"Holy shit- you actually are going to this school--"
Luca began to grin, obviously flexing her mask that had transparent frames put in.
"Well, of course- it's close by... Why wouldn't I go here?" She then began to laugh out loud, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
It was after classes had ended and I was waiting at the bus stop. I was so busy in my own thoughts that I didn't notice Luca standing literally beside me the entire time, on her phone. Only now I was talking to her.
"Wait- what course are you taking then?" I questioned, "You aren't in my course-- I think so anyways..."
"This place has a dance unit- It wasn't that hard to get into, so I applied and got accepted!" Luca grinned, "Remember how much I wanted to be a dancer?"
"Oh yeah... You like preforming arts..." I muttered. "But- wait... but the pan--"
"Even with the pandemic, we just needed to make sure to keep our masks on and hand sanitize our hands. As well as keep our distance-- we weren't doing partner dances." Luca explained.
"Oh- okay, good. I thought you were already getting touchy-feely with some of the locals" I said.
"pft-- as if I'd discourage my Mamacita like that" Luca chuckled, flicking my forehead with her index finger.
"Bruv- keep your hands to yourself..." I lifted my mask up for a split second to poke my tongue out at her, "And yes. yes I am one hell of a mamacita"
"Yep..! Anyways- we should totally hang out!" Luca suggests, "I haven't talked to you in a while...!"
"Bet- totally bet"
"Oh- uhh... also... About Aiden..."
And just like that- this fateful encounter that was going so well made my attitude turn sour ever so quick.
I dead stared at Luca.
"...what about him?"
Luca averted her gaze, feeling a tad uncomfortable with my gaze at her.
"He's also going here... Though- he's studying English on Fridays" Luca mentions.
'Oh- is that so?' I mentally sighed at the news.
At least he isn't here on Wednesdays... If he was- I wouldn't know what to do.
I wouldn't be afraid to throw a few punches, that's at least for sure.
"I'm just lucky we go on the same days...! Oh god- this is actually exciting..!" Luca then changes the subject, deflecting and forgetting any information she had just given to me prior.
Which- I was glad for.
"Why didn't come the first week?" I say in a questioning tone.
"That's because I accidently made my throat swore." She replies, "I had too many ice pops and my throat numbed."
"Ahh, gotcha"
I keep forgetting about the little things Luca would always mention to me. Her habits were especially forgetful to me... Until I see them in action, they pretty much get erased from my memory.

"Hey- Y/N" I heard a familiar voice say, a hand being placed on my shoulder afterwards.
"Hmm?" I hummed, raising an eyebrow and turning to come face to face with Tommy. "Ah, so it was you"
"Why would it be anybody else?" He questions.
"You aren't the only person that talks to me at this school" I chuckle at his question, "A lot of people talk to me, if you couldn't already tell from the swarms of people at lunch..."
"Yeah- really though, aren't you tired of all those people?" Tommy asks.
"What? Would you rather me hang out with you and your friends at lunch?" I question, "I surely don't want to forth wheel on your already blossoming friendship"
"Nah, nah, it's fine" Tommy assures me.
A satisfied smile formed on my face at Tommy's response. I then turn my attention back to Luca to come to see that her eyes were widened as she stared at the tall blonde beside me, her jaw would've dropped to the floor if it wasn't for her mask holding it into place.
"...uhhh- Luca?" I quirked an eyebrow.
She continued to stare at Tommy for a little bit longer before blinking rapidly to regain focus, finally paying attention to me.
"Oh- oh! ahaha..! Oh, I am- so, so sorry...! I'm just a little starstruck right now..." Luca was giggling and grinning wildly, "...oh my god."
"ah- Y/N, I didn't know your friend was a fangirl of mine too..." Tommy mutters.
I turned back to look at him once more.
"She just likes your content, but I wouldn't call her one of your fangirls.... She likes Ranboo more than you"
"Oh- of course it has to be the R man...." Tommy rolled his eyes.
"Hey- uhh... "Luca begins to say, getting closer to Tommy, "I know it's weird for me to ask--- but can- can I get a picture with you?"
"Uhh- sure...? sure..! But- uhh, let's get out of this crowd of people first" Tommy suggests.
"Okay..!"
Tommy then begins to walk away, Luca following after her as she practically drags me with her.
And after we got out of the crowd of masked people, we were over by the fence of the college.
...The fence that Tommy pretty much kidnapped me at.
"Hey, Y/N. Can you take the picture? please?" She asks, handing her phone to me.
"Haha.. sure, sure..." I replied, taking the phone that was extended to me.
Luca had an iPhone 12 Pro. The latest of it's kind since she's daddy's little princess-- which isn't a bad thing, she's always thankful for what her father gets her, and she never complained once. Luca has always been use to the fancy things.... which is why I'm surprised I managed to influence someone like her to get into and enjoy something like the Dream SMP.

Unlike Luca, I never liked fancy things-- phones especially. Not only because I never knew how to properly use them- but because of the fact that I don't like how people consume things from those big companies. Those kind of phones get weaker and weaker--- phones from the 1940's were so much more durable.
Me and my Samsung xperia are fine on our own. It's not too complicated and not too janky-- It can practically pass as an iPhone if you squint your eyes...
I somehow managed to pull up the camera on her phone and had it in a way so that both of them were frame.
Luca was standing besides Tommy, seeing the height difference between them was quite funny to me- Luca was on the shorter side of things, so seeing this 6'1" boy standing next to this 5'2" girl just made me laugh in the inside. Especially since Luca looks like she can be younger than she actually is.
While trying to set up the camera a bit more, I saw Luca turn to look up at Tommy, her covering her face with her sleeve as if she was whispering something to the blonde.
Tommy gave her a look, but then he shrugged and started grinned.
Whatever they were talking about- it seem to have ended well...?
"Okay- uhhh... Say 'cheese'...!" I tell the two of them, focusing the camera.
"Cheessse...?"
"Skephalo!"
I tapped the circle in the middle and the picture was taken. Tommy let out a short laugh and only now my brain decided to process the words Luca just said.
"Luca--" I tea kettle wheezed, "fucking skephalo-- what??"
Instantly, I shook my head, yet continued to smile.
'Luca can be so random sometimes...' And because of that- I love her.
"Hey, can I see the picture?" Luca asked me.
"Uh- yeah, sure. Hold on" I tell her.
I turned on Luca's phone once more and made my way into Luca's album. I then saw the photo I just took of the two of them. Luca was smiling, holding up a peace sign-- all while Tommy was just- uhh... kinda blurry. I guess he was laughing while the picture was being taken- so he ended up a fuzzy mess when the picture came out.
"Uhh-- want me to take another one?" I asked her.
She shook her head, continuing to smile.
"No, no... It's fine. This is perfect" She then takes her phone back and her smile began to widen, "Thanks, Y/N"
"Mmmhmm... No problem" I hummed.
"Uhh-- Y/N...." I heard Tommy ask me.
I turned my head to look at him, seeing that he was now right beside me.
"Hmm?"
"I- uhh... wanted to talk to you about something..." He says, a little awkwardly.
'Okay- where is this going...?'
"And what on earth could that be?" I ask, turning my body to fully face him, giving him my full undying attention.
He then began to lean down and get closer to me.
I was getting a little cautious, but when he didn't stop getting closer to me- red alarm bells began to ring off in my head.
"uhhh---- what the fuck are you doing...?" I asked him, taking a step back.
But- he didn't stop. He kept getting closer... and closer.... and closer. Soon enough stopping just a few inches away from me.
He then began to raise his right hand up, slowly making its way over to hover a bit over my head.
My heart started to pick up and my palms felt a bit clammy again.... 'what the hell is he going to do..?' my mind continued to scream out. I was getting more and more nervous by the second.
...and then suddenly- he created a fist and hit the top of my head, causing me to bite the tip of my tongue-
He than instantly backed away and began to laugh.
"OH MY-- Of course-- of FUCKING course you did that-" I spat. He really had me-- I then turned to face the culprit who put the T-man up to such an act, "You put him up to this- didn't you?"
"Yesss.... I did! I'm sorry!" Luca says, continuing to laugh at the situation.
I let out a huff and crossed my arms, turning away from the two.
"No- no!! Y/N! Pleasee! I'm sorry..! Don't be angry..!" Luca tells me, still laughing and tugging on my sleeve to try and get my attention.
"Don't talk to me" I said, monotone.
"Nooooo..! Wifey, I'm sorry..! Please forgive me..!" Luca whines, then she got closer to my ear, "Plus, I'll send you the video I just took of you two...."
"You took a fucking video???" I quietly shouted, baffled.
"Please...??"
I just stared at Luca for a few moments, before finally giving in.
"...fine"
"You totally just want the video, right?"
"Shut up"
I then turned back to face the still laughing blonde male.
"I- I can't believe you actually fell for it" He says to me, finally standing up straight.
I narrowed my eyes at him.
"I will never trust you again, innit...."
"Fair, fair..." He shrugged.
"Oh- heyyy, the bus is here" Luca pointed out to the oncoming bus, "I guess this is where we part ways?"
"Yeah- I'll be walking home today" I mentioned.
"Wait- what?" Tommy said, confused.
"Then why were you at the bus stop?" Luca asked.
"I just want to walk today..." I said, "Luca, I'll call you, okay wife?"
"Oh- yes. Yes I will discord wife" She giggled, "You can invite Tommy if you want too"
"Nah" I repleid.
"Oh- wow--- Okay, I see how it is" Tommy rolled his eyes.
"You bopped me first, Tom- shush-"
I said my goodbyes to the two and I turned around and headed home on foot.

The Ruins of Magincia
They say all things end in time, but the exalted City of Magi would’ve begged to differ. Yet when an attempted coup goes wrong, the city finds itself brought to the very brink of destruction. In the wake of the calamity that left no survivors, the autonomous infrastructure still operating the ruined city seeks to restore what was lost. Luckily for it, the Mana-devoid Universe it awoke in holds an unexpected surprise: a planet full of sentient life forms. All capable—with a little help—to become the next generation of Magi. Back on Earth, Millie McArthur is a pregnant out-of-work mechanic struggling with the prospect of moving back in with her parents after leaving her unfaithful fiancé. That is until she finds herself just one of the hundreds that have been shanghaied by the callous artificial constructs still manning the ruins of Magincia. Now, she must struggle to learn magic, compete for resources, get good 'grades,' and fulfill the seemingly arbitrary requirements for her future job in this broken city. All while keeping herself, and her son, alive. Is the miracle of magic really enough to make up for all the pain? The Ruins of Magincia is a dark fantasy that's heavy on the drama (LitRPG aspects are very light). Chapter lengths can be anywhere from 7k-12k and there's no current release schedule as I'm focusing on wrapping up volume one.

Trial of Champions
It all began with a family trip to an amusement park. How were any of us to expect being transported from Earth to participate in some "Trial of Champions," whatever that was supposed to be? Given only an hour to choose the Classes that would come to define our strengths, we were almost immediately torn away from one another and thrust into a deadly game of survival. It wasn't all bad, though, as terrifying as it could be from time to time. The supernatural and magical powers of the Classes were like something out of an RPG, complete with leveling up by killing monsters and completing so-called "Sub-Trials." And despite the juicy Experience to be gained from killing other Champion Contestants, not all of the participants were bloodthirsty murderers; some could be allied with, or even befriended. Even if it seemed like everyone who had been chosen for this Trial, no matter what universe they came from, was at least a little bit crazy. I would survive this till the end, and I'd make sure that my siblings and parents did as well, no matter how many times we were separated from one another. No matter how long it took. No matter what I had to do. --- A first-person litRPG incorporating classes inspired by D&D and other sources. If you like blue boxes but don't need to have huge lists of numbers to scratch your itch, you should be satisfied on that front. Each chapter is, in my word processing document, seven pages long (approximately 3300-3900 words). The Traumatizing Content warning is there because of discussions of certain topics. Nothing that I think deserves the warning actually happens in the story.

Midnight Origins: Arrival
On a lush planet known as Bhar, Verun is now the leading nation in the development of the rivaled schools of Magic and Science. Having brought forth an era of peace and prosperity for themselves through the development of Magitech, The High council was eager to spread their knowledge and beliefs to the furthest reaches of the continent, with the goal of ending senseless conflicts and prioritizing advancements in Magitech and improving the quality of life. This ambition, however, is not without opposition. Most followers side with one school or another, believing it is superior in nature. This conflict dates back to the very beginning of civilization itself, where it is believed by both sides that their gods descended from the heavens, bestowing upon them the knowledge that would bring the world into a new age. And though some took great interest in their differences, others would seek to convert each other through any means necessary. That being the case, The High council, leaders of Verun, had made the necessary preparations to handle threats and attempt diplomacy between the remaining opposers. Talented volunteers were hand chosen to be among the military, tasked with protecting the nation from both internal and external threats. And although non-biological creations have improved quality of life, they are not yet capable of replacing the military. The necessary research and development for such a thing was thought to be decades away, until Councilman Eranor encountered an anomaly in his facility…
