the crowd was an advantage for me. so i sneakily blended with the crowd and headed out quickly, before jennie spots me. i sighed in relief when i'm in front of the gates. i immediately texted chaeyoung, telling her to proceed first in the café for her project. as i secured my phone in my pocket, i felt a tap on her shoulder.
reflexively, i turned around then closed my eyes, cursing mentally.
"who are you escaping from, boo?" jennie asked with a smug grin on her face.
"i need to meet my friend. she–"
"your friend can wait. my ice cream can't." jennie interfered and pouted. i groaned when jennie pulled me, heading towards the ice cream parlor.
"i swear jen i'm broke!" i whined. jennie rolled her eyes and sat on the chair.
"buy my milk ice cream please," jennie purred with aegyo, making me melt and flutter inside. ugh, how can i even resist you?
as soon as the guy offered me the ice cream i bought, i gave the milk ice cream to demanding jennie, which she accepted happily. she moaned at the savoring feeling of the ice cream and i rolled my eyes at the sight.
my phone rang from my pocket ringing sound from my pocket, and picked it up. i widened my eyes at the caller, remembering where i was supposed to. "oh fuck"
"hey! where are you?" chaeyoung asked, her tone rising.
"i had to do someone a favor so i can't be with you. sorry chaeng!"
"it's okay baby. because of that, i'm here with jisoo right now! we're having a lot of fun!" chaeyoung exclaimed and a jisoo's chuckle can be heard from the background.
"glad to know that, baby" i flirted back then chuckled lightly at our endearment. "have fun!" and chaeyoung ended the call.

while lisa was talking to chaeyoung, she didn't notice the glares given by the person in front of her, the one and only, jennie kim.
i don't know why i'm being like this. at first i wasn't interested with the person lisa was talking on the phone, but then the endearment gained all my attention. my feelings stirred and my heart ached a little. am she jealous? no, of course not!
but then again, the moments about a while ago made my heart thump so loud it was likely to explode? what is this feeling? am i– no!
and yet again, i could never stop my brain from entertaining me bullshit questions.
does she have a girlfriend? is she single? i'm looking like a fucking idiot for shaking my head aggressively. ugh, feeling irritation was beyond what i feel at this absurdity.

lisa chuckled, licking her ice cream. she looked at jennie and furrowed her brows when she saw jennie aggressively shaking her head.
"are you okay?" lisa asked in concern. jennie was wearing her straight-face again, which confused lisa even more. she was so happy with her ice cream a while ago, what changed? "i want more," jennie pouted showing lisa her empty hands.
"i will stay away from you as far as i can," lalisa said, distancing herself from jennie. they were heading towards their dorm via feet since their school is just nearby. jennie ate six milk ice creams today.
"as if you can," jennie retorted, sniggering.
"yeah, as if i can," lisa mumbled to herself.
"are you new here? in korea?" jennie asked, starting a new conversation. "yeah, i've been staying here for about four months now." lisa grinned. jennie nodded.
"i wasn't entirely here in korea in my whole years of existence. i actually lived in new zealand, before." jennie opened up, lisa now walking beside jennie. lisa smiled, realizing jennie opening up to her.

"woah! i always wanted to go there! is it fun?" lisa asked in amusement and jennie giggled at the sight. "yeah, it was."
lisa noticed the slight change of mood of jennie when the question was asked. nonetheless, they talked about random things that pops out of their minds.
when they reached their dorm, lisa lazily flopped on the couch and cuddled the pillow beside her. "aw, i'm so tired," lisa mumbled. jennie, on the other hand, went inside her room, changed her clothes to her liking, and went back to the living room. it was oddly new to lisa, because once she comes in their dorm, jennie immediately proceeded to her room and never comes out again.
"you hungry?" jennie asked while tying her hair to a bun. "uh yeah, my pocket too," lisa said a matter-of-factly. jennie chuckled. "i'll cook you gamjatang. i can teach you too," jennie said and lisa's eyes widened. she clapped her hands excitedly, showing her big smile. "oh my god! yes! yes! i want to learn how!"
jennie smiled and laughed at lisa's antics, looking like a little kid who finally bought the toy she wanted.
lisa followed jennie to the kitchen and helped prepare for the ingredients they needed.
"first, cut the ginger," jennie instructed and lisa followed. while cutting the ginger, lisa can't help but to look at jennie who was preparing the utensils.
"oh my god, lisa!" jennie exclaimed. lisa's thoughts vanished. she then felt a sting on her finger, looking down, there was blood oozing out from the slit of her finger. "what the–"
"does it hurt?" jennie asked as she approached the other girl. concern was evident on her face. lisa's heart started beating loudly as jennie inched closer. it was so close that their cheeks were almost touching. "let's wash it," jennie mumbled. the brunette opened the faucet and wetted lisa's finger. lisa flinched a little, and calmed down when she felt jennie's hand on her back, soothing her.
once they were finished cleaning her wound, jennie bandaged lisa's finger. "it's not that deep," lisa said, assuring jennie. jennie relaxed a little, but still, lisa was hurt. "still," she mumbled and sighed.
they bantered for a little while but in the end, both agreed that lisa will just sit and watch while jennie cooks the gamjatang. when jennie finished cooking, lisa excitedly clapped and smiles as jennie placed the gamjatang on her plate. as always, lisa praised jennie's good cooking, and as always, jennie gets shy, her heart wavering a little.

Viridescent Core
Some mortals see dungeons as a plague to destroy. Some mortals see dungeons as a resource to manage and harvest. Some mortals see dungeons as a place to train and advance. However, all of them agree on something. Dungeons are unnatural and deadly. Places where death stalks every corner and monsters thrive. What mortals forget, in their hubris of tools and civilizations, is that Mother Nature is often the deadliest of all. Feel free to write any comment, suggestion, or criticism. I read and appreciate every single one! Releases are on Mondays and Thursdays. With occasional bonus chapters on Saturdays. Have a nice day ^^

Rago didn't have what you would call a good life... Or lives, in his case. For you see, Rago is one of an infinitesimally small number of people that remembers his previous lives. In his first life, he was a young spartan warrior that was killed for being too weak. In his second life, he was a young squire in the courts of Camelot that was tragically killed when his master lost control of his horse, and it kicked him in the head. In his third life, he was a child soldier in Africa that managed to escort a group of children to safety before he was shot in the head by their now ex-captors. And in his fourth life, he spent his entire life in a hospital bed being treated for a currently incurable auto-immune disease. ... But, that's when things changed. He was suddenly brought before an all-powerful being and given yet another go at life... Let's hope things are different this time.

Rhea may be the main protagonist of our story, but to fully understand this world, we will be diving into various other PoV along the way, but never straying too far from our main three girls! 8 132Let Me Explore The Interstellar in Peace
Her third life began unlike her last two. From an ancient battle field to the magical interstellar, Ciel was finally going to live her life how she wanted to: freely exploring the new world. But she'll soon find that a brewing war between galaxies won't let her rest easy. He awoke to find himself one thousand years in the future, but the first thing on his mind wasn't the new technology around him. It was the woman he'd seen die in the battlefield just days before. Her, the prince of the interstellar and he, their genius. What will happen when they cross paths? Updates: Expect updates at least once a week. A/N: The first three chapters are set in an ancient setting and then after that it's interstellar, so some patience is required. Does this novel have comedy? Yes. But that's not the main part. What went into the cauldron of whatever this novel is was angst, age progression, and Technoids. I like to kill off my characters, but I also don't. So come check this out if you want redemption arcs, an MC who travels through death, and cool fighting robots controlled by people. We have friendship, romance, and random drama, so buckle up and have fun.
