Bella stood in front of the body mirror. Her hair beautifully tied in an elegant bun with a burgundy rose headpiece. She wasn't wearing any jewelry, she didn't need to.
The satin, off-shoulder, red dress fitted Bella well. The dress was slim-fit till the waist, escalating the upper curves; while the bottom part of the dress was loose, flowing down to gather on the floor. The table beside the mirror held Bella's red, lacy mask. The mask had a feather on its right end. Bella stared at it, running her hand through the satin dress.
Bella was afraid. She wasn't sure if she will be able to face everyone. "What are you thinking?" Came the chirping voice of Athenodora. Bella turned to look at Athenodora, her smiling face almost removed all of the worries from Bella's mind.
"What if I did something wrong?" Bella asked. A giggle was all Bella received. "You will be accompanied by either me or Aro all the time. So, you need not be worried about it."
Bella subconsciously sighed, relieved to the core. "Come on. We don't want them waiting do we?" Athenodora said, teasingly. Bella giggled as Athenodora hooked her hand with Bella's. She grabbed Bella's mask and handed it to the brunette.
"Shall I wear it now?" Bella asked. "Sure," Athenodora smiled, helping Bella by tying the ribbon holding the mask. Bella turned to look at her reflection in the mirror for the last time.
"Don't you look absolutely stunning," Dora gushed, taking a hold on Bella's shoulder. "Says the one who is going to steal the show," Bella teased, smiling at the blonde. "Nope. Today, you should be the one stealing the show."
A knock echoed through the room. "Yes?" Bella asked. "It is me, Corin, Mistress Isabella," Corin said, opening the door slightly to enter. Corin was wearing her usual outfit, in her hand was a maroon mask.

"I see you got my mask, Corin," Dora grinned ear-to-ear. "Indeed, Mistress Athenodora," Corin said, handing Dora her mask. "Help me," Dora addressed Bella. "Sure."
After tying Dora's mask, both the Volturi Mistresses glided out of the room and in the direction of the throne room. "Shall we take the stairs? I am sure we will find Aro and Caius over there," Dora smiled mischievously.
Bella giggled as she nodded. Both the ladies walked to the grand stairs, Corin followed them, keeping an eye on the surroundings. As the ladies approached the stairs, Dora grabbed on to Bella's forearm.
"Stay here," she said, winking. "Sure," Bella chuckled. Dora started gliding towards the stairs, Bella following behind. As Dora had predicted, both the Volturi kings were conversing amongst each other.
Dora's heels clicked against the marble, grabbing the kings' attention. Caius looked up to find the most beautiful view his eyes had seen. Athenodora's grin widened as she catch her husband.
Both the king were dressed to nines. Their expensive black suits were perfect. Aro's brown hair was tied in a pony while Caius' blonde hair was loose opened. A black mask in their hands.
Caius' hands were on Athenodora's waist once she climbed down the stairs. Caius was quick to place his lips on Athenodora's. Their tongues dancing in an erotic dance. Aro let out a cough, interrupting the heated PDA of the blonde couple.
