It was coming to a close, and the boy was dying. The girl is by his side and they were exchanging their final words.

I finally look at Akane and she's close to tearing up, I could tell. I hate to admit, but I was on the verge of tears as well.

"Please don't leave me."

Those were words I heard. I didn't see the actual scene because I was still looking at Akane.
