(Noah's pov)
It's been a day since we started dating. And it's been the best few days of my life. He's the first person to ever make me feel like this. I get out a notebook from my suitcase case and write in it again. No one knows about it. It's where I write about all my feelings. If someone ever found it other than Cody I might as well be dead. Speaking of him a nurse wheels him into my room. Sadly, he's had to spend a few days in his room so the nurse can look after him. As soon as the nurse leaves I run over to him and kiss him. He laughs and kisses me back. "Have you missed me?" I say sarcastically. He smiles and says, "Of course I have your the best thing in the word!" I melt at what he says. I carry him to my bed and start kissing him again. I really do love this boy. He stops and picks something up off my bed. My notebook, shit. I quickly make him promise he won't laugh or tell anyone. Luckily, he swears on his life he won't. Reluctantly I let him read it. He smile gets wider and wider as he reads the poem I wrote about him. "Oh Noah, this is beautiful!" Smirking I say, "Not as beautiful as you are." His face reddens deeply as I say that. A few minutes he finished reading my notebook. Thank god that's over. Since mornings already over we try and think of something to do. He tells me he's strong enough to go into the pool now. I love him but I go and quickly check with the nurse to make sure he can. The nurse apologises and tells me he can't for another few days. I walk back into my room and asked him why he lied. "Because I don't want to spend all my time stuck in here." Tears fall from his face. "I'm sorry for shouting at you, it's not your fault." I rush over to him and rub his back telling him over and over again that's it's okay to be angry sometimes. To be honest, I can't blame him for lashing out. Not that I leave my room much anyways but I still feel bad for him. After he calms down we agree to go to the cafeteria. I see that Trent is there but we go nonetheless. Trent spots us and apologises about Gwen. Cody says it's fine and he's over it but I can still see the hurt in his eyes. Does he still like her. After a while Trent finally goes away. Nows my chance to ask him, "Do you still like Gwen?" "No," he tells me. But I can tell when he's lying.

Welcome to Devos
Welcome to a world where humor, drama, and action clash in epic tales spanning a vast continent....Welcome to Devos An anime styled medieval fantasy world featuring heroes, gods, and demons in a grounded and story/character focused series. A world where the gods of power bestow elemental abilities on those they find worthy. Welcome to Devos is broken up into parts, each part is more or less a complete story that expands the world, characters, and kingdoms of Devos. It plays out a lot like Game of Thrones where instead of a lead character you have an entire cast, each one getting plenty of time to develop over the course of the series. It is a relatively grounded, character and story-driven adventure that focuses on people of interest and their relationships with each other, their nations, and the eight gods of power. While the story features a good blend of light and dark themes it can get really grim at times. The continent of Devos is comprised of 5 territories, they include the three kingdoms of Verdun, Ashmir, and Vespa along with the territories of two demon lords to the north and south. The time period and setting are basically what you would find in a fantasy anime. There are eight gods of power which wield eight different elements and have the ability to "bless" individuals with certain abilities. Monsters roam the wilderness and the ruins/dungeons that are scattered throughout the landscape. Adventurers complete quests, hunt monsters, and explore the vast continent. We've got heroes, demon lords, gods, spys, special operations assault teams, phantom eagles, kings & queens, cursed chickens, talking goblins, and a whole shit ton more already in with plenty more coming soon.
