Ichigo's POV

Ichigo: "Alright everyone, listen up."

He's talking to everyone from his own world. When he stormed out before, Rukia had called everyone here to the dorm since it looked like something was going to happen. When they each felt Ichigo's spiritual pressure from when he broke through to the basement, they knew it was serious. As soon as Ichigo and Orihime entered, Rukia put up her Kido barriers to prevent anyone unwanted from listening in.

Ichigo: "There's something I need to tell you all. A few days ago, Ozpin told me something about this world. In this world, Magic is real. Not just Aura, but actual magic, like what you'd see in a video game or read in a fantasy novel."

Sui-Feng: "This entire world is like a fantasy novel."

Rukia: "Fantasy combined with sci-fi, perhaps."

Ichigo: "Neither of you are wrong, but back on topic. Magic is real, but only for a select few people. Apparently, there's only a handful that can use it. Of this small group, there's a group of four called the Four Maidens. They're completely hidden from the public now, but they apparently used to be well known."

Kukaku: "Totally original name." she sarcastically remarks.

Ichigo: "According to Ozpin, the magic here works differently than what you may have seen or read. For these four specifically, whenever one of these Maidens dies, their power gets transferred to the next host. They said the power 'chooses' based on the Maiden's choice, though it's not always... voluntary."

Nemu: "Whatever could you mean?"

Ichigo: "The choice is always whoever is in the Maiden's last thoughts, that is, if the person chosen is a young woman. If not, it's random. Which brings me why I'm telling you this now: One of these Maidens was attacked and part of her power was stolen. It wasn't transferred like it normally would be, but rather, it was taken forcefully from her. She's still alive, but living on borrowed time."

Mila: "What does have to do with us? Does Ozpin want us to protect her until they find a suitable candidate to inherit her powers?"

Ichigo: "Yes and no. You see, according to them, her powers cannot be transferred naturally. Part of the power was stolen, but she still has about half. This power is apparently bound to her Aura, and they want to-"

Tier: "To transfer that poor girl's Aura to one of us, is that correct?"

He looks downward, remembering what happened.

Ichigo: "...earlier, he explained all of this to Pyrrha and Orihime, asking one of them to take in the Fall Maiden's Aura to gain her power. When I found out what was happening, I went to the spot above when the Fall Maiden's body is, channeled my spiritual pressure into the ground, and created a hole big enough to me to fall through. When I realized what they wanted to do with them, I got angry. What they want to do is wrong... but it's what they feel is their only choice." He looks back up. "Well, on the plus side, I think I only pissed off Ironwood, so it's not like I made their opinions of me worse."

Yoruichi: "It's not like you cared much about that in the first place. I mean, aside from wanting them to trust us enough to stay here."

That assessment makes Ichigo chuckle a little, putting his hand on his face.

Ichigo: "Yeah. I guess you're right about that." He looks back at everyone. "Well, I just wanted you guys to know, especially since you all felt my spiritual pressure. There's not anything major going on, just me getting pissed at Ozpin. And any information we have, we share with each other, alright? It'll do us no good to keep secrets from one another as long as we're here."

Everyone either nods in agreement or quietly talks to the person to next them. However, Rukia and Nemu both stand up, gaining everyone's attention.

Rukia: "Ichigo, there's something we noticed during one of the matches."

Ichigo: "Which?" he asks in surprise.

Rukia: "Coco and Yatsuhashi of Team CFVY versus Mercury and Emerald of CMSN."

Mila: "CMSN? Where's that team from?"

Sun-Sung: "If I recall, they're from Haven in Mistral. That Cinder girl that's been drooling over Ichigo every time he teaches a class is the leader."

What? She's drooling over him in class? Sung must be mistaken, she doesn't do that. Or Sung's just messing with him, as she's known to do with others.

Ichigo: "A-Anyway, back on topic. What about them?" he asks Nemu and Rukia.

Rukia: "During the match, Lieutenant Kurotsuchi noticed something with Coco's... what did you call them?"

Nemu: "Her biometric readings. When he made me, Master Mayuri put sensors in me that can detect a person's pulse, breathing rate, blood pressure, and other body measurements. I noticed some strange behavior coming from Coco Adel's readings during her match. While her vitals were raised due to being in combat, her other measurements, as well as her behavior at the time, allows me to conclude that her neural pathways were somehow being manipulated. In layman's terms, she was hallucinating something during the battle."

Yoruichi: "Nemu, are you sure these hallucinations weren't caused by stress or anxiety?"

Nemu: "I cannot entirely rule out that as a cause. However, the timing of the hallucination seems to suggest that it was artificially induced, likely as a result of someone using their Semblance on her."

What!? A Semblance that can cause hallucinations!? An illusion that can be cast on a single person to make them believe whatever the user wants them to believe is real... That sounds like-

Tier: "That sounds like the power of Aizen's Zanpakuto."

That. It sounds like that. This is not good. Aizen's Zanpakuto was able to hypnotize even other Captains. However, since it's a Semblance, which is based on Aura, and not a Zanpakuto, could it even work on any of them? It would likely work on anyone from this world, but there's also the possibility that, if this ability were strong and focused enough, it might be able to affect some of them. After all, they don't really know how such a Semblance would affect them, if it could be blocked with enough spiritual pressure or not. What if-

Yoruichi: "Ichigo." she interrupts his train of thought. "What do you think we should do with this information?"

What? She's asking him? Surely, she has some ideas of her own. However, they're all looking at him for answers... Damn it, why does this have to be so hard?

Ichigo: "I think... Yeah." He says to himself, then looking at the others. "The way that it is, anyone with that Semblance, assuming it is a Semblance, could use it on the people fighting in the arena. There's a lot of people in the stands, so it could be any one of them. I want all of you to be on high alert." He remembers his encounter with that Neo girl, who had her Semblance up when they first met. "I don't know if you guys have noticed this, but whenever someone uses their Semblance, the feeling of their Aura changes, kinda like how someone's spiritual pressure increases when they attack and then that spiritual pressure decreases after the attack." They nod in understanding. "Watch the fighters. If someone looks off, look for heightened and decreasing Aura like that in the arena. If it's a constant drain on the user's Aura, then we'll know what to look for. And keep each other informed. I'm going to go... well, I'm going to go find Port and Oobleck and tell them about this. You guys can do whatever until it's time for the third rounds."

Yoruichi: "Because if you went to Ozpin and Glynda so soon after bitching at them, you'd basically be going with your tail between your legs?"

Without saying another word, Ichigo stands and swiftly walks out of the room, leaving everyone else behind.

Yoruichi's POV

While she loves to tease him, Yoruichi is glad to see that he's taking more responsibility and actually thinking instead of being the hotheaded teenager he usually is. That's not to say that his hotheadedness doesn't do wonders for her, but it's... comforting to see him maturing. When the situation calls for it, at least.

Tier: "Hey Yoruichi, do you have a minute?"

Oh? What could Tier want? Her Fracciones are standing at her side, so it must be important. Either that, or they're just curious about what their mistress wants with her.

Yoruichi: "I have several. You heard Ichigo. He asked us to do whatever we want until the third rounds start, which will be later. What's on your mind?"

Tier: "You see..."

She starts explaining what she calls a 'strange phenomenon' that happens when Ichigo touches their chests. Apparently, it only happens when he touches their chests and only when Ichigo does it.

Tier: "We've tried recreating it by touching ourselves, but I think it might be due to the fact that we're Hollows with Soul Reaper powers and Ichigo's a Soul Reaper with Hollow powers. I think he's influencing us in a strange way. I thought that since you and Kisuke Urahara were there when those other Soul Reapers developed their Hollowfication, you might know something. What do you think?"

Yoruichi hadn't expected this. Hollows and Soul Reapers, this isn't a reaction of Ichigo's powers with theirs. No, this is... Yoruichi gains a catty smile, since she knows what needs to be done.

Yoruichi: "I think I know what's causing your predicament."

Apacci: "Woah, really!?" she exclaims.

Yoruichi: "Yep, but I need to get a few things ready. Meet me in Dr. Oobleck's classroom in one hour. I shall have everything ready then."

Tier: "We'll see you in an hour then. Thank you, Yoruichi."

Yoruichi: "But of course. Arrancar, Soul Reaper, or even human, us ladies should help each other out."

Tier and the others leave the room, leaving Yoruichi alone with Kukaku and Nel. The others had gone out already, so it's just them. Kukaku lifts her feet from the foot of her bed, stretching before standing up.

Kukaku: "So what was that about? Not too often all four of them want your help with something."

Yoruichi: "Oh, it's just something they aren't used to. Why don't you come too? I'm sure it'll be better than just waiting to do guard duty."

Kukaku: "Hey, if you say it'll be a good time, I've got no reason to doubt you. You haven't been wrong about stuff like this before. Well, except for-"

Yoruichi: "You're never going to let that go, are you?"

Nel: "Yoruichi, Kukaku, what are you two talking about?" she innocently asks.

Yoruichi: "Oh, nothing Nel. Just something that happened in the past." She thinks for a moment. "Actually, you come too. This concerns you as well."

Nel: "Are you sure? Is it because I'm an Arrancar like Tier and the others?"

Yoruichi: "Mmm, something like that. Now then, I need to go prepare."

She stands to go out and get her supplies, but as soon as she does, she hears a knocking on the door. She turns to Kukaku, who shrugs her shoulders. Yoruichi opens the door, seeing two black haired women in front of her, one with amber colored eyes and the other with red eyes. Their panting and sweaty faces indicate they ran here. These two girls...

Yoruichi: "Now what can I do for you?" she asks, knowing what these two probably want.

Ichigo's POV

Good. That situation's taken care of. He wasn't sure if the whole thing with the Maidens was worth telling all of them, but since Ozpin's targeting his group for candidates, they need to be aware. He should have known Ozpin would have tried something like that. Why he didn't figure it out, he doesn't know. However, a Semblance that's even remotely like Aizen's Zanpakuto is probably more concerning at this point. Aizen's Zanpakuto hypnotized everyone who could have come even remotely close to stopping him. The only reason why it never affected Ichigo is because he didn't know Aizen before he revealed who he was, so Aizen never had the opportunity to hypnotize him.

???: "Ichigooooooo!"

Ichigo: "Huh?"

He's broken out of his train of thought by a feminine voice calling his name, getting closer as they call towards him.

???: "ICHIGO!"

Rose petals surround him as Ruby uses her Semblance to appear in front of him, a smile on her face. This is odd. She's been avoiding him like the plague since what happened in the hospital. So why does she seem happy to see him? In any case, that is something that's been on his mind lately, even if he hasn't shown it.

Ruby: "Ichigo, I-"

Ichigo: "Ruby, hold on a sec. I..."

Damn it, why can't he find the words!? It's just a simple apology, how hard can it be!?

Ruby: "Ichigo?" she cocks her head.

Come on, just do it!

Ichigo: "*sighs* Ruby, I- I wanted to apologize to you. What happened at the hospital, after Qrow told me about him and I... And then what you... did on top of it." She blushes when he mentions that. "I-"

Ruby: "O-Oh, d-don't worry about that!" she chuckles nervously. "What I said... and what I did..." she blushes even harder. "I was selfish. I told you how I felt without considering how you feel. I was just so happy that my mom was back, and that you brought her back to me, and I-" She stops herself. "I mean, Uncle Qrow had just explained that you and I are cousins, so what I said was... out of line."

Ichigo: "Heh, we aren't blood-related." he comments. "B-Because you're Qrow's honorary niece." he adds on.

There's an awkward silence between them. Shit. Did he make things awkward again by bringing that up? Did she just forget about that and that's why she was super happy before? Damn!

Ichigo: "Ruby, look. I don't mind that you said- confessed to me at that time. In fact, despite the situation, I was pretty flattered. After all, you're an amazing girl. But... I'm afraid that I can't answer your confession."

Ruby: "Why?"

The look on her face isn't one of sadness. She's mostly nervous with some anxiety, but there is curiosity and kindness behind her eyes.

Ichigo: "I-" He sighs. "I've never fallen in love, or even had a girlfriend before. I don't know what to do."

Ruby: "I haven't had a boyfriend before, and I don't know what love really feels like, not for sure anyway... But you're a great person. I-" she freezes up. "I-I-I thought I'd let you k-know and-"

In response, Ichigo pats her on the head, calming her down a little. Her body relaxes from its tenseness.

Ichigo: "Ruby. There's a lot going on right now and I'm not sure how long..."

He's not sure how long he'll be in this world. A doorway back to his world could appear at any moment. Crazier things have happened, and Kisuke's probably working on a solution. With more data with how Yoruichi and the others got here, he probably knows that this world and his world can be connected through the Dangai.

Ichigo: "Well, I'm not sure how long I'll be at Beacon, but-"

Ruby: "I'll wait." she says with surprising maturity. "My dad once told me that there are people worth waiting for, people worth hold on to. I umm... think you're one of them."

She puts her hands behind her back and sways back and forth, embarrassed. God, she is too cute. She is too cute, and sweet and innocent, and that's only making Ichigo feel even guiltier. He can't let that show though.

Ichigo: "Thanks, Ruby."

He smiles at her, one that, while it makes her rosy cheeks even rosier, causes her to smile in return. He feels guilty about basically lying to her, but even so, he wants to protect that smile of hers. He wants to protect those close to him, which includes her.

Ruby: "So..." she hesitantly states. "Still friends?"

Now that's the awkward Ruby he knows.

Ichigo: "I thought that was obvious." he jokes. "The third rounds are starting later. Yang's competing for your team, right?"

Ruby: "Yeah!" she instantly does a switch to confident. "She's gonna kick butt and look good doing it!"

Ichigo: "Want to hang out before the start of the matches?"

Ruby: "Yes, sir!" she salutes.

They start walking to the fairgrounds, talking about the tournament and how it's gone so far while on the way. Talking to Ruby kind of feels like talking with Yuzu, but different. They have similar personalities, but Ruby has a more... it's hard to describe. Heroic complex? She wants to be a hero like she sees her mom and how she was told in stories. Yuzu would probably be content taking care of the people she cares about. There's something Ichigo can respect about Ruby though, and that's that she doesn't give up.

Yoruichi's POV

Yoruichi: "EVERYONE, LISTEN UP!" she smacks the board behind her. "Welcome to Ichigo 101, the class where we discuss everyone's favorite teacher, Ichigo Kurosaki! Any questions before we begin?"

The blonde woman on the side of the room, one Miss Glynda Goodwitch, steps forward, crop in hand.

Glynda: "I told you that you may teach your seminar, as ridiculous as it is, but I shall be here to make sure things don't get too out of hand."

Yoruichi: "Sure, that's why you're here." she smugly grins, making Glynda sigh. "Alright everyone, the first order of business – becoming familiar with Ichigo's body."

Glynda: "WAIT JUST A MINUTE!" she yells. "T-That topic sounds entirely inappropriate!"

Some of the girls in the class bind Glynda up with some rope that was totally in the classroom before Yoruichi got here. Shut up. There's nothing suspicious about this. The fact that Tier and her Fracciones, Cinder and Quill, Kukaku, Nel, as well as many other members of the female student body are here has nothing to do with it.

Yoruichi: "Thank you class. Now then as I was saying, Ichigo Kurosaki has a very good body. He's exceptionally strong, is extremely handsome, is in superhuman condition, and has amazing endurance."

Of course, Yoruichi's description has the effect she wanted, making nearly every woman in the class blush, including Glynda. However, Glynda uses her Semblance to get all the girls off her and untie herself.

Glynda: "THAT IS ENOUGH! He's a human being, not just a piece of meat! You should be ashamed of-"

Yoruichi: "I also know his dick size, and while I probably won't be covering it today, I'll discuss it in the future."

Glynda's face turns a deep crimson, both out of anger and likely imagining Ichigo's dick. Yoruichi can tell by how her hands which are vaguely placed a little south of her stomach. That gives a pretty good indication of what she's thinking.

Glynda: "I- You- We-" she deflates and gives up. "Fine. Do what you wish. However, I will be telling Ichigo about this afterward."

Yoruichi: "Deal." she turns back to the students. "Now then, as I was saying, this is a crash course to make Ichigo putty in your hands!"

Cinder: "YES!" she screams with barely contained lust.

Yoruichi: "Be sure to take notes everyone, because that's the right attitude! Ichigo loves it when women get aggressive while pursuing him."

Tier (writing notes): "Be... violent..."

Yoruichi: "Step 2: you need to show off the goods." She looks at Glynda, or more specifically, Glynda's boob window. "While he might deny it, he really does enjoy the female form."

Quill (writing notes): "Get... naked..."
