The sun goes up

The sun goes down

No matter how hard she tried to deny it

Life still went on

She was afraid of it

Afraid of growing up

Afraid of all the storms

She was even afraid of the peaceful serenity that came after the storm

She was afraid of it all.

So she built up of these walls.

She became so peaceful within her own solitude, that she forgotten how to feel.

She said it's because she's nonchalant.

Honestly, she never knew how to live.

She became so succumbed to being alone, she doesn't realize that she's lonely.

She doesn't know how to break down her own walls.

And she's so afraid to.

The fear of losing control.

The feeling of being unaware.

The feeling of not knowing what's out there.

Those feelings to her, are rare.

She's safe in her walls.

She's happy to just be alive.

She doesn't care about living.

She knows the sun goes up

She knows the sun goes down

She's aware that life still goes on

And she's aware that she's afraid of it all.

But she's happy behind her walls.
