Tails woke up hearing a beeping sound and a big pain in the head. He's eyes searched around the room he was in and he saw white walls, himself layed in a bed and had a mask of a kind covering his mouth.

Tails' eyes were fully open now and he realized that he was in a hospital.

A female wolf came in and looked at him. Her fur was golden, but a little bit white as well. And She whore a white coat.

"How are you feeling? You took a nasty fall"

She said in a nice voice while she had a loving smile.

"I...I think so... my head hurts though"

Tails' took his hand to his head while he talked.

The she wolf checked Tails for any problems. It was a little unconfortable, but she was a doctor after all.

The wolf was done and turned around to hear knocking on the door. She turned around to look at him.

"Is it fine for you to get visitors?"

Tails only nodded for an answer and She turned around to open the door for them. The first one who came in was Amy. She ran towards him bombing him with questions.

Cream and Cheese, Knuckles, Rouge and Shadow, came after her. They felt a little sorry for Tails.

Beside Shadow, who has his poker face as usual. But he knew deep down Shadow was a little sorry for what happend.

Amy and Cream was still bombing him with questions and he tried to answer them all. When they were done, Cream walked out of the room with Cheese following her and stopped to talk to someone outside. Cheese came back and gave him a bouquet of flowers.

"Thank you Cheese!"

"Chao Chao!"

Was Cheese's answer. Tails didn't speak Chao, but he thought he said you're welcome.

Amy sat them in the vase on the desk beside the bed Tails layed in.

In a second Sonic dashed towards him and landed on the bed to face Tails. (Seriously >oSonic had a worried look on his face and his eyes where wide open. But he didn't see how much Tails blushed when Sonic was on top of him. But everyone else did. Seconds passed and first now Sonic realized the position he sat in. Everyone began to giggle and sooner laugh. This wasn't funny for Tails, it was awkward and loving. He began to get tears in his eyes and closed them while he gritted his teeth. Sonic realized this and crawled out of the bed, slowly.

"Get out..."

Was the little words that got out of his mouth. Rouge didn't quite hear what he said.

"Sorry Tails, but it was so fu-"

"GET OUT!"

Tails shouted on the top of his loungs. Before Rouge finished her sentence she was already out if the room with everyone else, but Sonic only stood there. The screaming hurt to Tails' head.

"Tails..."

"Get out..."

The look Tails gave him was hurt and anger mixed. Sonic just walked out of the room with his ears and head down facing the ground.

Tails layed in the bed, hurt. His friends laughed at him when Sonic was on top of him. It was because of his clumsyness, but he couldn’t stop thinking that it was so romantic. His eyes closed shut and tears began forming in the corner of his eyes. Tails' friends came to cheer him up, but they only gave him more scars, from the inside. He began to cry and blocked out the sounds.

After about 5 minutes, it was sunset and the sun was going down the horizon. He felt a hand on his head, stroking it gently. Tails took off the sheets he were hiding under and looked upon the blue blur, smiling.

"Tails. I'm sorry... For, you know. Landing on you with an awkward position..."

Tails knew that Sonic wanted to apologize sooner or later, But not like this. His eyes said that he was more than sorry. He saw how the others reacted with their laugher and that it hurt Tails.

Sonic, his blue hero and now love. Came back to comfort him. Sonic reached in and gave Tails a warm and loving hug. His body made Tails relax and the smell of nature filled the air around them. Both of them smiled and no one wanted to leave this embrace. Sonic began to stroke Tails' back gently with his right arm and itch behind his ears with his left. While Tails began wrapping his tails around the hedgehog. Without Sonic even noticed. Tails began to purr. This surprised him.

'Does Tails like this? So much that he began to purr?'

Sonic blushed a light red on his cheeks. Tails still cried in his chest, but he saw that a little smile crossed the kitsunes mouth.
