're here wearing that."

Jiang Wanyin pouted, "I don't work here. Why should I wear clothes like yours? Besides, I like the casual looks more."

Wei Wuxian only smiled and pressed a button of the elevator.

"Do they talk about you everyday?"

"Yeah, but I don't pay attention. It's just nonsense." Wei Wuxian replied, hearing a ding from the elevator and the doors opened.

He stepped into the empty box, followed by the younger.

"What do you mean nonsense? They are saying the truth! Your looks are amazing."

Wei Wuxian chuckled at that, "I think I look average."

Jiang Wanyin rolled his eyes, "Average my ass."

"Language"

The elevator took them to the highest floor of the building which the CEO's office was located. They got off and were met with the eyes of the surrounding employees again. Some were mesmerized by their appearances while some were confused on who the man beside the CEO's assistant was. They never saw him around before, but they dared not to question it.

Wei Wuxian was greeted with a lot of good mornings by the employees and he politely greeted them back before making his way over a corner. The two were now standing in front of a room which had double doors with a sign engraved on it saying .

"Ready to meet her?"

Jiang Wanyin was beyond excited, "I was born ready!"

The older shook his head before knocking thrice of the double doors, instantly receiving a "Come in!"

Jiang Wanyin couldn't wait any longer as he heard the sweet voice he hadn't heard since forever. He hastily pulled the doors opened and ran in.

The inside of the office was not entirely huge, but it was still big. It was your typical office building with the glass walls to look out of, some bookshelves stacked with many books and files. On the left side of the room were three couches, with the one couch in the middle being the longest and a coffee table in front of it. There was some plants in the office to make the atmosphere a little more lively. On the right side of the office laid a big desk filled with many files, books, papers and on the side was the latest iMac. Behind the desk was a clean white swivel chair which had the softest cushions anyone found have and on that chair seated a young beautiful lady whose hands were full with a bunch of files as she flipped them, eyes never leaving the papers.

"Jiejie!"

She immediately stopped her doings, recognizing the voice. Looking up, her gorgeous dark brown eyes widened as a big smile took shape on her small face.

"A-Wan!" She stood up, walking over to him as her heels clacked against the floor creating a satisfying sound.

"It's me!" Jiang Wanyin happily went to her to give her a big bear hug.

The lady laughed and pulled away after a few seconds. She grabbed his arms and grinned, "My Didi grew up! He's so much taller than Jiejie now. How are you? Have you been well? Was London giving you a hard time?"

Jiang Wanyin smiled, sensing her concern, "I've been great, Jiejie. Though not seeing you for so many years made me sad, but I'm so glad to see you again."

The lady was his biological sister named Jiang Yanli. She was the same age as Wei Wuxian, only ten months older than him. She had always been a loving sister and the best sister Jiang Wanyin could ever had. She was the one other than Wei Wuxian who took care of him when their parents weren't around, or were very busy with work. She was extremely sad when she heard the news of her beloved brother traveling to London, but she didn't have any rejections to it as she wanted her brother to study hard to become a great and helpful citizen in the future. Only a year later after her brother went away, she took over the company's business as the CEO with their father now being the chairman. Many employees were shocked at the change, but she proved herself to be worthy of that position as everything she did made the company profited more and more as each year passed.

"What about you though? You look a bit tired. The company seems to be doing well under your control. Oh and is Gege doing a great job as your assistant?"

Jiang Yanli's smile dropped a bit at the mention of her assistant. She glanced over to the other man in the room, whom she didn't even notice before, and gave him a small grin while the man slightly bowed to her out of respect, face blank as ever.

"Your Gege is a great assistant to the company. He helps a lot." Jiang Yanli replied to her brother, pulling her hands away from his arms, going behind her back.

Jiang Wanyin obviously noticed something was off when he mentioned the Wei to his sister, but he decided not to interfere. However, his mind was filled with questions. What exactly happened between them when he was gone? The tension between the two were thick as hell. He didn't like it one bit.

"Anyway," The only lady in the office walked over to her desk again, pulling a stack of papers out, then walked over to her assistant, "I need you to take this over to the Financial Department. One more thing, there's a new intern who will be arriving at 8am. I want you to demonstrate what his work is, make him comfortable and show him around the place."

Wei Wuxian took the papers from the older lady and nodded. Before he could get away, Jiang Wanyin spoke, "I'll meet you when it's lunch time?"

The older gave him a smile, "My lunch break starts at 11:30am."

The younger Jiang grinned at him before bidding bye to the older who went away.

"Still no signs of them." Lan Wangji sadly groaned, putting his chin on the counter.

"I don't think they'll just come to us, little one. We need to go find them ourselves. That's what we're here for anyway." Lan Xichen ruffled the cute guy's hair, looking at him with a soft smile.

"If we weren't working here all day, we would've have more time to find them." The blonde Lyxion had to admit he was getting tired. For the past week, all they had been doing was work all day and searched the city all night. They spent hours upon hours of walking around, teleporting from places to places, yet no signs of the two royals.

"I have a feeling we're never going find them."

Lan Xichen was quick to dismiss that negative thought, "My little Wangji has always been optimistic ever since we stepped foot on Earth. How come he's changed now?"

The other just shook his head with a frown, "I don't know, Gege. It's just so difficult. I mean, humans are everywhere! There's loads of them! Prince Lan Jingyi and Lan Sizhui can blend in so easily! We can't find them all by ourselves! There's only two of us and approximately 7.9 billion humans!"

"I don't know how many years it'll take us to find them, but it's our duty to find them no matter what it costs. After we're done searching in Beijing, we're going to have to move to Shanghai for a change."
