Kingsley cleared his throat as everyone working in the Ministry of Magic stared at the Lady of not one but six ancient houses. He had witnessed the wrath of Aquila Black once on an order meeting, he wasn't ready to witness another.

After arriving in Britain, Aquila proceeded to be in touch with the goblins. After three months, she was able to access not only one but six ladyship. She was also the person behind Harry's claim upon three lordships and William Weasley's claim upon the Prewett lordship.

It turns out Aquila is the Rosier descendant that had the stronger claim for her ladyship.0 Druella, Evan and Luna's father named Luna Black, neé Rosier, the rightful heiress of their house upon Evan's death. It wasn't a wonder why Druella wasn't given any claims on house Rosier.

Druella was a product of an affair for their father thought that Lady Rosier is barren. Lord Rosier must have an heir thus he had an affair. He was dissatisfied when the affair only brought him a daughter. Almost two decades after Druella was born and was already married, Lady Rosier unexpectedly gave birth to Evan Rosier. Lord Rosier was satisfied after knowing he had an heir.

But when Lady Rosier fell pregnant again and gave birth to a girl a year after, Lord Rosier didn't deem another daughter useful thus he shipped her away to an orphanage in America. The loss of her daughter brought grief to Lady Rosier which killed her. Evan, the dutiful son he was vowed in his mother's grave that he'd find his younger sister.

Evan was happy when he met Luna in Hogwarts. He approached her despite their house differences. Lord Rosier was displeased after finding out about the growing bond of his children. He planned on ruining it. And in their summer after their third year of Hogwarts, he succeeded.

Evan met Charlie Swan. At first, they got along. But he saw how close Luna and Charlie were and became a little envious. Lord Rosier poured more gasoline in the flames. He told his son how his bloodtraitor of a sister would choose that filthy muggle over him. After a whole lot of brainwashing, the once dutiful and caring brother that Evan Rosier had been, disappeared.

Now that both Evan and Luna are dead, Aquila is the rightful lady of the house.

Aquila also discovered that she is Delphini's godmother, thus strengthening her claim in guardianship and automatically making her as the proxy for the Gaunt and Lestrange ladyship. It turns out Rodolphus Lestrange was aware of Bellatrix and Tom's affair and since he didn't have any children because he and his brother were impotent, he named his lord's daughter the heiress of his house. Aquila also stands as the proxy for the Malfoys for they are still under probation after helping Tom Riddle.

Now, Aqulia had the houses Black, Malfoy, Gaunt, Rosier and Lestrange in her hands. What she didn't expect was the Ladyship of house Rowle to fall onto her hands too. It seems that since the incarceration of the Rowle family, Aquila was their last descendant for Lady Rosier was the daughter of the most ancient and most noble house of Rowle. Three months. It took her three months to take over twenty one percent of the Sacred 28. Not to mention the houses under the house of Black who still had their Lords and Ladies, the houses Macmillan, Flint, Weasley, Prewett, Yaxley, Bulstrode, Crouch, Tripe, Gamp, Max, Potter and Burke.

Thus she was able to appoint Harry as the Lord of House Potter and revive the seat in Wizengamot even though she couldn't declare House Potter as one of the Sacred 28. She was also able to give the Prewett lordship to Bill and revive both Prewett and Weasley seats in Wizengamot.

Let's just say Aquila Black is the unofficial head of Wizengamot and Sacred 28.

With her newfound power over Wizengamot comes flooding all the responsibilities and paperwork from all those houses. Thank Godric Narcissa and Draco were with her. For three months, she made sure that the six houses under her would be sorted out before she stakes her claim upon her goddaughter.

And now, wizards and witches cowered under the fierce gaze of Aquila Black. The Cullens and her family are sitting on the bench as they watch the young Lady standing firmly with her head held high. She didn't have to say anything. Kingsley decided to break the intense silence.

"Lady Black, I assume you are here to claim guardianship over Delphini Merope Riddle?" Kingsley said as formal as he can.

"Yes I am, Minister Shacklebolt."

"But you can't! That child is supposed to be sent to live in Azkaban with all the other death eaters." One wizard from the benches exclaimed, Tiberius McLaggen.

"I hope you are ready to witness a bloodbath." Narcissa smirked at the Cullen's while Aquila's friends and family shivered. The Weasleys also sat with them and the furious Molly smiled with satisfaction after hearing Narcissa's words. Aquila was a sweet girl but Molly knew Aquila was as protective as her.

"The Nargles are afraid." Luna Lovegood whispered to her girlfriend Ginny Weasley.

Kingsley's eyes widened at Tiberius, shaking his head subtly at the daring man who spoke ill of a baby. Kingsley was trying to warn him to never speak again and just sit down but Tiberius stood his ground.

"Mr. Tiberius McLaggen, yes? Why on earth would you send my goddaughter onto a prison filled with dementors?" Aquila asked calmly.

"She is the daughter of the darkest wizard of all times and a murderous psychopath. Both are criminals who killed without mercy. Preventing the rise of another dark lady is better than going into another war." Tiberius answered. Esme, Rosalie and everyone else looked at him in disbelief but no one said a word. Not because they agree but because they were afraid to speak up after feeling Aquila Black's dark aura.

"Muggles believed in the saying 'innocent until proven guilty' but how can you prove someone to be guilty if they haven't even done anything?" Aquila asked as she slowly walked towards Tiberius McLaggen's direction. "I know your nephew, Cormac McLaggen. He hadn't done anything bad of some sorts unless you call catcalling a crime. A pesky little pervert he is but he is yet to act upon his perverted thoughts. As annoying as he is, he knows how to control his actions. Maybe we should send him to Azkaban too. Preventing a pervert to harass people is better than hunting him down, isn't it?" She spat with distaste and sarcasm.

"I am Aquila Callisto Black, Lady of the most ancient and most noble house of Black, Gaunt, Lestrange, Rosier, Rowle and Malfoy. I have been patient enough for three months of your insulting insinuations and actions towards my family thus forgive me for disregarding the expected pleasantries you wanted. I have fought a war and went against my other family members to save your lives while you hide under a rock, afraid to even say that blasted noseless murderer's name. Now I want all of you to understand with the miniscule brain that this war left inside your skulls that the child Tiberius McLaggen, and undoubtedly almost everyone in this room, wanted to put in Azkaban for being born from two criminals is under my protection. I dare any of you to go against me and if you do, keep in mind that you are not facing one, but six noble and ancient houses." Aquila's speech sent shivers in every single person's spine. "Tiberius McLaggen I challenge you to do the honors and escort Delphini Merope Riddle in Azkaban and I swear if you do, I shall join her in that prison and make sure that the first spell that she'd learn is Avada Kedavra and I will make sure she aims it onto your direction."

"Aquila Black! Are you threatening a minister official in the ministry of magic!?" A ministry official asked furiously.

"No. I am challenging him to follow through his intentions. I will not let my goddaughter suffer in Azkaban for naught."

Jasper was overwhelmed with the fear that radiates from every wizards and witches in the room, especially from Tiberius McLaggen. The said man slowly sat down as he shook in fear for everyone saw the glint of madness in Aquila Black's eyes. Narcissa was still smirking while Draco was grinning widely.

Andromeda saw what she should have done all those years ago. She should have fought for Aquila instead of pushing her away. Sirius was wrongfully labeled as a traitor without trial but she still denied raising his daughter. Now her niece stood up for the daughter of the woman and the man that took everyone she loved, her parents, friends, families. Aquila looked past Delphini's parents's sins and decided to focus on the bright future that Delphini can have.

Edward couldn't be more proud at his mate. She is a strong, independent and powerful woman who is ruthless to those who harm her family but gentle and kind to those people that she loves. The Cullens couldn't help but admire the young Black. She is scarred and she isn't afraid to show it and use it as an inspiration and source of strength and determination. How lucky they are to have Aquila as their family.

Harry stood up and announced, "House Potter stands with Lady Black."

Then Arthur and Bill stood up too, "And so does House Weasley and Prewett."

"House Longbottom stands with Lady Black." Neville stood up with his grandmother, the scared boy he once was already disappeared.

"House Nott stands with Lady Black." Theodore Nott Jr., who was one of Aquila's childhood friends and mentor in Runes, declared.

"House Parkinson stands with Lady Black." Pansy, one of Aquila's secret friends, declared.

"House Macmillan would always stand with Lady Black." Ernie declared, wanting to support his cousin by blood.

"House Abbott stands with Lady Black." Hannah Abbott declared as she stood and intertwined her hand with Neville.

"And so will House Bulstrode." Millicent declared. She had always admired Aquila when they were at Hogwarts. They were good friends after Pansy introduced them to each other.

"House Zabini would always stand with it's queen." Blaise declared with confidence.

More and more houses declared that they stand with Aquila. This made Kingsley smile. He already wanted to give Aquila his permission even if the other ministry officials would go against it. The houses standing with Aquila made his job easier.

Aquila stood, unfazed with the overwhelming support she received. She stood her ground and stared everyone who wanted to oppose her down. Then Kingsley Shacklebolt stood.

"Then it is settled. I grant you Aquila Callisto Black the magical and legal guardianship of Delphini Merope Riddle."
